I feel like the rest of the world is finally hearing all of the stories we have had here for years. I don’t doubt the sheen story for a minute.

Damn every single day I cross my fingers that one of my faves isn't accused.

Honestly, I havent recovered from Cosby. A few months before his shit hit the fan I had taken my (very young then) kids to see him live. My son listened to his comedy routines at bedtime and knew them by heart. I think the only one that could hit me harder would be Mr. Rogers or Jimmy Carter.

Look up Seth Abramson on Twitter and check out the first tweet. Its a string of about 135 that goes into great depth of analysis. I cant figure out how to link directly to it if someone else can.

This dirtbag has been very publicly called out on this for years. Not “everyone whispered about it” but flat out been in print before and no action taken against him. I’m sorry this stuff has been going on so long, but glad that they seem to be sweeping wide on this. The bad side is that it’s getting so big that I worry those who want to will start saying it’s all just a witch hunt and hysteria.

Terry Richardson: Photographer dropped by Conde Nast International

Fashion photographer Terry Richardson will no longer work with top magazines including Vogue and Glamour after being dropped by Conde Nast International.
Staff at the media group were told the move had immediate effect.
Richardson has previously faced accusations about the treatment of models but always denied any exploitation or misconduct.
Conde Nast International confirmed the content of the email, first reported by The Daily Telegraph.
The group publishes 143 editions of magazines including GQ, Vanity Fair, Wired and Conde Nast traveller.

Conde Nast's executive vice president James Woolhouse sent the message on Monday.
He told "country presidents" of magazine titles that any photography shoots by Richardson that had already taken place, but not been published, should be replaced with other images.
He wrote: "I am writing to you on an important matter. Condé Nast would like to no longer work with the photographer Terry Richardson.
"Any shoots that have been commission(ed) or any shoots that have been completed but not yet published, should be killed and substituted with other material.
"Please could you confirm that this policy will be actioned in your market effective immediately. Thank you for your support in this matter."
'Consenting adult women'
Richardson is known for his sexually explicit photo shoots of stars including Kylie Jenner, who had a calendar shot by him.
He's also directed videos like Miley Cyrus's Wrecking Ball and Beyonce's XO.

In 2014, the 52-year-old wrote an article for The Huffington Post in response to the "internet gossip and false accusations" against him.
He wrote that sexual imagery formed a part of his photography, adding: "I have never used an offer of work or a threat of rebuke to coerce someone into something that they did not want to do."
Richardson also referred to a 2004 gallery show which "depicted sexual situations", saying he "collaborated with consenting adult women who were fully aware of the nature of the work".
No new claims have been made about Richardson but previous allegations have resurfaced recently in an article in the Sunday Times.
The BBC has contacted Terry Richardson's representatives for a comment regarding the Conde Nast email.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure that unless you have season tix at the Kennedy Center you aren’t seeing Hamilton, so it was easier and cheaper (plus it makes me a cooler mom) to just take her to NYC.

Bummer. I actually totally forgot! But Im kind of ODing on shows in the next few weeks so I probably should save my money for a while. I leave tomorrow to go up and see Kinky Boots (I saw it before but after the original cast left, they are back for a very limited run) then next week again for Hamilton. Then just after that daughter and I are going to see the Mean Girls preview here in DC. Plus a comedy show and a concert, all in like three weeks. I think Im Christmas and birthday IOU for a couple of years.

ETA I usually see a show every two years or so.

Clooney’s comment was basically, yeah I knew he hit on a bunch of younger women and was kind of a douche that way, everyone saw that, but I never knew about the stuff that was happening behind closed doors. I can’t decide if that’s plausible or not, but Paltrow admits she told Brad Pritt about it, so some of them knew at least a little and they all know each other. I’m also unsure about the credibility of all of the “he tried but I said no” but at the same time, I have enough experience of the world to never blame someone for not coming forward with victimization. There are just too many reasons why you might not feel able to. It takes a lot of strength and willingness to revictimize yourself and I’m not going to say someone should be vilified for being a victim.

I just finished A Gentleman in Moscow. I really liked it a lot but its very long and not action-y so not for everyone.

His family spokesman posted a message that he passed tonight at 8:40 pm PT. Im sure the time was listed specifically to address the earlier reports. I also wouldnt be surprised if they agreed to stop life support earlier but waited on actually removing it to allow all of his family to be there and that caused some of the early reports. Still had to be extra hard on the family dealing with the invasiveness of the reporting.

She deserves what she gets and NBC deserves what they get for hiring her. She’s just awful.

#337016 The Kardashians

For the love of god, this could make them last forever. I can’t take it.

Khloe Kardashian, pictured here at a 2015 Houston Rockets game in Los Angeles, is reportedly pregnant. (Reuters)

At this rate “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” could go on for another 40 years – Khloé is also pregnant, a source has confirmed to Page Six.

We’re told that Khloé, 33, is in her second trimester with her first child, and the father is Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson.

Both expectant parents, we hear, are overjoyed about the baby news.

This now adds up to three expecting Kardashians. Kim and Kanye West are expecting their third child via surrogate, plus it was revealed just days ago that Kylie Jenner is also around four months pregnant with rapper Travis Scott, and they are expecting a girl.

Kim and Kylie’s babies should arrive around late January to early February, and Khloé’s child will follow soon after, we’re told.

Khloé and the NBA star have been dating since September 2016, and he has a son Prince Oliver, who will be 1 in December, with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.

Khloé had said on the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” Season 13 finale that she was healthy following a fertility scare that led her to stop taking birth control.

She confessed that she and Thompson have “definitely talked about starting a family … He wants to have about five or six kids with me and that’s lovely.”

She added, “We could start at one and we could grow from there. But now knowing I’m not on birth control is scary. It’s, like, a really big step.”

Glad to hear it wasn't too serious. Thanks for letting us know. It's weird that we could lose contact with an active member and have no idea what ever happened (a few from here come to mind). I'm glad your foster son stepped up - hopefully it will be a good growing up turning point for him.
