princess 1,712 Report post Posted November 8, 2011 Michael Lohan Charged After Double Whammy Arrests TMZ Michael Lohan has just been charged in connection with his 2 most recent arrests -- involving his ex Kate Major -- and now, faces up to 4 years behind bars. As we previously reported, Lohan was arrested twice in 2 days 2 weeks ago -- first, for allegedly bruising Major up in her Florida apartment ... second, for allegedly violating a protective order a day later, by trying to contact Major over the phone. MiLo was charged today with 2 misdemeanors for the first arrest -- domestic violence and violation of a domestic injunction. And 2 for the second -- resisting arrest without violence (after allegedly trying to flee from police and falling into a tree) and violating a condition of pretrial release. princess 1,712 Report post Posted November 27, 2011 TMZ.com Maybe structure is exactly what Lindsay Lohan needed -- because TMZ has learned she's not only on pace to complete her court-ordered stints at the morgue ... she's WAY ahead of schedule. Law enforcement sources tell us ... Lohan has already completed 10 of her 12 required morgue duty shifts -- impressive considering she still has another THREE WEEKS to spare. In fact, we're told Lindsay doesn't just plan to knock out the remaining two shifts by the Dec. 14 deadline -- but she also wants to get a head start on the hours she has to complete by her 2nd status hearing. Law enforcement tell us ... Lindsay has a pretty damn good reputation at the morgue -- polite, hard-working and never complains about the work. Judge Sautner had said her sentence essentially put the keys to Lindsay's freedom in her own hands -- and at this point, it looks like she's making the most of her opportunity to stay out of the clink. Since LiLo didn't make it back from Hawaii in time, Michael Jackson's daughter Paris Jackson tapped in to talk about life as a Jackson and also promote her first movie, "Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys." LiLo was set to debut her Playboy issue and discuss her recent legal and personal battles on "Ellen," but after the Playboy spread was leaked last week, Lohan got conveniently held up in Hawaii and never showed up for taping in Los Angeles yesterday. “Not a call or an apology from Lindsay,” a show insider told Gossip Cop. Ouch! Back when Lohan stood up Matt Lauer, she had no contractual obligation to talk to "Today." Lohan's appearance to promote the Playboy spread, however, was reportedly contractual and scheduled two months ago, but that obligation may have become moot once her pages were leaked. Neither Playboy nor Lohan is talking, yet, and DeGeneres has remained mum, as well, aside from updating her show website to reflect the guest swap. Perhaps she'll speak to it in tomorrow's air show, just as Lauer did after Lohan stood him up. While Lohan is apparently OK with leaving DeGeneres and daytime fans hanging, she's not going to miss her court date tomorrow morning -- especially after that infamous Cannes Film Festival passport debacle! "Lindsay had a travel-related issue arise that took a few hours to sort out," rep Steve Honig told E! "It has been resolved and she will be back in Los Angeles in time for her court appearance." I suspect one of two things is happening here. Either White Oprah is handling the PR and is oblivious to the fact that Lindsay looks anything but mah-velous....or someone other than WO is handling the PR and is being summarily ignored and/or fired when telling Lindsay that the bleach fried blonde is a big fat no.
