Pierogies

Princess- I have pierogie dough resting right now!! I'm scared about rolling it out as I ended up using the old-fashioned version (technically, I'm using someone else's dough recipe but it's similar to the old-fashioned one you posted) I'm making blueberry filling because I have a bunch of blueberries from last year's harvest to use up from the freezer. Fingers crossed!

 

I got a new food processor so I'm trying all sorts of things - plus it's rainy & cold, so why not stay in the kitchen and experiment? Might try again - or make a calzone dough - because I have ricotta to use up. Also have some potatoes - I could mash for my husband's dinner tonight and then make pierogies with leftovers tomorrow ;-)
