I say good for both Rivers. If E! is such a bad employer, they should bolt.Even though I don't watch much of the fashion stuff, I think, at age 71, Joan Rivers has earned the right to bitch her heart out!
-
Looks like E! is losing both. Joan and Melissa Rivers to Exit E! Tuesday, June 22, 2004 By Lisa Bernhard FOXNEWS.com NEW YORK — Call them Red Carpet Baggers. Folks at the TV Guide Channel are about to steal Joan and Melissa Rivers away from E!, the mother-daughter duo’s home for the past eight years. The deal, expected to be signed this afternoon, gives the twosome a combined salary of $6 – 8 million for three years – or, roughly more than $1 million each annually.

Kirstie picShe's on the cover of Star, not US. My bad. Check it out when you pass a newsstand.
-
Did anyone see her on the cover of that mag (US?) She's 270 pounds! My God, what happened to her? I feel bad for her; she looks horrible!
-
Although I have nothing personal against her, I trying to find some good Martha Stewart jokes. All I'm hearing is predictable (scented candles in cells, "it's a good thing," etc.).
-

Did anyone else laugh uncontrollably at this? I used to live in Quebec, and the sketch was right on. I hope Conan doesn't apologize, because it was good natured humor? I can't believe McDonough (she leads a party called NDP) called it racist. It was hilarious!

Wow, it's certainly a day for the dynamic duo! Maybe we should start a Matt/Ben thread, no?
-
From foxnews.com 411. Roger Friedman is pretty reliable, I find. Love the Matt/Ben bit, though.

"Matt has no plans to come home for more than a day in the next six months," a pal of Damon's said.
