Rolling Stone reports:MANSON SUES SPOOKY KIDSMARILYN MANSON filed a lawsuit against former bandmate SCOTT PUTESKY and Empire Musicwerks to stop the sale of "Lunch Boxes and Choklit Cows," a collection of recordings he recorded years ago as a member of the Spooky Kids. Manson's suit claims copyright infringement among other charges. Putesky says he obtained the rights to the recordings in the settlement of a 1998 legal tangle."I've tried a couple of times since then to reach him, just to befriendly," Putesky told Rolling Stone, "but he hasn't shown any interest, so I just assume he hates me."

GISELE Bundchen is hot, but we never knew the Brazilian supermodel was capable of actually setting people ablaze. That's what happened the other night at The Park, where Bundchen (inset) co-hosted a Spring Fling party with hairdresser Harry Josh. While the two pals were working up a sweat on the dance floor, Bundchen accidentally backed Josh into a burning candle, setting his shirt on fire. "The whole room stopped as they both put the flames out," says our spy. According to Access Hollywood:Two weeks ago, former "Saved By The Bell" star Mario Lopez said "I do" to longtime girlfriend Ali Landry.But now, the girl best known for her Doritos commercials is reportedly saying "I don't."It may have taken the pair nearly six years to get to the altar – the two dated for about five years before tying the knot -- but after only two weeks of holy matrimony, the couple is calling it quits.Lopez and Landry were married on April 24 in a resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. But according to Us Weekly magazine, the 30-year-old Landry now wants her marriage annulled."Friends have been telling Ali for a very long time that Mario has a wandering eye and sources tell me that she was given some really hard evidence with allegations of infidelity," reports Marc Malkin, news director for Us Weekly.While neither Mario nor Ali have made any public comment, Malkin said the reports of cheating are related to Lopez's Acapulco bachelor party."There have actually been rumors going around for a long time that there are photos of Mario looking quite cozy with a blonde woman," Malkin told Access.Back in June 2002, as the two were dating, Mario told us that there's never a shortage of eye candy when you live in Los Angeles."It's L.A., so there's always an abundance of beautiful women," he said.

A surprise 50 Cent performance at a Springfield, Massachusetts, nightclub was reportedly cut short Friday after the rapper allegedly leapt into the crowd after a fan threw water at him.According to The Associated Press, about 10 minutes after 50 Cent began his performance at the Hippodrome, a man in the crowd of nearly 1,400 allegedly tossed water at the rapper, who then handed his gold chain off to a member of his entourage before jumping into the crowd.Michael J. Barasso, Hippodrome's co-owner, told the AP that 50 Cent's entourage and bodyguards followed him into the audience. A fight reportedly ensued that ended with the early Saturday morning arrest of two men for disturbing the peace. Local police were also looking into a shooting that happened nearby, to investigate if the two events were linked.Barasso told the AP that the club was so packed that he could not tell if the fight erupted into anything more severe than pushing. Security guards and police officers moved quickly to help 50 and his entourage back onto the stage, where the rapper is said to have finished his song before rushing to the exit.

Ricky Martin Calls Former Manager's Suit 'Ridiculous'Latin cross-over Ricky Martin had several huge hits, and his song"She Bangs" was also a hit for unlikely cross-over William Hung. But if you think Martin would want to pursue legal action against the "American Idol" hopeful, think again. "Good for him," Martin said of Hung. "He has to enjoy what he's doing, all the best to William."But Ricky is apparently not wishing his former manager, Angelo Medina, the same. In fact, the two are involved in an ugly legal battle. Martin and Medina parted ways last September, and now Medina has filed a whopping $63.5 million lawsuit in San Juan, Puerto Rico, charging Martin with "breach of contract." This occurred after Ricky filed his own $2.5 million lawsuit in New York, accusing his former manager of pocketing "unearned managing commissions."Martin, who's had hits from eight albums already, is legally bound to produce five more albums for Sony Music, and has received "millions of dollars" in advances -- advances that Ricky's lawyers claim are being held by Medina.Martin's lawyer told "CJ," "This is a tactic by Medina to avoid defending himself in New York. Furthermore, he's suing for a ridiculous sum of $60 million."

SNOOP Dogg has turned into a big pussycat. The canine-loving, hip-hop hero told Animal Fair magazine's Wendy Diamond that he's smitten with his two Siamese cats, Frank Sinatra and Miles Davis. "Snoop said they remind him of the Siamese cats that used to live in the alley by his house when he was growing up," Diamond tells us. Snoop made his catty comments during yesterday's Millennium Hotel press conference promoting his new rap group, 213, with fellow Left Coast legends Nate Dogg and Warren G.

I remember Lucianna was married when she met Matt, but she was also separated. I am sure Matt finished any possibllity of a patched marriage. I mean who's you daddy? Sugar daddy that is.

Matt and Lucy make such a sweet couple. She seems as nice as he is and helps to keep him grounded and family oriented. if any couple should get married it should be these two, but I think Matt is a bit marriage shy?

Well, if I had her money and I wanted to go shopping with the kids, I think I would take along some help while I shopped. But since I don't have her money I just toted around my kids myself all those years.

It is not unusual for multiple births to come early. I am glad everything seems to be OK and babies are doing well. I think Patricia is Danny's mothers name and Walter was his dad's name? I could be wrong I thought I read that somewhere. Phinnaeus Walter is just a tad over the edge. At least she didn't name it Applepie.

No other details were immediately available.Late last month, Roberts was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital after experiencing a series of early contractions. The condition was not serious, and the contractions eventually stopped, but doctors advised bed rest until she gave birth.Roberts and Moder have kept a low profile since marrying on July 4, 2002, at her 82-acre ranch in Taos, N.M. The decidedly private couple split time between their homes in Taos, Venice, Calif., and New York City.Twins, it turns out, run in Roberts' family: Her great-grandmother and a pair of cousins are twins.Roberts has two movies opening next month: "Ocean's Twelve," with George Clooney and Brad Pitt, and "Closer," an adult drama directed by Mike Nichols.

Yea it has been bumped this week because of Thanksgiving programming. They could of put a turkey monster in for this week.

I agree it is time to get back to that monster whatever it is. WE need some excitement here. Jack and Kate are getting a bit boring. Sayid, Sawyer, Hurley and Charlie are keeping things going pretty well, but please bring back the monster!

Didn't one of the survivors come up to Jack and complain about his rash getting worse? I wonder if that is the sickness Danielle was talking about. I smell a nuclear accident here.

Ashley is such a homely little screw up that I am beginning to actually like her. Nothing fake-looking about this one, but will she stay that way? I hope she never changes her nose because it is part of her character and so many have gone the way of plastic look alikes.
