    A Hollywood breakup no one ever expect.

    Kristin Cavallari took to Instagram on Sunday morning to share the sad news that she and Jay Cutler have decided to divorce. The two have been together for nearly a decade and share three kids together—Camden Jack Cutler (7), Jaxon Wyatt Cutler (5) and Saylor James Cutler (4).

    "With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce," the reality TV personality's lengthy caption began, alongside an image of her and the retired NFL star. "We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of."

    Her statement continued, "This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family."

    After news emerged that Kanye West demanded his dressing room at the BBC should be ‘all white’ and have ironed carpets, we thought it appropriate to gather a list of the top 10 most ridiculous things celebrities insist upon for them to cooperate with the outside world.

     

    1. If he really did order the carpets at the BBC to be ironed because they were too bumpy, Kanye West probably deserves the number one spot. It should be noted that the BBC has denied the story, but given his latest album is called ‘Yeezus’ and he refers to himself as ‘the nucleus’, it isn’t exactly a stretch.

     

    2. Gwyneth Paltrow insists somebody dries down the shower in her gym because she doesn’t want to touch someone else’s shower water. And she requires unopened toilet paper.

     

    3. Beyonce has personalized helicopters when she’s on tour.

     

    4. Lady Gaga ordered that her dressing room be stocked with 28 bottles of water at room temperature and 28 bottles that were chilled. We assume they were kept separately so she could tell the difference.

     

    5. Jennifer Lopez’s hotel rooms must be completely white and include white lilies and white candles. No red wine, obviously.

     

    6. Katy Perry issues a demand that no driver is allowed to speak to her.

     

    7. Nicki Minaj insists her dressing room is filled with buckets of spicy fried chicken, lemonade and only candles that smell of baked goods.

     

    8. Justin Timberlake will not travel with strangers in elevators, so get out already – you can take the stairs.

     

    9. No eye contact with Salma Hayek. Ever.

     

    10. David Hasselhoff must have a life sized cardboard cut out of himself in his dressing room. Presumably this functions better than a mirror.

     

    11. Yes, we know we said 10, but number 11 is one demand that I respect and encourage. Mariah Carey orders puppies and kittens for her dressing room before shows to relax her. (I would totally do the same).

    Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin separate

     

    After nearly 11 years of marriage, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are calling it quits.

     

    The couple — who tied the knot in 2003 — released a statement in a post titled “Conscious Uncoupling” on Paltrow’s website, Goop, on Tuesday.

     

    “It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate,” the couple writes. ”We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.”

     

    They continue, “We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been. We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly wonderful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time. We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and coparent, we will be able to continue in the same manner.”

     

    The message is signed simply, “Love, Gwyneth & Chris.”

     

    Paltrow, 41, and Martin, 37, are parents to Apple, 9, and Moses, 7.

    March 15, 2014: Now y'all know that we're USUALLY NOT ONES to come out and DEFEND R&B singer Chris Brown . . . but he's in jail right now and it DON'T MAKE NO SENSE.

     

    Yesterday, TMZ reported that Chris Brown was THROWN OUT of rehab and so, according to the rules of his probation, sent to JAIL. (See full report here)

     

    And an insider EXCLUSIVELY reveled to MediaTakeOut.com that it's because he was caught having a MENAGE with two women staying in the rehab facility with him.

     

    So how did anyone find out about it? Well like Chris Brown says in his new song . . . THESE HEAUX AIN'T LOYAL.

     

    We're told that yesterday during one of the girls' "group therapy" counseling, one of the HEAUX SNITCHED. According to our tipster, the girl told her group all the GRAPHIC details of what Chris, her and the other girl did.

     

    Chris, we're told, was warned that having RELATIONS with other patients there was COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS. As TMZ reported, Chris Brown got that warning after he was caught having an "inappropriate relationship" with a female staff member. But the rehab clinic takes relations between PAYING CUSTOMERS as a far more SERIOUS violation of rules, than relations between patients and staff.

     

    And so the director threw Chris out of rehab . . . and had him ARRESTED!!!

     

    That don't make no sense . . . don't they listen to Chris Brown's music . . . all that boy does is F*CK!!! So now for the first time ever . . . MediaTakeOut.com is officially team FREE BREEZY.     After Being Thrown Out of Rehab ... Again

    Chris Brown is on his way to jail right now, because he violated a judge's order by getting booted from the rehab facility where he's been living for nearly 4 months ... TMZ has learned.

     

    The judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered Chris to live in the Malibu rehab facility for 90 days to get anger management therapy, and he completed the stint earlier this month. BUT ... at the last court hearing, the judge modified things and ordered Chris to stay in the facility while the Washington D.C. assault case ran its course.

     

    The deal was this ... if Chris left rehab, he would go directly to jail.

     

    Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Brown was thrown out of the rehab facility this morning, for violating "internal rules." We do not know precisely what Chris did, but we're told it did not involve violence or drugs.

     

    Sources tell TMZ ... Chris was caught having "an inappropriate relationship" with a female worker at the beginning of the month, but that is NOT why he was thrown out 494834

     

    As you recall, Chris was previously thrown out of a different facility for throwing a rock at his mom's car window.

     

    Chris was picked up by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies a short time ago and is on his way to jail.

    Tara Reid DUMPED @ Train Station By Boyfriend (OUCH)

     

     

    Being dumped is NEVER good – but this REALLY sucks!

     

    A source tells us : Tara Reid was unceremoniously DUMPED by her latest “boyfriend” at A Queens Train Station and told “I’m through with this – don’t contact me again”.

     

    “Tara was in shock, and totally did NOT see this coming.She was on her phone crying and explaining the whole horrible story to a friend on her cell phone.”
