Jack with his daughter Lorraine in St. Tropaz. She's a cutie, I keep her away from Lara.

Ya think? I'd think that with all her daddy's money she could hire a better colorist. Even jessica simpson has a more believable blond than that.

D-DAY HERO LUNCHES WITH JACK
Page Six

July 23, 2006 -- JACK Nicholson had a fascinating companion for lunch the other day at Club 55 in St. Tropez - besides the four young women who decorated his table. Nicholson, sporting the same green-and-yellow striped polo shirt he wore in "Something's Gotta Give" (2003), was with Tony Murray, a French hero of World War II. It's said that Murray fled the Nazi occupation, joined the U.S. Army and was a paratrooper on D-Day, when his chute snagged on a church tower. As re-enacted by recently deceased Red Buttons in "The Longest Day" (1962), Murray could only watch helplessly as German machine-gunners annihilated his comrades as they dropped into a French town square. Murray, who went on to make a fortune in home security systems, throws a big party every summer on the Riviera. He and Nicholson go way back. Murray was the Good Samaritan who bought Bob Evans' mansion in Beverly Hills when the producer went briefly broke. The Frenchman later sold the mansion at cost to Evans' pal Nicholson, and the Joker gave the house back to Evans.

Well, he may be "eccentric", but Jack seems like a good friend to have on your side.

But that was 6 years ago...

Although, from recent pictures, LFB doesn't look as scrawny as she has in the past couple years....

GET WELL QUICK
Page Six

September 12, 2006 -- BEST wishes for a speedy recovery to Jack Nicholson. The winner of three Oscars - 12 nominations total - "checked into an L.A.-area hospital for an infection," a reliable source said yesterday. His agent, Sandy Bresler, said: "I do not comment on Jack's personal life." No word on whether Nicholson, 69, will be able to promote "The Departed," the Martin Scorsese mob movie bowing Oct. 6, or whether his health will affect "The Bucket List," due to start filming next month.

Yes, Mr Nicholson, there's possibly a connection between that and the fact that you recently had to check into hospital because of an "infection". biggrin.gif

Jack Nicholson’s Big One

A scene in Martin Scorsese’s latest flick, The Departed, included Jack Nicholson (playing a Boston mob boss), two hookers, piles of cocaine, and a dildo—extra-large. Unfortunately, the plastic penis was circumcised from the final cut, according to New York Daily News gossips Rush & Molloy. However, the appendage does make an appearance in a scene at an adult theater when Nicholson flashes it to Matt Damon. Not surprisingly, the gossips note that while straight, the character has a bit of a gay vibe, and they asked Nicholson if he knew that real-life Boston gangster Whitey Bulger is said to have had a three-way with a bookie and actor Sal Mineo. “I made a point to do no research,” Nicholson replied. “But it’s amazing the things you find out later.”

STIFF-NECK JACK
Page Six

October 5, 2006 -- JACK Nicholson hasn't been able lately to hawk his new movie, "The Departed." (See Lou Lumenick's rave review on Page 67.) The star strained his neck last week when he took young model Paz de la Huerta to the New York premiere. A friend of his says he's bedridden after "pulling a muscle in his neck . . . we don't know exactly what is wrong, but something is wrong with his neck." Last month, Nicholson checked into a hospital for an unspecified infection. His rep, Sandy Bresler, didn't return e-mails.

From Cindy Adams, 11.20.06:

A PILE of years ago, I reported on the blood relatives Jack Nicholson never acknowledged. His real parents. The sister Donna he never said he had. In '96, his biological father Donald Furcillo, then blind, suffered a heart attack and stroke and begged me to inform Jack he wanted to say hello before saying goodbye. His father had last seen him 44 years earlier. From afar. They'd never met. His sister's mother Dorothy Rose now writes, on the one-year anniversary of Donna's death, that they want me to know:

"Jack called Donna in the hospital when he was told she was so ill. He also sent flowers. You did so much to try and help us get Jack and his father together, although our efforts were in vain. Despite our disappointments in Jack's lack of response, I needed to tell you that Jack finally came through. I thanked God for that phone call. How wonderful they were able to talk with each other. I think it was good for both of them. Morphine could not stop Donna's physical pain, but talking to Jack made her happy and seemed to erase the many years of sadness in not being able to know her brother . . .

"Jack's image is 'Hollywood's Bad Boy,' but deep down inside there seems to be a 'good heart.' "

PUT 'EM UP

Jack Nicholson isn't afraid to show his hands (in a pair of colorful gloves, of course) while vacationing in Aspen, Colo., on Sunday.

Maybe that's his daughter and her friends? Doesn't he have a teenaged son as well?
