Get Everything

Along with forever being known as the ex-Mrs. Donald, Ivana Trump is a businesswoman, author, actress ? and soon-to-be rock star? Czech-born Trump and her companion, Rossano Rubicondi, have given new life to "Secret Love," an old Italian love song, by changing some lyrics and adding a disco beat. The pair plan to release it on the Sony Europe label within the next few months. "It is half-Italian and half-English," says Trump. "We wrote it together by adding some new words after buying the rights." Meanwhile, Trump's two-hour FOX reality special, Ivana Young Man, is scheduled to debut in January, and will feature six men in their 20s competing for the affection of a lonely but successful 40-something woman. Trump, who is no stranger to May-December romance (Rubicondi is 34 to her 55), says the arrangement suits her fine: "I'd rather be a babysitter than a nurse maid." As for the differences between her show and her ex's The Apprentice? "All my eliminations will be in the bedroom and not the boardroom," she says.

IVANA BOOTS BEAU FROM ROOM

Page Six

THE tranquility of Aspen's exclusive Little Nell hotel was shattered by a late-night screaming match between Ivana Trump and her boyfriend, Rosano Rubicondi.

"It sounded like she threw him out," our source tattles of the incident last weekend. "He was pounding on the door, but she wouldn't let him back in. Eventually, he just gave up. They moved him to another room but, on the last night of their vacation, Nell's was booked solid, so he had to find another place to stay."

Rubicondi was seen sulking solo at several nightspots while his aggrieved gal pal holed up inside her $5,000-a-night suite virtually the whole weekend.

Ivana, who is rumored to be irritable, thanks to ex-husband Donald Trump's impending marriage to Melania Knauss, eventually reconciled with Rubicondi just in time to continue their vacation in Palm Beach.

"There's no tension," Ivana's rep swore to us yesterday. "She wasn't feeling well, so she stayed in her room."

But this isn't the first public spat we've reported between Trump and her handsome young inamorato. They were spotted bickering aboard a jetBlue flight to Palm Beach around this time last year, during which Trump hissed, "Be quiet or we'll end up on PAGE SIX."

An avid listener was chic socialite Coco Kopelman, who's known for her wicked impersonation of Ivana.

SOAKING IVANA

Page Six

SUGAR baron Alfy Fanjul is suing his Palm Beach neighbor Ivana Trump, claiming her enormous yacht "Ivana" ruined his 125-foot dock during Hurricane Frances last September. According to Fanjul, the damage will prevent him from docking his four boats behind the ritzy $11 million digs he calls home. He claims "Ivana" altered the depth of the surrounding lake bed, causing grave environmental damage. Fanjul is also suing the owners of another yacht, "Explorer 1," for similar reasons. The sugar cane king seems upset repairs can't be made in time for the big social season, when a man truly needs his yachts. "Ms. Trump hasn't been served," said Trump's lawyer, Gary Lyman.

NY Daily NewsBreaking up is hard to do — especially right before Valentine's Day.But at least two high-profile couples have shattered their romances: budding real-estate mogul Ivanka Trump and socialite and sometime movie producer Bingo Gubelman — who split after 3 1/2 years. ..."We broke up a month ago," the 24-year-old Trump told Lowdown yesterday. "But we're very good friends. Prior to that, I was in another long-term relationship. For now, I'm just enjoying being single."The 25-year-old Gubelman — who was a producer on the 2003 documentary "Born Rich," in which Ivanka appeared — couldn't be reached for comment yesterday. Apparently he's been focused on renovating his huge SoHo bachelor pad. "He started the apartment while we were together," Trump said. "I think it will be done in a few more months."

IVANA ERUPTION

Page Six

August 21, 2006 -- IVANA Trump is battling with boy toy Rossano Rubicondi again. The tempestuous twosome were in Monte Carlo recently for the Red Cross Ball and ended up at famed nightclub Jimmy's, according to our spy. "They had a huge fight that got really bad, and Ivana was escorted out of the club," claimed our snitch. "Then she dumped him." The couple - who may or may not have reconciled since - have had some famous blow-ups, including an epic clash in Aspen where Trump threw Rubicondi out of her house. A rep for Trump didn't return calls.

PALS FEAR FOR BOOZING IVANA

Page Six

November 1, 2006 -- IVANA Trump's friends are increasingly worried about her hard partying, and were shocked when she had to be carried out of Barbara Davis' Carousel Ball (more below) Saturday night in Beverly Hills.

"Ivana is really out of control," said a West Coast pal. "She's drinking and partying more than ever, and we are all really concerned."

The bouncy Czech and her boyfriend, Rossano Rubicondi, had one of their famous fights the day before, and Ivana was still upset as she dressed for the gala.

According to insiders, Trump, 57, had told several people she would go to the Carousel Ball with them - but at the last minute called her agent and longtime pal, William Morris chairman Norman Brokaw, and insisted on going with him and his daughter.

Trump left Rubicondi at the Beverly Hills Hotel. By the time the Brokaws and Trump arrived at the Carousel Ball at the Beverly Hilton, Trump was visibly "out of it."

One red carpet spy said, "She had Norman hold one arm and had his daughter hold her other arm because she was wobbling so much . . . Finally, someone heard Norman say, 'You can't stay here like this, you must go home.' "

A good samaritan who was watching the unsteady Ivana told Brokaw, "I will take care of her and make sure she gets home safely."

"Norman was shocked and looked really embarrassed by the whole event," said a spy. "I don't think he has talked to her since."

Ivana's rep, Catherine Saxton, said, "Ivana just had a bit of a flu bug. Before she was in L.A., she had been in the Czech Republic, St. Tropez, Paris and Palm Beach and somewhere along the way picked up a flu bug. So, on that night, she took some NyQuil before heading to the ball. She went home in a friend's car."

Sources say the former model and first wife of Donald Trump sought treatment for her drinking earlier this year. In August, we reported that an out-of-control Trump was thrown out of Monte Carlo nightclub Jimmy's after a raging fight with Rubicondi.

One Web site reports, "More recently, she has taken to calling friends late at night and leaving rambling, incoherent voice mails."

TRUMP REACHES OUT TO IVANA

Page Six

November 3, 2006 -- DONALD Trump has had his differences with ex-wife Ivana over the years, but he phoned her after reading our story about her meltdown at the Carousel of Hope ball in Beverly Hills, and offered his help. "He told her he'd love to help her quit drinking," said an insider. "But she told him she just had a bad reaction to NyQuil. She's in denial." Trump, whose older brother, Fred, died of alcoholism, has always been a teetotaler. He recently told a friend, "If I drank, it's guaranteed I'd be an alcoholic, with the life I lead." But while Trump has always tried to be supportive of the mother of three of his kids, he doesn't want her using the Trump name in connection with real estate developments - particularly after two projects she was promoting went bust, one in Las Vegas and one in Australia. "She's not allowed to use 'Trump.' We stopped her," The Donald told a friend. "I have 72 buildings going up. I can't let that happen." Meanwhile, Trump will earn $30 million next year by making 20 speeches for the Learning Annex on a tour that kicks off in Atlanta in February. "It's good money for 20 hours of work," understated Trump.

No. 3 For Ivana

IVANA Trump plans to walk down the aisle for the third time. The former wife of Donald Trump is now sporting a "ginormous" pink diamond, said a spy yachting with her in St. Tropez. And she's now calling on-and-off-again boyfriend Rossano Rubicondi, 35, her "fiancé." Ivana's rep, Catherine Saxton, confirmed the story and told The Post's Braden Keil, "It will be officially announced when she returns from the Mediterranean." Her eldest offspring, Donald Trump Jr., said, "You probably know as much as I do."

Pink diamond = Kiss of Death for Any Relationship

But even if he'd given her some other color (or if she'd bought herself another color), this will be divorce number three for Ivana. They fight like crazed watter buffalo when they're drunk, which is most of the time.

Ivana Trump Marries for the Fourth Time

With 50 attendants and a $1 million diamond ring, Ivana Maria Trump married Rossano Rubicondi Saturday before 500 friends and family members at Mar-a-Lago, the Palm Beach estate of her ex, Donald Trump.

"I am so happy my friends from around the world came to be with me on my wedding day," Ivana Trump told PEOPLE before the ceremony.

Under a 15-ft. arch covered in orchids and roses, Trump, 59, and Rubicondi, 35, an Italian model-actor she has dated for six years, shared short kisses after exchanging vows. The ceremony was conducted by Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, The Donald's sister, and was attended by the man himself.

Their sons, Donald Jr., 30, and Eric, 24, gave the bride away, while daughter Ivanka, 26, served as mom's maid of honor.

Taking inspiration from A Midsummer Night's Dream, Trump was prepared for a colorful night with three pink dresses: a silk Zuhair Murad wedding gown, a cocktail dress and a dinner dress.

Guests, including actor George Hamilton and Kathy and Rick Hilton, will dine in the gold and white Grand Ballroom amid thousands of flowers, the same room where Donald and Melania Trump hosted their wedding dinner three years ago. A 12-ft.-high chocolate wedding cake was flown in from Germany.

Also imported: the 24-piece orchestra, which flew in from Paris. Says wedding planner Cheryl Clisby: "It proves that no matter what the age of the bride, she gets whatever she wants on her wedding day."

As for how the bride – who was wed to Donald Trump for more than 13 years – is approaching her new marriage, she told PEOPLE last fall at her engagement party: "It just feels right. I have no fears." She called her fiancé "a great guy with a lot of talent" who "always has a smile on his face."

For Rubicondi, he's in as much awe. "She's an amazing woman. Beautiful, smart, sexy, powerful, successful, young in spirit," he told PEOPLE. "We have fun together – otherwise I wouldn't be getting married!"

Joke's on Ivana Trump's new husband

Gatecrasher

Donald Trump Jr. threatening to kill his new stepfather wasn't the most romantic part of Ivana Trump's wedding to Rossano Rubicondi on Saturday. But it was the most fun!

"We are a construction company and we have job sites, we lose people," Don Jr. told his mother's fourth husband from the microphone at her Palm Beach wedding. "You better treat her right, because I have a .45 and a shovel."

The eldest son of Donald and Ivana Trump had given his mother away (with brother Eric) just a few hours before. But at the reception in the ballroom of Mar-a-Lago, it fell to him to deliver a bawdy speech that also dwelled upon his mother's "great boobs."

Donald Trump Sr. stuck to the sidelines, although his wife, Melania, who was said to be on the premises with their son, Barron, did not make an appearance.

One source told me The Donald had charged Ivana the wholesale price of $700,000 for the wedding at his Florida estate - forsaking his normal profit at a retail price of $1.3 million. (Her rep declined to comment on the financial arrangements.)

Neal Sedaka serenaded the couple as guests, including Brigitte Nielsen, George Hamilton, Dr. Ruth Westheimer and Robin Leach, danced beneath crystal chandeliers. The 12-foot-tall wedding cake weighed 770 pounds, took four months to make and was imported from Germany.

The dress code was all white for men and pastel gowns for women - which Carole Gruson, a nightclub owner from St Barth's, interpreted to mean a white net outfit that was either lingerie or macramé, but it wasn't a dress. It was definitely the talk of the wedding.

Ivana and Rossano were the very last people to leave their own party, just after 1 a.m. I asked her whether the press should now refer to her as Ivana Rubicondi.

"It's Ivana Trump and Rossano Rubicondi," she told me.

"Actually, forget that," she corrected herself. "Just call me Ivana."

Ivana Trump's Pre-Marital Spat

Just three weeks before her extravagant wedding to Rossano Rubicondi, Ivana Trump placed a call to 911 asking for police attention for her “abusive” boyfriend.

"What's going on is that I have a boyfriend which [sic] I want to leave my home and he called the police before and he's abusive," the caller says in a transcript obtained by Extra.

According to the six-page transcript, a disagreement ensued between the two at Ivana’s Palm Beach home on March 17, and Rossano had called 911 first. Police responded and searched the house.

Two hours later, the 59-year-old socialite placed her call, saying, "I need to get the police in here and I need this man to get out of my home...He got, he got pissed off and I need him out of this house."

Asked if her beau was intoxicated, the former Mrs. Trump responds, “I have no idea."

The transcript ends with the caller announcing, "The police officers are right here."

Ivana tied the knot with Rossano on Saturday at her ex-husband’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida before 500 friends and family members, including Kathy and Rick Hilton and George Hamilton. Her sons Donald Jr. and Eric gave her away and daughter Ivanka served as maid of honor.

Ivana and Rossano, a 35-year-old model-actor, got engaged last summer after a six-year relationship.

For more on Ivana, tune in to Extra tonight!

FIRST LOOK: Photo from Ivana Trump's Wedding

By Natasha Stoynoff

Guests at Ivana Trump's wedding were given strict instructions: Check your cameras – and cell phones – at the door.

But PEOPLE has this sneak-peek photo of the elaborate ceremony in Palm Beach in which Donald Trump's ex-wife wed for the fourth time Saturday, marrying Italian model-actor Rossano Rubicondi before 500 friends and family members. (For more details and photos of the wedding, pick up the next issue of PEOPLE magazine, on newsstands Friday.)

One of those guests, former Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous host Robin Leach, also got permission to snap a few photos at a pre-wedding fete the day before.

His pictures, posted on his Web site, show the ever-tanned George Hamilton; Paris Hilton's parents, Rick and Kathy; and the former Mrs. Sylvester Stallone, Brigitte Nielsen, who with the others listened to the theme from her ex-husband's movie Rocky blare as the groom made his entrance at the ceremony.

At the wedding itself, a helicopter drowned out the wedding vows at the poolside ceremony conducted by Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, Donald's sister, Leach reports.

But it couldn't drown out Neil Sedaka once he took to the piano. In the gold and white Grand Ballroom at Trump's Mar-a-lago estate (the same locale The Donald married Melania in 2004), the singer played a romantic rendition of his song, You, serenading the couple at the wedding dinner that consisted of stone crab, lobster crepes, rack of lamb and Chilean sea bass. After the feast, guests danced until 2 a.m.

Now that they're married, friends are hoping that Rossano Rubicondi won't mistreat Ivana Trump. According to a transcript of that 911 call made from Ivana's Palm Beach house last month obtained by "Extra," the woman said, "What's going on is that I have a boyfriend which I want to leave my home and he called the police before and he's abusive. He got .. .he got pissed off, and I need him out of this house."

Ivana Trump and now-hubby Rossano Rubicondi almost weren't legally wed. "The day before the wedding they still hadn't filed for their marriage license, so they raced down to city hall," a snitch told us. "But when they got to the front of the line, they couldn't come up with the cash for the license. They had to get out of line and borrow the money from someone else!"

TAXING EFFORT

May 21, 2008 -- IVANA Trump has avoided a showdown with the taxman. The newlywed was listed with 42,000 other Palm Beach County homeowners for neglecting to pay a $145,216 property tax bill on her $10 million estate. But her lawyer, Gary Lyman, told the Palm Beach Post, "It's just an oversight, probably because of the wedding." Ivana married Rossano Rubi condi a few weeks ago. Lyman told Page Six Ivana had tried to pay with a personal check, but it was rejected be cause only certified checks are accepted. A new check was sent Friday.

FEELING FIRST-CLASS PAIN

WHEN Ivana Trump flies, it's first class or bust. A fellow passenger on her flight from West Palm Beach to Newark on Sunday watched in awe as Trump acted "miserable that she was put in coach and not first class" and spent her time "complaining the nearby children were acting like monsters." Our spy said, "The flight attendant even asked a first- class passenger to switch with Ivana." The flier apparently agreed to the swap just to shut Ivana up. A rep for Trump told Page Six, "Yes, she was on the flight yesterday and was seated in coach because the weather screwed up her travel plans. She sat near a family, but it was fine, and she did not complain about any children. The stewardess asked someone to switch because Ivana always travels in first class."

IVANA TRUMP SEPARATES FROM FOURTH HUBBY

Posted Image

Ivana Trump has issued a statement confirming reports of marital discord with Italian entrepreneur Rossano Rubicondi.

Trump, who married Rubicondi in April, says she filed a legal separation agreement three months ago. Trump says she kept quiet about it because she didn't want to ruin Rubicondi's chances as a contestant on the Italian edition of the reality TV show "Survivor."

Rubicondi is Trump's fourth husband. After about six years of dating, they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at her ex-husband Donald Trump's estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

Says Trump: "Rossano wants to live in Miami and work in Milan. ... But, I am a New Yorker and my family, friends and businesses are here. As the beautiful song says, `Que sera sera!'"
