Maybe I’m misunderstanding the article, but I thought the will was read and distributed but the settlements remain private. So the people who inherited the contents and money know and have been given them- just not the public.

Why would Kristen make such a public apology? What is the advantage in that? Why not handle it privately? Pictures of celebs kissing/cheating are in magazines quite often, yet the majority do not comment, the scandal doesn't make it to the evening news and the public moves on and often times they forget. I just can't grasp the thinking behind all the PR apologies and tweets.

Yes, my daughter had a number of teeth pulled because the adult teeth were trying to come in but the baby teeth were no where near falling out.

I really don't want to defend Fishsticks, but I had to have my baby teeth pulled because they were not ready to come out when my adult teeth started to come in. My parents took me to the dentist every 6 months, I brushed, flossed, and had a limit on sweets. I still ended up with two abscesses above my K-9's because the adult teeth were putting too much pressure on the baby teeth. It can happen, even with great dental health.

My question has been, if he really met her when she was one of Heidi Fleiss' girls, why did he not use that against her during their nasty divorce? Surely he would take pleasure in talking about that. Unless he is protecting the daughters which I doubt. Maybe it really isn't true?

I think Katie and Tom have another year on their contract? I voted for JLo and Marc. She is gettting a ton of buzz from American Idol and I don't think he likes being the 2nd banana.

I haven't watched in years, but it doesn't surprise me re: JLo's atttitude, since IMO she has zero talent.

 

I've been watching this season of American Idol and I have to say I am loving Steven and JLo. She doesn't come off as a major diva (although, i do believe the reports of her being one...) and Steven is just delightful entertainment. He seems like a really nice guy. Maybe I naive, hell, maybe I'm drunk...

While I was driving to work this morning, the NYC area radio show I listen to has a 60 second gossip update... today's topic was Eva Longoria dating Penelope Cruz's little brother. After they discussed that the hosts went on to talk about how Eva and Tony's neighbor's say they used to have strange parties with naked couples out by the pool and no one was ever naked with thw person they rolled up in the car with. Considering we think Eva and Tony were the swinger's vice, I thought it was funny to hear it on the radio.

This was the most difficult poll I've ever taken. They are all major douches! I went with Kanye but now I am second guessing myself. Maybe it should be Dina Lohan.

Seriously? Who gives birth on Tuesday and hits the mall on Friday? I was up and about and nimble the next day, but I was twenty-odd years younger than she is; nonetheless, the thought of going shopping did not enter my head, I can tell you that. Hasn't she heard of the internet? Doesn't she have assistants who could shop for her?

 

This is about as plausible as Katie Holmes running the New York Marathon braless and in pants, without sweating. I'm just not buying the idea that she needs "me time" three days after the baby was born.

I ran out to Target about 3-4 days after giving birth - but it was a quick trip and I needed somethings from the pharmacy and a few undergarments that I was uncomfortable sending someone else out for... but I agree, Black Friday shopping? No, that doesn't make sense. Maybe if she was snapped in a Walgreen's or Rite-Aide, that would be believable.

Not appearing in the Lovelace movie is one of the best things to happen to Lindsey Lohan after real rehab (if that is what she is going through).

I have to wonder if his travel to Australia right before her due date is a passive aggressive rebellion against the rumored circumstances of this pregnancy?? (eg fake, surrogate, IVF against his wishes, etc)

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer says the story that Lindsay somehow tried to "escape" rehab to get a soda is "absurd and untrue."

 

Shawn Chapman Holley tells TMZ, she spoke with Lindsay's counselors yesterday and there was absolutely no mention made of any attempt by Lindsay to cross the line.

 

Holley adds, "The counselor gave Lindsay an unqualified glowing report on her progress."

 

TMZ first reported ... Lindsay is at the Betty Ford Clinic. We've independently confirmed ... there's a soda machine in Lindsay's ward, allowing her to walk a matter of feet in order to satisfy a caffeine fix.

akua, I was wondering that too. My reasoning went: Valtrex prevents breakouts (for those infected), and since they're all boning, should prevent the spread to someone not infected? And if someone's not infected, it taking it would do nothing?

From what I understand Valtrex is an anti-viral med. It doesn't prevent the virus but helps the body fight against an uncontrolled out break. It can help quell the symptoms. Herpes can be spread at anytime - outbreak or not. Medication does not prevent the spread of the herp. If you are not infected then there is no reason to take it and if you have been exposed - well, good luck.
