New Woman Claims Affair With Golfer Tiger Woods

A Los Angeles cocktail waitress tells the new Us Weekly (on newsstands Wednesday) that she had a steamy 31-month fling with Tiger Woods and has a voicemail recording and text messages to prove it.

Jaimee Grubbs, now 24, tells Us Weekly she began having an affair with Woods, 33, in April 2007.

She tells Us Weekly they went on to have 20 sexual encounters.

Grubbs, who recently appeared on VH1's Tool Academy, also tells Us Weekly she has photos, as well as more than 300 racy texts from Woods, who wed model Elin Nordegren in 2004.

Come back to Usmagazine.com Wednesday morning to listen to a Nov. 24 voicemail Woods left Grubbs in which he suggests his wife might suspect he is having an affair.

Talk of the alleged affair with New York City club manager Rachel Uchitel reportedly led to Woods' one-car accident near his home in Florida this past Friday.

TMZ has reported that Woods and his wife were arguing about the alleged fling just before the crash.

No Criminal Charges to Be Filed Against Tiger Woods
Tuesday December 01, 2009 03:10 PM EST

Florida authorities are closing the car accident case on Tiger Woods, and will not do more than issue a minor traffic ticket with a possible $164 fine to the golfer.

"The investigation has concluded that Mr. Woods is at fault in the crash," a Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman said Tuesday afternoon at a press conference, saying that they found that Woods, 33, had not driven in a "careful and prudent manner" when he was hurt in a one-car crash outside his Orlando home.

In addition to the fine, the careless-driving citation could give Woods four points on his driver's license, if he is found guilty. There will be no criminal charges, and the case is closed, the spokeswoman said.

"Mr. Woods has satisfied the requirements of Florida law by providing" his driver's license, registration, and insurance information, and was not required to submit to interviews or give evidence, she said.

The FHP spokeswoman refused to take questions, and it's fairly certain those surrounding the famed golfer will continue to circulate.

Unfortunately, I don't think the cops care whether it is abuse or not. It is a public display of someone blatantly not talking to them. So the cops are making a public display of showing "they will get to the bottom of it no matter what". I guarantee if it was my husband and me, it would be, "let us know if we can be of assistance" - and they would move on.

No doubt you're right! But, I'm floating on holiday spirit so I'll allow myself to keep dreaming of sugar plum fairies, santas elves and Florida cops who actually treat all people equally : )

Edited to add: Tiger's got some NASTY taste in women!

Tiger Woods Cozies Up in Vegas

Tiger Woods got up close and personal with a leggy brunette during a recent trip to Las Vegas -- and the woman definitely isn't his wife. TMZ obtained these photos of Tiger and the mystery lady taken October 4, 2009 at Tao nightclub in Vegas. The photos were taken around 1:30 AM.

I'm finding it hard to feel very sorry for him if this is what he's been up to behind the scenes. Don't know him personally of course, but he seems to be an intelligent person so it's not like he didn't know that bad behavior on his part could end up costing him dearly, both personally and professionally. Just seems to be more of that mentality of "I'm filthy rich so I can do whatever I want to do". If everything goes to hell for him, oh well...can't blame anyone but himself now can he?

I agree, I don't feel sorry for him. He lived his life as a cheater so he has to pay the price. He needs to take responsibility for his actions.

Woods says he lets family down
By DOUG FERGUSON, AP Golf Writer

(12-02) 08:11 PST Thousand Oaks, Calif. (AP) --

Tiger Woods said he let his family down with transgressions he regrets "with all of my heart," and that he will deal with his personal life behind closed doors.

His statement Wednesday follows a cover story in Us Weekly magazine that reports a Los Angeles cocktail waitress claims she had a 31-month affair with the world's No. 1 golfer.

"I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves," Woods said on his Web site . "I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone."

The cocktail waitress, Jaimee Grubbs, told the magazine she met Woods at a Las Vegas nightclub the week after the 2007 Masters — two months before Woods' wife, Elin, gave birth to their first child. Grubbs claims to have proof in 300 text messages.

About three hours before Woods' statement, the magazine published what it said was a voicemail — provided by Grubbs — that Woods left her phone on Nov. 24, three days before his middle-of-the-night car crash outside his home in Florida.

Woods did not offer details of any alleged relationship.

"I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves," Woods said. "For all of those who have supported me over the years, I offer my profound apology."

Woods has been subjected to more media scrutiny over the last week than when he first won the Masters in 1997 and set off the first wave of Tigermania. He has spoken only three times through his Web site, although this was his longest posting.

"Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means," Woods said. "For the last week, my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives."

And he continued to say accounts that physical violence played a role in his Friday morning car crash were "utterly false and malicious."

"Elin has always done more to support our family and shown more grace than anyone could possibly expect," he wrote.

His statement came one day after the Florida Highway Patrol closed its investigation into the accident — without Woods ever speaking to state troopers. He was charged with careless driving, which carries a $164 fine and four points on his driving record.

The story soon shifted from a patrol investigation to sordid allegations into his personal life.

In the voicemail released by the magazine, a man says to Grubbs:

"Hey, it's, uh, it's Tiger. I need you to do me a huge favor. Um, can you please, uh, take your name off your phone. My wife went through my phone. And, uh, may be calling you. If you can, please take your name off that and, um, and what do you call it just have it as a number on the voicemail, just have it as your telephone number. That's it, OK. You gotta do this for me. Huge. Quickly. All right. Bye."

The Associated Press could not confirm Woods was the caller.

This part of his statement bothers me. If he were just a golfer who never did mega endorsement deals because he wanted to stick to some point of honor, I might be able to understand this kind of whining. But he has been all too happy to trade on his name, image, and success, to earn amounts of money most people can barely imagine. And all those skanks he apparently has been hooking up with--would they have been interested in him if he weren't famous and immensely wealthy?

He willingly traded away his privacy and anonymity, and he's never complained until now, when things aren't going the way he wants. Maybe he just should've behaved better.

any woman involved with a famous person and saves all texts and messages knows eventually she will be able to use them against him! I would think if you really cared for him you would delete them. I guess if you keep them there is the thought in your back of the mind you can always blackmail him. Well Tiger, guess what...you were with women who kept all the texts and messages!!!!
BobbyD
Idiot. Obviously, he shouldn't have cheated. But I think his biggest fault is probably in his getting married. He's a GOLFER who has become a billionaire....translation= he one of the world's most successful geeks in a geek(non glamorous) sport, who is getting more tail thrown at him then he has had in his entire life. He obviously didn't pay off the women or have them sign confidentiality agreements. His best friends are other professional athletes...shocking they didn't teach him that, or at least talk him out of getting married.

ETA...This is also reason #2,200 why wife, kids, & family should not be in the spotlight...

I totally agree, BobbyD. Why bother getting married at all? At the very least, I think he should have held off with the nuptials until he was older - say, his 40s - so that he could have sowed his oats, learned a thing or two about how hos will always turn text messages into cash, and picked up some hints from his athlete buddies.
Hoyaheel
I think he got married to be more attractive to potential advertisers etc. The whole "family man" thing that supposedly appeals to (what Lainey calls) the Minivan Majority. And he probably loves her. And hey, she's hot too. Maybe he felt family pressure. Lots of people get married that probably don't have the monogamy gene......And as I've said before relating to some celebs - it's highly probably there are "arrangements" in place within the marriage. However- I would also bet that the number one rule would be discretion, and that's where Tiger's really screwed up....

Tiger Woods Paid For Scandal Girl's Trip To Meet Him In Australia

Tiger Woods booked and paid for Rachel Uchitel's travel to meet him in Australia in November, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Rachel has been linked to Tiger in a cheating scandal and although she has denied a romantic relationship with the golfing great, the evidence is mounting.

And now RadarOnline.com has discovered the smoking gun - Tiger's organization booked and paid for Rachel's trip, and that's how the two ended up in Australia at the same time last month.

PHOTOS: Rachel Uchitel Leaves Her Apartment

Tiger's problems are growing daily. His early-morning car crash into a tree November 27 came after the National Enquirer linked him to Rachel in a cheating scandal. And now Us Weekly has backed up the Enquirer's report and produced Jaimee Grubbs, who said she had an on-and-off affair with Tiger for the past several years.

A RadarOnline.com investigation has uncovered that Rachel's trip was booked and paid for by Tiger's organization. And while she has said that the fact she was in Australia at the same time as Tiger was mere coincidence, the new evidence uncovered by RadarOnline.com backs up the charges of multiple sources that Rachel was romantically involved with Tiger.

She was spotted in his hotel in Australia and getting off the elevator onto the floor where he had a private suite. She has dismissed this until now - but that was before RadarOnline.com uncovered that her travel was paid for by Tiger.

RadarOnline.com has also learned that several other women has told various media outlets they have had romantic relationships with the married 33-year-old golfer. Some of the women have voice mails and other documented proof.

A cast mate of Jaimee Grubbs' from the VH-1 reality show Tool Academy
told RadarOnline.com that Grubbs bragged about her affair with Tiger. "We all knew about Jaimee's affair with Tiger Woods because she told us," Alda Menaska told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

Tiger's Wife Confronted Alleged Mistress
Posted Dec 2nd 2009 12:41PM by TMZ Staff

Tiger Woods' wife Elin Nordegren placed an angry call to Jaimee Grubbs, Tiger's alleged mistress, confronting her about the alleged affair with her husband.

As we first reported, Grubbs bragged to co-workers at the Stone Rose Lounge in West Hollywood, claiming she was having an affair with Tiger and even playing them the voicemail Tiger left for Jaimee on November 24 -- when he asked her to remove her name from the outgoing message on her voicemail because Elin was becoming suspicious.

Co-workers tell TMZ on Friday -- the day of Tiger's crash -- Jaimee went to work, played the voicemail to co-workers and then later in the evening said she had received a call from a blocked number. Jaimee says she answered and asked who was on the line. Jaimee says the caller -- a woman -- did not identify herself but said, "You know who this is because you're f**king my husband."

Woods’ wife reportedly revising prenup
Sources say couple still together, but receiving marriage counseling

The Scoop

Now that Tiger Woods has admitted to “transgressions,” many wonder what is next for his marriage. Many sources are saying that for now, wife Elin Nordegren, who is often a fixture on the 18th green at golf tournaments, is standing by her man.

“She and Tiger have had problems in the past, this is obviously as bad as it’s ever been, but she’s not leaving as of now,” said one person with knowledge of the couple’s marriage over the years.

A report in the Chicago Sun Times claims that “intense marriage counseling” is taking place, but Elin’s motivation might also be linked to her personal bank account.

“The links legend's spouse is reportedly being paid a hefty seven-figure amount — immediately transferred into an account she alone controls — to stick with her husband,” Sun-Times columnist Bill Zwecker reported. He goes on to write that Elin demanded and is getting a total rewrite of the couple’s prenuptial agreement. The couple wed in 2004 and have two children.

Reportedly, the couple had an agreement that stipulated they must remain married for 10 years in order for Elin to collect a settlement of $20 million, and that is the part of the settlement being negotiated.

While it would seem obvious for Woods to have a prenup, no one close to Woods has confirmed that the agreement exists.

One veteran reporter remarked, “Everyone keeps saying ‘oh yeah, he’s got to have the (ironclad) prenup,’ and I think the media is all like, ‘he went to Stanford, he can’t be that dumb.’ But maybe he does and maybe he doesn’t.”

if she stays with him she deserves what she's got. I dont mean to justify him- not at all. But id just count her as one of the many women who were happy to marry a trophy (and be one in return) rather than a husband.
as for these guys, I totally agree- if you want to skank around, don't get married. of course they want it both ways. The intimacy of marriage and family, the trophy, and the slutting. but having multiple women and in such a short time of his marriage means he doesnt give a shit. if the only thing that stops him is getting caught in public and not that, oh i dont know, he's in love and married with kids...

Actually, the law (U.S.) recognizes that when someone becomes a public figure, they give up much of their right to privacy. One of many explanations: http://www.legal-definitions.com/civil-rig...lic-figures.htm

And if the law were otherwise, all the stuff we're reading and hearing about his marriage and alleged affairs would be virtually unreportable.

Tiger: I let down my family

By PETE SAMSON
US Editor

Published: Today

CHEATING Tiger Woods said sorry yesterday for what he bizarrely described as his "transgressions" - as The Sun uncovered another lover.
The world's No1 golfer offered a "profound apology" in a 300-word statement as he braced himself for revelations of even more affairs.

The Sun can today disclose Woods has been two-timing his wife Elin Nordegren with Las Vegas nightclub beauty Kalika Moquin, 27.

The billionaire superstar, 33, has already been linked to New York socialite Rachel Uchitel, 34.

And yesterday The Sun told of claims by cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs, 24, that she enjoyed around 20 romps with the dad of two during a 31-month fling.

Woods has been holed up at his £1.7million mansion in Windermere, Florida, since crashing his car in the early hours of Friday following a row with former model Elin.

But in his statement, he said: "I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart."

He added: "I have not been true to my values and the behaviour my family deserves.

"I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect."

Woods, who projects a squeaky-clean image on the fairways and in TV ads, also denied he hit a fire hydrant and tree while being attacked by 29-year-old Swede Elin.

The Sun can reveal Woods met sexy brunette Kalika in 2007 when she was a bar hostess at the Mirage hotel in Las Vegas. Sources in the gambling mecca claimed the pair last met in October when Kalika visited the golfer in his suite at the MGM hotel.

One insider claimed the fling began when Elin was pregnant with daughter Sam, now two.

Another said: "They have definitely been hooking up for a while. It has been a very badly kept secret on the Vegas club scene, but everyone is talking about it now."

Kalika in now an executive at Vegas club The Bank and was recently named the 31st most influential person in the city's nightlife circles.

She refused to deny the relationship when approached by The Sun. She said: "It is difficult for me because I now work as the marketing director for a high profile hotel in Las Vegas.

"I am not interested in fame and am very worried anything I might say could affect my career." Locals in Las Vegas claim Woods is a regular in adult bars and VIP strip clubs.

Pictures of him cosying up to a brunette beauty at the Tao nightclub in October also surfaced yesterday.

Woods' alleged relationship with party planner Rachel emerged last week in a US magazine, which said they last met on a secret date in Melbourne, Australia.

Rachel denies any affair and insists it was a coincidence they were both in Melbourne at the same time. But yesterday an American website insisted Woods' firm booked and paid for her trip. And a US magazine claimed the golfer once sent Rachel an email about a dream he had in which they were married.

But he dreamt that he caught her having sex with baseball star Derek Jeter and actor David Boreanaz, two other celebs she is reported to have dated. Woods allegedly wrote: "Some part of me thinks you would like that."

Reality TV contestant Jaimee said she first had sex with Woods at his hotel in her home town, San Diego. And they last met two months ago.

She told how the golfer asked her to delete her name from her voicemail, adding: "My wife has been through my phone and may be calling you."

Yesterday Jaimee's ex-boyfriend Bradley Berman, 22, said he split with her after finding a text from Woods on her phone, asking for a rendezvous in Vegas. Another revelation came from the former editor-in-chief of Men's Fitness magazine, Neal Boulton.

He claimed sister mag National Enquirer "knew about Tiger Woods' infidelity a long time ago".

But they "traded silence" for a rare photoshoot with the golfer for the cover of Men's Fitness.

Police yesterday released 105 images of Woods' crash and a diagram of the route he took in his black Cadillac Escalade 4x4.

He turned out of his drive and mounted a kerb at 30mph before hitting a hedge.

He then swerved around a bend, shot up another kerb and crashed into the hydrant, before veering across the road into a tree on a neighbour's front lawn.

A report said there was £4,800-worth of damage to the car and £2,000-worth to property.

Woods has already paid his £98 fine for careless driving, it was revealed last night.

Bar hostess, cocktail waitress, party planner: are these all euphemisms for a far older profession? There seem to be a lot of women with little to offer beyond fake breasts and no morals who work as "cocktail waitresses" and somehow make their way into the beds and homes of rich and famous men; models, journalists, actresses I could understand, but "cocktail waitresses"?? 3huh.gif

TIGER GIRL RACHEL CANCELS PRESS CONFERENCE - - $1 MILLION PAYOFF ALLEGED!!!

LATEST: Multiple sources are alleging a $1 million payoff from Tiger Woods' peeps to buy lover Rachel Uchitel's silence which is why the press conference was axed.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reports multiple sources say that Tiger's people are desperate to keep Rachel from talking about her relationship with the potent putter and that they were willing to go a long, long way to keep her silent.

How long?

One source claimed that Rachel was negotiating a $1 million payoff by Tiger's people to remain silent.

When asked, Gloria Allred said, "No comment."

It's also been reported Rachel's seeking a big pay day from major media pubs to give her unadulterated no-lies-bared sex-clusive.

EARLIER: Tiger Girl Rachel Uchitel's lawyer Gloria Allred canceled the press conference in which Uchitel was expected to confirm her client's affair with Tiger Woods, as the ENQUIRER reported in a series of world bombshell exclusives!!

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, the news conference scheduled for today is cancelled," Allred said in a press release.

"There will be no further statements on this matter."

One million dollar is going price for skanks/hos in any case. I doubt she could've gotten more from the media. She probably could've gotten more $$ if she had gone to him way back before his wife found out...

Thinking more about this...I think his wife should bolt him. He was banging cocktail waitresses, gold diggers, etc. I mean that is bad, if not just as bad as prostitutes. I would hope they don't parade their family in People magazine, telling others how great their lives are.

It probably won't happen, instead we probably will have an Eliot Spitzer, Gov. James McGreevey, Kobe Bryant, Sen David Vitter, type of press conference, where Tiger apologizes with his wife looking sad, next to him...and like the wives in those situations(except Mrs. Kobe Bryant) I felt so sorry for them, because they looked so miserable...

So...it will be time to post a poll to see whatever thinks or hopes will happen. 4biggrin.gif

Count me among those who do not think highly of people who have extra-marital affairs. The "good news" is that society has a way of making people pay for such transgressions, especially if you are a guy who makes a hefty living hitting little white balls around grassy landscapes. In the case of Tiger Woods, whose middle-of-the-night car accident last week brought to light allegations that the golfer was involved in an affair, the payment is pretty steep.

Not only has Woods issued a public apology on his web site, but the The Daily Beast reports that he will pay his wife, Elin Nordegren, $5 million upfront and another $55 million to persuade her to stay in their marriage for another 24 months.

Like many couples with tens of millions of dollars in their bank accounts, Woods and Nordegren have a prenuptial agreement -- and a big one at that. US Weekly reports that the prenup is worth $300 million, but other news outlets say it's a more modest amount. Either way, Nordegren was already entitled to a nice chunk of change.

According to The Daily Beast, the pre-nuptial agreement they signed in October 2004 would award Nordegren $20 million just for sticking with Woods for 10 years. But now that allegations of affairs with two women -- Jaimee Grubbs and Rachel Uchitel-- are making headlines, it looks like that contract is being tossed out the window and the couple are negotiating new, more lucrative terms for Nordegren.

Instead of waiting until 2014 for her $20 million payday, Nordegren will only need to stay married to Tiger until October 2011 and by doing so, will get more than twice what she was entitled to under the original pre-nup, according to The Daily Beast. The new agreement would also pay Nordegren more if she stayed even longer -- a staggered schedule of payments over five years that could top $75 million.

Getting that grand sum of $80 million (the $5 million she's getting upfront, plus the $75 million in the new pre-nup), however, will require Nordegren to stay with Tiger for another seven years, show up with him at social events and in public as if they were still the perfect couple, and sign a nondisclosure form that will prevent her from ever telling her story.

From Tiger's perspective, this is probably a good deal. After all, $80 million is a mere 8% of his $1 billion in career earnings as calculated by Forbes. An earlier Forbes report indicates that Woods has won more than $80 million on the golf course. Annual prize money, Forbes says, accounts for under 15% of his income. Sponsorship deals with Nike (NKE), Accenture (ACN), AT&T (T), Gatorade, and Procter & Gamble's (PG) Gillette pay him at least $100 million a year.

For now, all these sponsors are sticking with him. The jury is still out on whether they would view a serial adulterer as a good image for their products and services over the longer term.

So if Tiger can pay $80 million to stay married to Nordegren and somehow buff his image back to where those sponsors will want to keep forking over the cash, it would be a good investment. Of course, Tiger would still need to keep winning golf tournaments.

Meanwhile, I wonder whether he thinks his extracurricular activities were worth the price he's paying in Nordegren's eyes.

Tiger ‘is horrible in bed’

TIGER Woods was rated as "horrible in bed" by one of his lovers, it was revealed yesterday.

The damning verdict came from cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs, who says she had a 31-month fling with the married golf superstar.

The 24-year-old mistress told fellow contestants on US TV reality show Tool Academy she had also "hooked up" with George Clooney.

But while she was full of praise for the movie heartthrob, she mauled Tiger.

Telly pal Krista Grubb, 27, told The Sun: "She was showing all these texts saying they were from Tiger and George.

One she said was from George said, 'When can I get in there again?' He signed it G.

"She said she met him while working as a cocktail waitress in Los Angeles and they would meet up in Vegas and he was a lot of fun.

"Jaimee said George was amazing but wasn't so nice about Tiger. She just kept saying he was horrible in bed."

Another pal of Jaimee said Woods, 33, offered to buy her an apartment in Las Vegas.

New York socialite Rachel Uchitel, 34, and Vegas nightclub executive Kalika Moquin, 27, are also said to have had affairs with the golfer.

He crashed his car near his Florida home in the early hours last Friday after a huge bust-up with his Swedish wife Elin Nordegren, 29.

She is thought to be getting a total re-write of their pre-nuptial agreement and financial incentives to stand by him.

The couple are having several relationship counselling sessions a day.

I'm really surprised that more women aren't involved in this type of
behaviour;getting into relationships with famous/powerful men and
blackmailing them for their silence.I have a feeling that all 3 of
the women are relishing in their new found fame and notoriety.

These women may or may not have been skanks BUT I and most
heterosexual men would sleep with Rachel Uchitel...without a
second's thought.No question.However,it would be very casual
relationship...nothing deep or meaningful.

Well... I am not sure how to say this, but, really, I had a higher opinion of men than that. When I look at all three of these women, I see fake breasts, lots of makeup, tight clothing, and very homely faces. Tiger's wife is ten, no, a hundred times more attractive than any of these women. Seriously, I could go to a salon and get my hair and make-up done, and I would come out looking far hotter than these skanks, and I'm nothing to look at.

These women will be the "Real Housewives" in ten years. It's all hair, surgery and makeup.

So my question for the men who would have sex with these women without a second thought, asked in all honesty and perhaps rhetorically, is, wouldn't it be just as exciting and more hygienic to invest in a good doll? 3huh.gif
