TLC Chilli Regrets70'S ShowSeptember 25, 2005, 11:31:50 CHILLI REGRETS THAT '70S SHOW APPEARANCE TLC star ROZONDA 'CHILLI' THOMAS deeply regrets her guest appearance on the hit sitcom THAT '70S SHOW - because she resented having to dress up in a sexy nurse's outfit. The WATERFALLS singer, ex-girlfriend of USHER, appeared on the show in 2003, alongside series regular WILMER VALDERRAMA - who she insists resembles former CHiPS star ERIK ESTRADA. But what Thomas believed would have been an enjoyable experience turned into a nightmare when she arrived on the set. The sexy singer, who poses in a range of skimp bikinis in the October (05) issue of Maxim magazine, tells the publication, "I was on That '70s Show as the sexy nurse. I like that show, but I hated my character. I was like, 'I will never do anything like this again in my life. I feel crazy.' "I can't remember the guy's name on the show, the little guy who looks like the dude from CHiPS? He was dreaming in the hospital and I was the sexy nurse. I said yes before I saw the script. Then I was like, 'Oh, what do I have to wear?'

From the Gossiplist site:

While driving early Thursday, February 9, R&B singer Rozonda "Chili"
Thomas of the multi-million selling group TLC, was pulled over by
Atlanta, Georgia police for driving without her headlights on.

The Policeman reportedly noticed that Thomas was also in possession of
narcotics. Thomas was then arrested and later released on $10,000 bail.

It then says something about never knowing Chili was a Cokehead or something. Anyone in GA have some more info?

DISSING THE DEAD

Page Six

January 30, 2008 -- FRIENDS of Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, who died in a car crash in Honduras in 2002, are fuming that the "Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency" reality show featured a photo shoot last week for Dragonfly clothing that used models dressed as dead rock stars - including Elvis, Kurt Cobain and Lopes, who was part of the TLC trio. "Imagine her family's surprise to hear that a model was impersonating Lisa for a catalog they never heard of," says a Lopes pal, who added that her family is currently working on a CD of her unreleased music. Show producers could not be reached.

Chilli Turned Down Movie Roles For Son

TLC star ROZONDA 'CHILLI' THOMAS has revealed she gave up a huge movie role to concentrate on motherhood.

The R+B singer, a single mum, admits she has been forced to turn down a lucrative acting career because she can't leave her son Tron behind and head off on location.

She explains, "Tron is first. I put him before I put myself. I've never had a nanny... I don't do that because I want to do everything myself.

"It's a lot of things that I've turned down because I chose to put my baby first."

But she can't talk about the films she turned down, or who took the roles she was offered.

Chilli adds, "I signed contracts not to talk about that, but it was two things... They were shooting in another country and I had to be gone for such a long time.

"He (son) was in school and it was crazy. I was just like, 'I can't do that.'"

And did the films turn out to be big hits? The singer tells Sister2Sister magazine, "One of them did, yes."

Chilli Speaks Out Over Usher Breakup

TLC star Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas has finally spoken out about her split from ex-boyfriend Usher, insisting the much-hyped break-up had nothing to do with revelations the singer made on his Confessions album.

Both Usher and Thomas refused to speak about the 2003 split, despite speculation suggesting the clues to the break-up were literally written all over his album.

Songs about cheating led fans to believe the "Waterfalls" singer had dumped the R&B stud after learning he had been unfaithful, and in the song "Burn," he sang about ending a relationship he no longer wanted to be in.

But Thomas insists the album had nothing to do with the break-up, telling Sister2Sister magazine, "We were together when he was recording that album. I was in the studio with him on most of those songs, so I guess people just don't do the math with it all. We didn't break up because of infidelity or anything like that. We broke up because we just did not work, and that's it."

Chilli Still Has Her Sights Set On Marriage

TLC star ROZONDA 'CHILLI' THOMAS refuses to give up on the idea of marriage, despite high-profile failed romances with USHER and producer DALLAS AUSTIN.

The singer, who has a son with Austin, insists she just hasn't met the right man yet, despite revealing she and Usher discussed marriage.

The sexy Waterfalls hitmaker says, "I think marriage is wonderful... It is an amazing thing for two people to come together and share a beautiful life.

"Because I want it (marriage) so badly I haven't done it yet because I haven't met the right guy that has the complete package for me... I have yet to experience that... so I have chosen not to settle.

"That's why I've never been married, 'cos I know I'll get a divorce quick."

TLC's Chilli Reveals Crush On Will Smith

Jada Pinkett Smith has a little celebrity competition over her man - TLC star Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas is smitten with Will Smith after checking out his body in I Am Legend. Thomas, who previously dated Usher and producer Dallas Austin, admits she was stunned by Smith's physique in the hit film - and she envies her actress pal.

Thomas tells Sister2Sister magazine, "I want her man. No, that's my girl. We cool. But I can admire... His body is off the chain. I was like, 'Man, when this comes on DVD I'm gonna press pause. He's doing, like, these little push-ups, these pull-ups."

And Smith isn't Chilli's only big screen crush: "I can't wait to see The Rock in something. Now, that's who I have a crush on. That's who they need to put me (in a film) with.

T-Boz Reveals She Suffered Secret Brain Tumor

Tionne Watkins, aka T-Boz from TLC, revealed to People magazine in its latest issue that she secretly battled a brain tumor for 3 years. Back in 2006, the singer underwent a 7-hour surgery to rid her of the tumor, which was the size of a grapefruit and had left her blind and deaf for months. The doctor peeled it from the brain stem by making a cut behind her ear.

A quote from the magazine reads, “People are floored when I say I have a brain tumor. I won’t let you feel sorry for me. We’ll make jokes, get through it, and the bad stuff will just be a memory.”

She also explained why she decided to appear and participate on this years “Celebrity Apprentice” regardless of her condition, saying “I didn’t want pity - I was there to help sick children. I’m still here. It will take way more to stop me.”

She says she is now happy and healthy. She also did an interview with CBS News on the subject, but the air date is still unknown.

Chilli Is Always Faithful In Love

TLC
star ROZONDA 'CHILLI' THOMAS has never been unfaithful in a relationship - because she thinks cheating on a partner would take "too much effort".

The singer, who has landed her own dating show to find love, admits she has been hurt by more than one disloyal boyfriend, drawing on her own experience with R&B superstar Usher to prove her point.

The couple split in 2004 over allegations the Yeah! hitmaker had been unfaithful with a fan - but she insists she could never romance two men at one time.

In a blog on Vibe.com, Chilli writes, "I'll just say this: it wasn't that I just experienced cheating with Usher because he and I never discussed that in detail. That wasn't the first time I experienced cheating in a relationship. I've never cheated but I don't know any woman on this planet who hasn't experienced something like that, whether it's cheating during the relationship or cheating during a break-up, which some people don't consider cheating because you're not technically together but you still haven't really broken apart.

"Cheating takes too much effort. You’re hiding and doing all kinds of crazy stuff. It’s just unnecessary and it’s extremely hurtful. It’s excruciating pain."

The star's new dating reality show, What Chilli Wants, premieres in the U.S. on Sunday (11Apr10).
