Everyone knows that legendary womanizer Jack Nicholson has slept with more women than can be counted on the clasped fingers of every Hands Across America participant, but now the litany of his conquests has been catalogued in the new biography, Jack: The Great Seducer. Sure, the book names names (Gia Carangi, Christina Onassis, Lara Flynn Boyle, Mamie Eisenhower, a particularly seductive keyhole in his Hills manse), but it's real draw are the revelations about the secrets of Nicholson's cocksmitherymanship, like this one naming the fuel for his love machine :

A woman Jack brought up to his Mulholland Drive pleasure dome recalls: "He could make love all night long. I stopped counting at seven." Afterward, the book reports, Jack ate an entire apple pie before returning to lovemaking.

While this "I stopped counting at seven" business (Defamer personal record: 1.5, same night!!) is certainly impressive, we're pretty sure we could down an entire apple pie after snorting a punchbowl full of blow, too.

A Warner Bros spokesman adds, "It's not at all uncommon for dialogue to be fine-tuned during production. Everyone is extremely pleased with the way this shoot is proceeding."

There was recently an article on the imdb saying that Jack Nicholson wanted to "spice up" his character in Martin Scorsese' remake of the Hong Kong crime thriller INFERNAL AFFAIRS, titled THE DEPARTED and co-starring Matt Damon and Leonardo DiCaprio. In fact, he supposedly re-wrote some lines and added a scene where he'd be sniffing coke off a stripper's ass. Apparently, doing a little creative recreational snorting wasn't all Nicholson did to "spice up" his character. His character also seems to have a penchant for walking around with big black dildo strap-ons. Either that or Jacko has gone absoutely nutty and decided to leave the hardware on after leaving his silicone-enhanced friend's house.

I just finished reading this book last week. It was not an easy read for me. Parts were boring, parts were ultra boring, and parts were pure, unadulerated bulls hit IMO. If the book is true, he is a prevert and young/dirty old man. His refusal to wear condoms is mind boggling. Especially in the AIDS era. Jack might not have AIDS, but bet he is loaded with STD. His refusal to use condoms has resulted in many children fathered. Jack has so less morals, this is not a problem to him nor does he even seems to have a lot of compassion for the "bastards" he has fathered. Angelica Huston comes off as a mystery in this book. Altho she seems smart enough to know Nicholson for what he is, she stays with him for many years, but wisely does not marry him. I didn't mean to make this sound like a book review, but Nicholson is some kind of man. And, I do not mean that in a complimentary way.

Nicholson did have a long, long list of conquests. He and Marlon Brando traded women like a kid does marbles. I cannot remember off hand all the women - this list is endless and almost unbelieveable. Lara Flynn Boyle, Rebecca Broussard who had their legitimate child, Lorraine. Michelle Phillips of Mamas and Papas. Also, Jack was very much into drugs, according to this book. Not just pot, but having large amounts of coke, etc in crystal bowls in his house for guests use. At one point, Jack, again according to book, liked to walk around his house and property nude. There is just too much crapolla to wade thru to get anything juicy. Huston was supposedly his big time love, and Jack grieved as much as possible for him, when she left for good.

July 23, 2006 -- JACK Nicholson had a fascinating companion for lunch the other day at Club 55 in St. Tropez - besides the four young women who decorated his table. Nicholson, sporting the same green-and-yellow striped polo shirt he wore in "Something's Gotta Give" (2003), was with Tony Murray, a French hero of World War II. It's said that Murray fled the Nazi occupation, joined the U.S. Army and was a paratrooper on D-Day, when his chute snagged on a church tower. As re-enacted by recently deceased Red Buttons in "The Longest Day" (1962), Murray could only watch helplessly as German machine-gunners annihilated his comrades as they dropped into a French town square. Murray, who went on to make a fortune in home security systems, throws a big party every summer on the Riviera. He and Nicholson go way back. Murray was the Good Samaritan who bought Bob Evans' mansion in Beverly Hills when the producer went briefly broke. The Frenchman later sold the mansion at cost to Evans' pal Nicholson, and the Joker gave the house back to Evans.

The star strained his neck last week when he took young model Paz de la Huerta to the New York premiere. A friend of his says he's bedridden after "pulling a muscle in his neck . . . we don't know exactly what is wrong, but something is wrong with his neck." Last month, Nicholson checked into a hospital for an unspecified infection. His rep, Sandy Bresler, didn't return e-mails.

In '96, his biological father Donald Furcillo, then blind, suffered a heart attack and stroke and begged me to inform Jack he wanted to say hello before saying goodbye. His father had last seen him 44 years earlier. From afar. They'd never met. His sister's mother Dorothy Rose now writes, on the one-year anniversary of Donna's death, that they want me to know:

A new unauthorized biography out in October about Jack Nicholson claims he has a secret handicapped son. Jack is known to have six kids.

The book claims, "There are two other possibles whom those closest to Jack whisper about, including one young man who lives with handicaps brought on by his actress mother's drug abuse . . . These are among the closely held secrets he has generally succeeded in keeping from his fans."

Jack's rep said, "The allegations of the handicapped son are false and inaccurate. There is no handicapped son of Mr. Nicholson."

Reportedly Jack has already paid off one secret love child with a settlement said to be in the six-figures.

I know Nicholson is against abortion because of how he came into being (and he feels if abortion had been legal, he would not have been born)--but my god, can't this dinosaur exercise a conscience and put on a condom for at least HEALTH reasons--to safeguard himself and his partners against STDs, AIDs and other health risks. I remember shortly after I saw "Something's Gotta Give," I really wanted Jack Nicholson to be dating Diane Keaton. Groan. Diane deserves better. He's an idiot. And an old idiot too--even worse.

Diane does deserve better - but she still hit that, back in the day. It was during her Beatty/Reds period. She and Jack had quite the torrid fling. She adored him, he adored her and they are still friendly, which is more than one can say for Keaton and Beatty. Warren was a gigantic douchebag, as usual. Jack's an idiot about some things, there's no disputing that, but at least he's open about who and what he is. He never leads these women on, never pretends he's faithful or that he's had a vasectomy or anything. Well, I guess he pretended to be faithful with Anjelica Huston, but that was a friggin disaster and it was years ago.

They were very hot in their scenes in "Reds." I remember reading that Jack had a crush on her but supposedly he didn't do anything about it because Diane was with his best friend Warren and he didn't want to be an "asshole."

Do you remember when they presented at the Oscars this year for Best Picture? Jack is a sleaze but he and girlfriend still have a lot of geriatric chemistry going on. My, my.

I thought Diane and Warren were still on good terms. She has said they still speak to each other, which is more than you say about her and Pacino. Now THAT was bad. I think she really loved him and he kept on hurting her, the final blow being when he knocked some woman up while living with Diane.

Jack didn't wait long before getting with Keaton, but then she and Beatty were already in trouble during Reds. I recall the Oscar thing. They do have great chemistry together and still like each other a lot. Kinda sweet, actually. Diane and Warren may speak to each other but they haven't been on good terms since they split up, at least that was my understanding of their sitch. They're both scary-smart, so they may have worked out an intellectual relationship that functions on some level.

God. Has anyone ever had a decent break-up with Al Pacino? You can go all the way back to Jill Clayburgh without finding a single one! Great actor, AWFUL boyfriend. They had to finish Godfather III together while he was ripping her guts out. Total nightmare.

I used to be very good friends with an actor who was/still is a member of the Actors Studio. I believe Pacino was one of the co-heads of the Studio at the time. Anyway, at that time, I had a little crush on Pacino and had mentioned this to my friend (who obviously knew Pacino from his Studio interactions) and he reprimanded me like a father reprimanding his wayward daughter. He also asked me point blank, "Why???" Jeez. It was just a little crush. But I guess he was looking after him just in case.

WHY? He's sexy as hell, that's why. Jeez, indeed.

On a tangent: my dad asked my mom to abort the embryo/ foetus that became me but I still have the sense to realize that this doesn't make abortion anything but a necessary & safe optionin a world where there are too many unwanted kids! I have heard that Lara Flynn Boyle isn't a bad egg so nothing against her but... I also know that there are some men who love to date anorexic women because they're too skinny to get pregnant so they don't need to worry about birth control. I wonder if that ran through Jack's mind.
