Kirsten Dunst

13 December 2017 - 08:54 AM

I find it nearly impossible to believe she doesnt have a thread, because I feel like she is almost one of the founding gossip subjects of this whole site. Maybe she has no thread because she was the subject of so many BIs back then that we just talked about her there (or my search missed it).

In any event, Kiki finally grows up, i guess.

Kirsten Dunst and Fiancé Jesse Plemons Are Expecting Their First Child

Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons are doing everything they can to make sure 2018 is their best year yet. Not only are they planning on walking down the aisle in April, but, according to an Us Weekly source, they're also expecting their first child together sometime next year.
The Beguiled star has previously spoken about her desire to have children. In the July 2017 issue of Marie Claire UK, just a few months into her engagement, Dunst said she's ready to settle down and start a family with Plemons. "It's time to have babies and chill," she said, before adding that spending time with her baby goddaughter is what's spurred her to start putting down roots. "I wasn't one of those 'I need a baby!' people until my goddaughter was born. I love her so much. That love is just, like, you can't experience that unless you have a kid. I put her to bed last night, and she woke up this morning and said to her mom, 'Where's Kiki?' I just love that love. That's what I want."
Dunst, 35, and Plemons, 29, started dating in 2016, after starring as husband and wife on the second season of Fargo. In January of this year, Dunst was spotted wearing a big, sparkly ring on that finger, and in the months since, the actors have opened up about their low-key wedding plans, which include a small ceremony next spring in Austin, Texas, and a dress designed by Laura and Kate Mulleavy, Rodarte designers and directors of Dunst's latest film Woodshock. "I never thought I was that person who'd have a Pinterest board. I like doing all of the pinning things," Dunst said on a September episode of Live with Kelly & Ryan. "It's really fun, and because we create it together from the beginning, it's a really nice thing to do together. It's going to be so personal and fun. We're having a really good time."

The Secret Life of Selena Gomez has just taken a medical turn: The singer says she underwent a kidney transplant over the summer, and the donor was her pal Francia Raisa, who starred in "The Secret Life of the American Teenager."

The "It Ain't Me" singer, who limited her public appearances over the summer despite the release of new tracks such as "Bad Liar" and "Fetish," said the surgery was a result of her longtime battle with lupus and that she was keeping a low profile to recover, she revealed Thursday morning on Instagram.

"I'm very aware some of my fans had noticed I was laying low for part of the summer and questioning why I wasn't promoting my new music, which I was extremely proud of," Gomez divulged. "So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health."

The 25-year-old famously took a break from her career in late 2013 to undergo chemotherapy for the autoimmune disease that she's dealt with for years. Gomez has been candid about its effects on her, and, in August 2016, she took another break to cope with the disease's challenging side effects of anxiety, panic attacks and depression.

The latest hurdle appeared to result in the kidney transplant, which she explained in the lengthy Instagram post that featured an image of her and Raisa holding hands and smiling as they lay in adjacent hospital beds.

The Disney Channel alum said she planned to share the details of her journey "soon" and thanked her family and doctors for caring for her during the harrowing experience.

"And finally, there arent words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa. She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis," she said.

Gomez's fans took to Raisa's Instagram account following the announcement to flood her comments with gratitude.

"What a great friend you are god bless you," said one commenter, with another writing. "Thank you!!!! You saved selena😍!! You are an angel❤"

Gomez concluded her remarks by saying that "lupus continues to be very misunderstood but progress is being made," and urging her followers to visit the Lupus Research Alliance website.
