Miller is being sent back for more reshoots before the picture opens later this year. The leggy blonde was overheard discussing the reshoots with Harvey Weinstein - whose recent investment in the project made the changes possible - at the second anniversary of Marchesa at Bergdorf Goodman. I mean I've only seen her in Alfie and the small part she had in that annoyed me. I've avoided her other movies, although I wasn't really interested in her other projects anyways, but I can't imagine having to watch her through an entire movie. But a flack for Harvey Weinstein told us the film will be screened in New York and L.A. by the end of the year to qualify for Oscar consideration. The Alfie star reportedly ignored Dan Kovacs' request for ID at the entrance and ordered a drink before she was asked to leave. According to Folino's Young's Tavern owner Penny Folino, a fuming Miller stated, "I am Sienna Miller. I am a famous actress!" Although Miller insists her comments were misconstrued, she does confess her tight filming schedule had left her feeling exhausted and irritable. She says, "I'm very sorry about being rude but I was working so hard on the movie The Mysteries Of Pittsburgh. I was really tired and it came out wrong. I feel terrible about it." Miller recently apologized for referring to Pittsburgh as "s**tsburgh" in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, claiming her words were taken out of context. "It's a mutual decision," a pal of the actor says of ending the roller-coaster romance. "They have definitely come to the end of the road. They tried to make it work but it failed." Reps for both Miller and Law refused to comment on the private lives of their clients. Law, 33, and Miller, 24, were engaged to be married in 2004 but Miller broke off the relationship after his affair with his children's nanny, Daisy Wright, was exposed the following year. Law was divorced from his actress wife Sadie Frost in late 2003 and the couple have three children and another child from Frost's previous relationship. The actor's closeness to his children and by default to Frost has caused tension in his relationship with Miller. "There isn't another person involved but it isn't helped by Jude's devotion to his kids," says the pal. "He and Sadie have a very friendly relationship for the sake of the kids but they are not getting back together," the pal adds. "It's pretty amazing seeing how calm it is for the kids with them but they are definitely not an item again." Craig and Miller starred together in the British gangster movie Layer Cake and media reports at the time suggested the two were romantically involved.
