Andy Dick went off on a TMZ photog Saturday night -- calling him a "c**ksucking n**..."

 

In yet another Krameresque attempt at comedy, Dick screamed various obscenities at our camera, and dropped the first half of the n-bomb outside of Area nightclub. Quickly realizing his mistake, Dick countered with, "Whoops, as soon as I drop the n-bomb, it's on the Internet ... they shouldn't call it YouTube, they should call it N-bomb tube."

 

As you may recall, the "comedian" issued an emergency apology after he dropped the N-bomb during a live comedy show in December.

 

Before taking off for the night, Dick spouted, "We're not even giving him anything worthy of publishing." Think again.

TEJ Herring, the longtime publicist for wacko comic Andy Dick, quit yesterday, less than an hour before Dick was to appear on the CW11 "Morning News" and then be feted at a roast on Howard Stern's Sirius satellite radio show. Dick was a no-show for the Ch. 11 gig. Then, reports The Post's Don Kaplan, as dozens of comedians began to gather in Stern's studio for the roast, producer Gary Dell'Abate had to send an intern and a Town Car to extract Dick from his hotel room. Dell'Abate told Stern about the mess just as the show was starting. "The e-mail came in five minutes ago and [Herring] had resigned five minutes before that," he told Stern, adding that Dick had "canceled [on CW11] at the last second . . . the people at CW11 hate him." At the roast, Dick was crucified by the likes of Artie Lange, Greg Fitzsimmons, Dave Attell and Lisa Lampanelli, who joked, "People are surprised when they hear that Andy has kids, because the kids don't admit it. To avoid embarrassment, they tell people that their father is Alec Baldwin."

A lot of people have wanted to do this for a long time, and now Jon Lovitz has done it. It also brings up something from the past I wasn't aware of.

 

At L.A.'s Laugh Factory the other night, Lovitz and Andy Dick got into an argument about Phil Hartman's death and Andy Dick's drug use. Five months before Brynn Hartman shot Phil and herself to death, Dick allegedly gave her cocaine at a house party that Lovitz also attended. Brynn Hartman had been sober for ten years, and now Lovitz blames Dick giving her the cocaine as the reason why she got hooked again and killed Hartman and herself five months later.

 

According to witnesses, Lovitz picked Dick up several times and smashed his head and face into the bar, causing him to bleed. This isn't the first time they've had words. When Lovitz took over for Hartman on NewsRadio, he told Dick "I wouldn't be here now if you hadn't given Brynn that cocaine." And then last year Dick confronted Lovitz at a restaurant, taking drinks off the table and saying he put the "Phil Hartman hex" on him and that he was going to die next.

July 17, 2007 -- IT was fight night at an L.A. comedy club last week when Jon Lovitz roughed up Andy Dick over the murder of their "Saturday Night Live" colleague, Phil Hartman.

 

Laugh Factory owner Jamie Masada, who witnessed the assault, said, "Jon picked Andy up by the head and smashed him into the bar four or five times, and blood started pouring out of his nose." Lovitz told Page Six, "All the comedians are glad I did it because this guy is a [bleep]hole."

 

Lovitz and Dick have been at loggerheads since a 1997 Christmas party at Hartman's house, five months before his troubled wife Brynn flipped out, fatally shooting Hartman, then killing herself. "Andy was doing cocaine, and he gave Brynn some after she had been sober for 10 years. Phil was furious about it - and then five months later he's dead," said Lovitz, adding that when he filled in on Hartman's "Newsradio" sitcom, "I told Andy, 'I wouldn't be here now if you hadn't given Brynn that cocaine.' "

 

Last year, Lovitz related, a drunken Dick strolled up to his table at Ago in West Hollywood, rudely downed his guests' peach liqueur drinks, and "looked at me and said, 'I put the "Phil Hartman hex" on you - you're the next one to die.' I said, 'What did you say?' and he repeated it. I wanted to punch his face in, but I don't hit women."

 

When the two ran into each other at the Laugh Factory last Wednesday, "I wanted him to say he was sorry for the 'Phil Hartman hex,' " Lovitz told us. "First he says, 'I don't remember saying that.' Then he leans in and says, 'You know why I said it? Because you said I killed Phil Hartman.' Which I never said. Then he asked me to be in his new movie.

 

"I grabbed him by the shirt and leaned him over and said, 'I don't want to be in your movie! I don't want to be in your life!' I pushed him against the rail. Then I pushed him again really hard. A security guard broke it up. I'm not proud of it . . . but he's a disgusting human being." Dick's rep said he had no comment.

 

Dick's weirdness has been well documented. Last year, he licked the faces of Farrah Fawcett, Carrie Fisher and Patton Oswalt, then groped and bit the hand of Post reporter Mandy Stadtmiller at a comedy-festival taping.

Don't necessarily agree with Jon's methods but if true, Dick may have deserved it.

I've never had any use at all for Jon Lovitz but I may have to re-think that. I ran into Andy Dick one afternoon and pretty much wanted to punch his lights out myself. He started touching and talking to my 6 year old nephew in a really creepy way. It only lasted a few seconds before I pulled him away but it's hard to describe just how creepy it was. Hate. Him.

 

That being said - it's not Dick's fault that a crazy woman fell off the wagon and killed her husband.

Granted she was a grown woman, but he may have facilitated the downfall. While he could not have foreseen the consequences, he would have been a better human being to have stayed away from the situation.

Five months before Brynn Hartman killed her husband Phil Hartman, they held a Christmas party at their home. Jon Lovitz and Andy Dick were both at that party. Phil and Jon both flipped out when Andy openly did cocaine and gave some to Brynn. Everybody knew that Brynn was sober for over 10 years and Jon seems to think that Andy is the one that opened her up to that world again.

Andy Dick arrested in Murrieta on suspicion of drug possession, sexual battery

 

The comedian Andy Dick was arrested early this morning in Murrieta on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor sexual battery, authorities said.

 

Dick, 42, was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. in the parking lot near the Buffalo Wild Wings at 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Road.

 

He was being held this morning at the Southwest Detention Center with a bail amount set at $5,000.

Dick Busted on Sex Charges Outside Chicken Joint

 

 

Andy DickWacked out crazy comedian Andy Dick was arrested early this morning in Murrieta, Calif. on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery.

 

Cops busted the 42-year-old Dick just before 2 AM this morning in the parking lot near a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

 

Dick is still being held, his bail set at $5,000.

 

UPDATE: Around 1:15 AM this morning cops tell us they responded to a report of a person peeing in the parking lot outside the wing joint, causing a disturbance.

 

Once there, they stopped a van and found Dick in the passenger seat. He was arrested for allegedly groping a 17-year-old girl's breasts and pulling her top down.

 

When he was searched, cops say they found weed and one Xanax in his front pants pocket

Andy Dick Accepts Plea Deal in Drug Case

Andy Dick pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and marijuana possession in a Murrieta, Calif., courtroom Friday, and will wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet for one year. Two other charges against the comedian will be dropped.

 

Dick, 42, faced a total of four misdemeanors: battery, public intoxication and possession of marijuana and Xanax without a prescription.

 

"Andy is a great guy. People don’t really know him and we are considering this matter closed," his attorney, Jeffery Rubenstein, tells PEOPLE. "He’s looking forward to putting this matter behind him.”

 

On July 16, Dick was arrested outside the Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Murrieta after he allegedly "walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," according to a police statement at the time of the arrest.

 

The former NewsRadio star was "extremely intoxicated," said police. His pockets allegedly contained marijuana and Xanax.

 

The monitoring bracelet Dick has been ordered to wear, known as a SCRAM device, measures alcohol through the skin.

 

 

 

Previous Brushes

 

This isn't Dick's has had a brush with the law. Last year, he was cited for urinating on a sidewalk in Columbus, Ohio. He was arrested for alleged pot possession four years ago but the case was later dropped.

 

In 1999, Dick was charged with DUI, drug possession and hit-and-run driving after crashing into a telephone pole in L.A. The comic received three years' probation and was ordered into drug treatment.

HUNTINGTON -- Andy Dick, in town for weekend performances at the Funny Bone, was arrested around 4 a.m. Saturday by Huntington Police.

 

The 44-year-old is charged with two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He is being held at the Western Regional Jail, awaiting arraignment.

 

No details were immediately available surrounding his arrest, but he is expected to be arraigned sometime after noon by video conference with a magistrate at the Cabell County Courthouse.

 

According to the ticket office at the Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant, Saturday night's show is still on.

 

Dick has appeared in various movies, starred in MTV's The Andy Dick Show for two years earlier this decade and recently appeared on VH1's "Celebrity Rehab" spin-off "Sober House."

 

According to Dick's biography and various entertainment reports, this is not his first time having issues while on tour.

 

A July 2008 release from the MTV Newsroom, stated Dick was arrested in California on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery. He allegedly grabbed and pulled down the tank-top of a 17-year-old girl, exposing her breasts.

 

It also details a 2007 citation by Columbus Police for urinating on a sidewalk and building. He also was reportedly intoxicated during his standup show and was accused of groping patrons at the comedy club.

 

In 2007, he also was escorted from "Jimmy Kimmel Live" for repeatedly touching the breasts of guest Ivanka Trump without her permission.

 

In 2005, he dropped his pants and exposed his genitals to the audience. He was ushered off the stage, and his second show was canceled.

 

In 2004, he was arrested for indecent exposure outside a McDonald's.

 

And in 1999, Dick was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana following an arrest for driving his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood.

HUNTINGTON -- Andy Dick, in town for weekend performances at the Funny Bone, was arrested around 4 a.m. Saturday by Huntington Police on sexual abuse charges.

 

The 44-year-old comedian appeared before a magistrate early in the afternoon and a spokesman for the club said he expected Dick’s shows Saturday and Sunday to go on as scheduled.

 

Dick was taken into custody around 4 a.m. after two men accused Dick of groping them at Rum Runners, at 819 3rd Ave. According to a press release issued at 12:26 p.m. Saturday from the Huntington Police Department, officers responded to a call to investigate “two alleged incidents of a patron engaging in non-consensual sexual contact with a bar employee and another patron.”

 

“Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree,” the press release stated.

 

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2. If convicted, Dick faces one to five years in prison.

 

Tom Schaefer, owner of the Huntington Funny Bone, said he was posting Dick’s $6,000 bail -- 10 percent of the $60,000 bond placed by Magistrate Patty Verbage Spence.

 

He also said he was with Dick early Saturday morning and disputes what happened at Rum Runners.

 

“We were at Rum Runners for literally 10 minutes. Nothing happened there except walking through the door and sitting at the bar,” Schaefer said.

Andy Dick asked to leave winery for drunken behavior

 

 

Comedian Andy Dick was kicked out of a winery in Temecula, California on Friday for drunken behavior.

 

TMZ.com reports the "Reality Bites" star was partying with friends at the South Coast Winery Resort & Spa when staff asked him to leave.

 

A manager tells the website that Dick was escorted off the property by security because he "showed signs of intoxication."

 

The funnyman's drunken behavior has landed him in trouble before - he was previously counseled by TV doctor Drew Pinsky on his "Sober House" show last year.

 

In January, Dick was detained in Huntington, West Virginia and arraigned on felony first degree sexual assault for allegedly grabbing a security guard's crotch and kissing a male guest at Rum Runners bar without invitation.

 

The incident came after Dick had performed at the Funny Bone Comedy Club.

 

A preliminary hearing will be held on June 29 in Cabell County Magistrate Court, where he'll be represented by top celebrity attorney Mark Geragos.
