He promptly deleted the Tweets, but there are screen grabs of his accusations!

 

We know he's crazy, but could it be true?!

Michael Lohan claims his Twitter account was hacked this morning by a cyber-impostor -- someone who posted several horrible things about his daughter, Lindsay Lohan.

 

Earlier today, Michael's Twitter page included several postings that stated, among other things, that Lindsay has HIV ... and that she slept with record mogul Tommy Mottola when she was 17-years-old.

 

But Michael tells TMZ he NEVER posted those tweets -- and claims all of the hacked postings are blatant lies.

 

Lohan claims he's already contacted his lawyer -- in the hopes of tracking down the hacker.

Lindsay Lohan -- Bound for Jail

 

 

Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation and is headed for a showdown in court next month that will almost certainly land her in jail.

 

 

Lohan -- who is on probation for DUI -- has not fulfilled the alcohol education requirement laid down by the judge ... TMZ has learned.

 

Judge Marsha Revel made it clear to Lindsay late last year, she must attend alcohol ed courses once every 7 days. The only exception -- if she was in inpatient rehab. And the judge was explicit ... if Lindsay did not comply with the terms of probation, she was going to jail.

 

The school in which Lindsay enrolled is required by state law to inform the court only if the student is MIA for 21 days. So here's the disconnect: The school has not reported an attendance violation ... because Lindsay frequently waited until the 21st day to attend classes.

 

Bottom line -- Lindsay met the school's requirement, but squarely violated the judge's order.

 

We've learned what's going to come out at Lindsay's progress hearing on May 20 -- that she has habitually violated the judge's requirement to attend classes at least once every 7 days.

 

Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay -- no more chances. If probation is violated, she's going to jail ... and probation was repeatedly violated.

 

We asked Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, for comment and received the following email: "We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance." Good lawyering for sure, because -- as we just told you -- the program may not have a problem with Lindsay, but the judge is going to have a big problem.

Lindsay Lohan's Dad Going for Conservatorship

 

TMZ has learned Michael Lohan will be back in L.A. Monday ... and he's telling people he'll start the legal ball rolling to create a conservatorship for Lindsay Lohan.

 

Lindsay is in NYC but refuses to see Michael ... and daddy Lohan says it's now time.

 

As for a possible conservatorship, Lohan is telling people he'd gladly serve as the conservator but is open to someone else assuming that role.

 

Michael Lohan also says he does not want his daughter to go to jail. As TMZ first reported, Lohan is on the fast track for a jail cell because she has squarely violated the terms of her probation. A court day of May 20 looms for Lindsay.

 

Michael wants Lindsay in rehab but not a traditional, group facility. He wants to go the Brooke Mueller route -- a private home with lots of doctors. What Michael isn't factoring in -- that type of rehab is bocu expensive and Lindsay is broke.

Lindsay Lohan Pal: Yup, She's Gonna Play a Porn Star

 

 

Lindsay Lohan may have recently been canned from a movie, but that doesn't mean she's not getting other work.

 

Last month, Lohan was reported to have signed on to upcoming indie flick Inferno to play Linda Lovelace, the late porn star most famous for the 1972 hard-core movie Deep Throat. Well, her photographer pal Tyler Shields confirmed to us this weekend that the actress has indeed landed the gig. Shields says he's talked to the movie's director, Matthew Wilder, about Lohan's role...

 

"[Wilder] contacted me and asked me if I would do the promos for the movie," Shields told us Saturday night at the opening of "Collisions," his new exhibition at Gallery 1018 in downtown L.A.

 

Wilder and his producers plan to officially announce Inferno later this month at the Cannes Film Festival, according to Gossip Cop. For a time after Lovelace left the adult movie business, she became an antipornography activist. She died in 2002 at the age of 53 from injuries she suffered in a car accident.

 

We can only imagine what Lohan-as-a-porn-star will look like in a Shields photo. Just last week, the two caused quite a stir when Shields released eye-popping pics he shot of a barely dressed LiLo brandishing a gun and covered in blood for his upcoming book The Dirty Side of Glamor.

 

"The photos I have not released will top anything you've seen before," Shields said. "Let's just say they're what you've seen maybe times 10, maybe times 100."

Bench Warrant Issued for Lindsay Lohan

A judge just issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan's arrest, after she failed to show up in court this morning ... and the judge says she has reason to believe Lindsay has a drug and alcohol problem.

 

Judge Marsha Revel was tough as nails this morning, scoffing at the notion that Lindsay's "someone-stole-my-passport" excuse was a justification for missing court.

 

Judge Revel set bail at $100,000 and said Lindsay can post bail and remain free until the next court hearing, IF she does the following:

 

- drink no alcohol

- wear a SCRAM bracelet

- submit to random drug testing at least once a week

 

Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told the judge the story TMZ broke -- that Lindsay claimed her passport was stolen and she tried getting on a flight to make it on time but was turned away.

 

At one point Holley said, "I don't know what else to tell you."

 

But the judge didn't buy Lindsay's argument, saying "Actions speak louder than words." The judge felt Lindsay could have gotten a replacement passport and made it back on time. And, the judge said Lindsay had "a history of not keeping scheduled appointments."

 

Holley said there was no reason to require drug testing, but the judge noted that Lindsay was charged in 2007 with being under the influence of cocaine.

 

Judge Revel said Lindsay knew she was going to jail if she violated probation and knew she needed to get court approval before missing her alcohol ed classes. After the hearing Holley acknowledged what TMZ first told you ... that Lindsay has only completed 10 of the required 13 classes.

 

The judge said there is probable cause to believe Lindsay has violated her probation. If the judge determines Lindsay did indeed violate probation she could be jailed for 180 days.

The no alcohol and SCRAM bracelet upon landing is going to present a very real problem if she is a chronic drinker. Withdrawal from alcohol is more dangerous than withdrawal from any other drug. I suspect she'll be in a medical detox/rehab within a day or two.

Lindsay Won't Be Arrested, Bail Posted

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan will not be arrested, because she has already posted bail and the arrest warrant has been recalled.

 

Earlier today the judge set the bail at $100,000. We're told Lindsay's people promptly plunked down $10,000 (the standard 10%) to secure the bond and the judge then recalled the warrant -- meaning Lindsay will not be arrested when she returns to the U.S.

 

We're told Lindsay and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will be in court on Monday at 8:30 AM. The judge will then set a date for a probation violation hearing.

 

Judge Marsha Revel said this morning there was probable cause to believe Lindsay has violated the terms of her probation.
