Klum: 'Losing Baby Weight Is No Big Deal'

Heidi Klum has claimed that losing baby weight is not difficult.

The supermodel, who gave birth to her fourth child in October, explained that looking after children helps people become slimmer.

Showbiz Spy quotes her as saying: "I eat healthily and stay active. I have four children that I am running after, I jump on the trampoline with them, run after them."

Meanwhile, speaking to Us Weekly, Klum explained that breastfeeding can also help.

"I never looked at breastfeeding in terms of, 'This is something that helps me'," she said. "Breastfeeding helps my child. The after effect: yes, you lose your weight in a normal manner. I think people blow it out of proportion."

She continued: "Everything gets made into so much drama about how a woman has her weight like before [she gave birth]. If you're living your life, not sitting on the couch... a woman will go back to how she looked before she was pregnant."

Heidi Klum lands 'Desperate Housewives' cameo

Supermodel Heidi Klum is set to add a touch of glamour to U.S. TV show "Desperate Housewives" - the catwalk beauty will make a guest appearance in a special episode set in New York City.

The German star has already landed cameos in a number of programs including "Sex and the City," "Spin City" and "How I Met Your Mother."

And now Klum has signed up to play herself in a new episode of "Desperate Housewives" when the series transfers from sleepy Wisteria Lane to the bright lights of Manhattan for a one-off show.

Klum will be joined by fellow model Paulina Porizkova when she makes her cameo, according to E! Online.

The 36-year-old supermodel works hard to keep the spark in their marriage alive and adores dressing up in the expensive jewels and gems given to her by her devoted singer spouse.

She said: "I love dressing up for him and putting on all the jewellery he gives me. It is such fun!"

Heidi and Seal, 47, been together since 2004 and raise four children together - daughters Leni, five, and four-month-old Lou, and sons Henry, four, and three-year-old Johan.


Because of their hectic family life, the couple have found they struggle to spend time together and have to rely on other family members to help them out with babysitting.


Heidi explained to the National Enquirer magazine: "You have to prioritise. But sometimes we do get to do our favourite thing. If my mum is here, we run off and go to Paris for the weekend!"

Heidi recently revealed she was planning to post Seal some underwear and other gifts because they would be apart on Valentine's Day (14.02.10).

Speaking ahead of the romantic occasion, she said: "I'm making a very fun box of heart things. Kind of like an explosion of things; confetti hearts with cute underwear and chocolates. It's a fun surprise box for him."

Heidi Klum Likes to Get Naked!

HEIDI Klum has no qualms about being naked — even if it’s in front of her parents!

The supermodel and Project Runway host — who raises four children with her singer husband Seal — says she’s relaxed about being undressed.

“I think it’s because I grew up in a very easy-going family where my parents were always naked,” Klum told Tatler magazine.

“My parents are still naked. I mean, it’s not like we’re hippies and we run around naked, but if they happened to be in their room changing or something or someone comes out of the shower, they’re not, like, ‘Oh my God. No. Close the door’.”

Klum also spoke about how she and Seal regularly renews their wedding vows.

“He’s very old-fashioned, my husband. He’s very proper,” she said.

“We loved our wedding so much that we decided to do it every year, so that’s what we do.

“I still have the same values in life, but I’m definitely not as crazy any more.”

Now on solid ground, Heidi Klum, Seal and their tots – Lou, 9 months, Johan, 3, and Leni, 6 – enjoy a stroll in Portovenere, Italy, on Thursday, as they continue their family vacation.

All of those kids are going to be knockouts when they get older.

^^ Where's the oldest boy(Henry?)? And yes, those kids are going to be gorgeous when they get older.

I bet Henry is probably holding the left hand of whoever's got Johan.

Why even bother cropping out the nanny when it's so obvious from that photo that they have one anyways? Seal and Heidi have 4 very young children. There's no shame in having outside help.
