I have a theory. You know how cockroaches are supposed to survive the end of the world. Not cockroaches - Kardashians and they will inbreed.

Yeah, he was a true scumbag. He can rot in hell where he belongs. Sorry, but not a good person. I am not going to disagree and will add that his son seems to be carrying on a questionable legacy justifying certain behavior by certain politicians because they fit their agenda.

    Natalie Wood case re-opened

At 87 years old, does anybody realistically think that the LA DA office is going to prosecute him. How long before Christopher Walken is named a person of interest? https://radaronline.com/videos/lana-wood-confronts-robert-wagner-video/

    Oscars 2018

I am voting for Allison Janey. Just because its Allison Janney and she is terrific in everything she does. I am thinking Lewis will be the sentimental favorite because Phantom Thread is his last movie But I am thinking Oldman might get it.

    Harassment scandal(s) in Hollywood

I am very surprised at this -- not that I don't believe it -- but Wynn is practically blind because of a degenerative eye disease and I am having hard time imagining how he can force people that he can't see. What will be interesting to see (excuse me) but Wynn is the RNC finance manager. RNC got all up in a tizz and urged democrats that got money from Wienstein to give it back. I am betting that the RNC/GOP won't be so quick to do the same given who is president.

I am all for true love, but if this isn't a blatant attempt at attention grabbing, I don't know what is.

enty wants us all to believe that 1) Harry wants to back out of the wedding, and 2) there is no public interest in Harry and Meghan Well I can't speak to number (1) (but I doubt it); and (2) definitely wrong about number (2).

    Golden Globes 2018

I would also add that there is two different kinds of abuse here: the "Me Too" movement is about the systematic sexual harassment that takes place in the work place by men in power that has been ignored for forever as opposed isolated acts of violence and crimes of violence whether they take place man against man, man against woman, child against adult or any combination of the above. The Golden Globes, Oscars, etc. do not celebrate the act of violence, they celebrate the portrayal of the individual by another individual. If there is no recognition of the distinction, Charlize Theron should not have been recognized for her portrayal in Monster which was the portrayal of a woman's violence against men, Sean Penn for Dead Man Walking, Halle Berry for Monster's Ball, etc. Hoya brings up a good point about the class distinction between Tonya and Nancy -- I remember watching those olympics and the difference between princess Nancy and working class hero Tonya was very evident and as much as I think Nancy was the better skater a little part of me wished that Tonya would unsurp her. Nancy to this day impresses me as self entitled righteous condescending bitch and her whining "why why why" still makes me cringe.

This is interesting there was a story on MSN how they are all bent about the upcoming wedding and how Andrew is all bent because he thinks William Harry and Charles get the lion share of attention. They only thing I could think of was the picture of them at Kate's wedding and how they were compared to the evil step sisters in Cinderella.

    Television 2017-2018

I have never been able to watch Kelly. Not only because she comes from Faux News, but I can't get over the fact that she looks as though she has a stick up her ass that makes her look like the most condescending unempathetic person walking the face of the earth. Having said that, I am sure she is a really nice person in RL.

Actually, Prince Edward is the Earl of Wessex, not a Duke. Dangit. You're right and I'm wrong. But her name IS Sophie ;-) I've had Duke of Sussex, Duke of Windsor on my mind....(also, why did the queen make him an Earl? I thought it was the norm for royal princes to be made Dukes?) If I recall correctly, the rumor at the time was that Edward will be given the Dukedom of Edinburgh after Prince Philip passes away. Ah, I suppose that would work. Seems kind of mean to make him wait that long, but their way of life is different ;-) My outter ignorant American is screaming, "Does any of this matter?," my inner tinted green self is sighing while asking "Damn why couldn't I be British!?"

Divorce in 2017 - who'll do it, next

Another one of Hollywood’s longest relationships has come to an end. People reported that actors Laurence Fishburne and Gina Torres have separated. The news has been confirmed by Torres after Page Six published photos of Torres kissing another man Tuesday. “With heavy hearts, Laurence and I quietly separated and began the dissolution of our marriage in the early fall of last year,” Torres said in a statement Wednesday. “There are no bad guys here. Only a love story with a different ending than either one of us had expected. “Happily, however, our family remains intact and we will continue to raise our daughter together with love and joy and awe. As well as raise each other up with respect and love and the continued understanding that we’re in this together, if not side by side.” Torres, 48, and Fishburne, 58, were married for 14 years and were married in 2002. They are parents to one daughter, Delilah Fishburne. In 2003, the two appeared in together in “The Matrix Reloaded” and again in the TV series “Hannibal,” which ran from 2013 - 2015. Photos of Torres with another man were taken last week while the two were at lunch in Los Angeles, according to Page Six. The gossip site also said the man is an entrepreneur and solar energy investor. E! News reported that the two had not been seen together at a public event since December 2015 and neither had been seen wearing wedding rings in recent months. That has to be one of the classiest statements about divorce. Much more tolerable than "uncoupling" (as though you were returning the U-Haul you rented).

    Harvey Weinstein

I am glad you said that out loud. I don't condone what Weinstein did any way shape or form, but if you did what you did to get a job instead of walking away, I am not sure that you can take the higher ground. I am also of the belief that if this was such a wide open secret that when people go to a meeting (in a hotel room for fuck's sake) that you can say you didn't have idea of what might happen. Just for the record, does this mean that Paltrow should give back the Oscar or is it payment for services rendered? (I know that was bad but she should not have won and she should not have worn that god awful pink dress.)
