Really want to know what this is about! (bold is mine) Lindsay Probation Report Would Destroy Her 3/11/2011 1:00 AM PST by TMZ Staff TMZ has learned ... the L.A. County Probation Department report on Lindsay Lohan is so blistering, it could land her in prison if she's convicted of felony grand theft. Multiple sources familiar with the probation report tell TMZ ... the report -- drafted after Lindsay allegedly took the necklace in January -- contains something "shocking" and "devastating" against Lindsay. The info has never been made public and our sources would not divulge specifics -- only to say any judge who uses it to determine sentencing would probably throw the book at Lindsay.The stakes are high if Lindsay doesn't accept Judge Keith Schwartz' proposed sentence -- which we're told is 3 months in jail. If Lindsay decides to fight the charge, Judge Stephanie Sautner would use the report to determine sentencing if she decides Lindsay violated her probation. Lindsay faces more than a year in jail for the probation violation. And even worse for Lindsay ... if Lindsay is convicted of felony grand theft, the judge in that case would also consider the scathing probation report. The maximum sentence Lindsay would get for felony grand theft is 1 year in state prison. Mind you Judge Schwartz' job is to try and settle cases, which is why he's willing to go pretty easy on Lindsay. Short story -- Lindsay is crazy not to accept Judge Schwartz' offer. Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, tells TMZ, "Judge Schwartz made it abundantly clear Thursday, on the record, that the probation violation, if proven, would be based on the theft allegation and nothing more. If there was such 'devastating' information in the Probation Report, wouldn't the allegations be based on that?"

And... despite a lot of tough talk from the judge, she is already out on bail.

I have become super jaded after watching her walk over and over and over again. Even the "harshest" punishment wasn't very harsh. I'll believe it when I see it - money really can buy everything.

Television and executive producer Chuck Lorre are placing Two and a Half Men on production hiatus. John Edwards engaged to Rielle Hunter, supposedly Post Editor Friday, January 7, 2011; 10:39 AM The National Enquirer is reporting that former presidential candidate John Edwards and one-time mistress Rielle Hunter are now engaged. The magazine's cover story claims Edwards proposed to the mother of his youngest child merely three weeks after his wife's death. The Enquirer did break the story of Edwards' affair, and the magazine also correctly reported that he was the father of Hunter's child. But there's reason to be skeptical of this engagement report. The tabloid reported back in February of 2010 that Edwards had proposed to Hunter. A spokeswoman at the time said the story was "absolutely untrue." Elizabeth Edwards died of breast cancer on Dec. 7, 2010. "He has this phenomenal song that he has made up and it makes my daughter laugh every time he does it," she says, laughing. "It sticks in my head for days. It's so brilliant, and it's the perfect baby song. He's definitely going to be so creative and fun." 
Like some new parents, Harris and Burtka sought out parenting advice and made a visit to Hannigan's home with a list of baby-related questions. "I don't think they needed any of our advice but we peppered them with all the information that my husband and I have," Hannigan says. "We gave them a list of our favorite products and talked about [how] the first six weeks in is kind of the hardest. [Just] trying to figure out what each cry means or what is the best schedule for the baby is hard." But with all the feedings and the diaper changing, Hannigan says Harris and Burtka will experience a new kind of love.

Neil Patrick Harris and partner David Burtka are officially fathers. The actors welcomed twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace on Oct. 12, the How I Met Your Mother star announced on Twitter Friday. "All of us are happy, healthy, tired, and a little pukey," he wrote. Harris, 37, announced that he and Burtka, 35, were becoming parents in August. "We're super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy," he wrote on Twitter at the time. According to reports, the babies were born with the help of a surrogate. At the Emmy Awards that month, Harris said he was getting excited about his new role – and doing research. "I'm trying to read as much as I can, and prep as much as I can," he said at the time. "But there's only so much you can do because each baby is super individual and totally their own person."

Clearly, she still thinks she is not subject to the law.

From TMZ - I just find the list of former boyfriends funny. After David Arquette began his "trial separation" from Courteney Cox a few months ago -- dude got reeeally close with a pretty hot new girl ... a girl who has plenty of experience with celebrity men. The new chick is a former Hollywood cocktail waitress named Jasmine Waltz -- the same chick who decked Lindsay Lohan inside Voyeur back in July. Over the past year and a half, 28-year-old Waltz has been connected with at least five other celebs -- including Ryan Seacrest, Chris Pine and Jesse McCartney.

All day long I have been trying to tell my husband that I read his obituary earlier in the week. That there was even a quote from his actress daughter about how they finally grew closer when she was older. I was POSITIVE I was right. It wasn't until just now when I read this thread that I realized the mistake I made. And apparently I am not the only one with this issue!

The entitlement train is leaving this station. ----- Lindsay Lohan -- In Custody, No Bail 12 minutes ago by TMZ Staff Lindsay Lohan is in custody ... after Judge Elden Fox shockingly denied her bail ... and Lindsay could be sitting there until October 22. Lindsay was in court because she failed two drug tests -- in one she tested positive for cocaine and the other for Adderall. Judge Fox did not hear any argument from the lawyers before making his ruling. Lindsay was handcuffed in court before being taken into custody. It's shocking because the underlying offense is a misdemeanor, and people connected with the case were telling us the judge had to offer Lindsay bail. As for Lindsay's reaction ... she was shocked when the judge remanded her into custody. Lindsay looked at her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holly, before being taken out of the courtroom.

And now I think we know how she got let out of treatment early. No money to pay.
