The supermodel, who gave birth to her fourth child in October, explained that looking after children helps people become slimmer. Showbiz Spy quotes her as saying: "I eat healthily and stay active. I have four children that I am running after, I jump on the trampoline with them, run after them." Meanwhile, speaking to Us Weekly, Klum explained that breastfeeding can also help. "I never looked at breastfeeding in terms of, 'This is something that helps me'," she said. "Breastfeeding helps my child. The after effect: yes, you lose your weight in a normal manner. I think people blow it out of proportion." She continued: "Everything gets made into so much drama about how a woman has her weight like before [she gave birth]. She said: "I love dressing up for him and putting on all the jewellery he gives me. It is such fun!" Heidi and Seal, 47, been together since 2004 and raise four children together - daughters Leni, five, and four-month-old Lou, and sons Henry, four, and three-year-old Johan. Because of their hectic family life, the couple have found they struggle to spend time together and have to rely on other family members to help them out with babysitting. I mean, it’s not like we’re hippies and we run around naked, but if they happened to be in their room changing or something or someone comes out of the shower, they’re not, like, ‘Oh my God. 'cause the singer has moved on to a smokin' hot brunette who looks damn good in a bikini ... and TMZ has the pics. Just 3 months after Heidi filed for divorce, an extra-sweaty Seal was spotted on a yacht in Italy this week ... gettin' all kissy kissy with a mystery babe after a quick workout session on the deck. There was cuddling ... there was smiling ... but there was no sign of Seal's wedding ring. TMZ broke the story, Heidi decided to break off the marriage because she got sick of Seal's explosive temper. The couple later released a joint statement saying they had simply "grown apart."
