By now, it's a bit of old news that Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling are a couple. Just take a look at them out doing the grocery shopping. But could it be that the cuddling Canadians are also engaged? This is the first time I've ever tried to "break the news," but that ring on Rachel's finger looks awfully big and diamondy (yes that's a word... now). So, you crazy kids, when's the wedding?

I just loved that movie, and I'm usually not such a sap.

I'd get in on that telethon - I'm not saying these girls need to be 300 pounds, but I think some of them are in dire need of a sandwich. To me, curvy girls are pretty. Disappearing-when-they-turn-sideways, not as much. Angelina Jolie is the biggest tragedy IMO - used to be SO hot w/ perfect body, now just another lollipop head. So sad!

I only remember Rachel McAdams from Mean Girls.

Loved the notebook. Fav movie this year. Loved Ryan and I loved Rachel in this as well as the Wedding Crashers. Hope they do get married and have 7 kids. Great couple. Low key too....which is nice.

She's ok...I mean, any different from Sienna Miller? Jennifer Garner? I swear if saw 'em all walking down the street...I couldn't tell the two apart.

Definitely more likeable than the other 2...she is a true beauty. You will love her. I made my husband watch Notebook, my sister, my mom and my friends at work. They all agree its the best damn movie ever. My husband and brother loved it too but would not admit it. It is really a heart-string puller. God! ITS SO GOOD! Im thinking about renting it again this weekend but my mom bought it so I may just go steal hers!! I LOVE THAT MOVIE......

Im getting the DVD. Really funny movie and Will Ferrell is a riot. My fav part without giving anything away is when Owen Wilson is on the alter and wont shut the hell up! And w/ Vince and this picture.

Well its Sat nite...Nov 5th. Rented and watched the Notebook again last nite because of all this talk this week. Just drank a few beers and its Sat. and I think I will pop it in the DVD player again.

Any guys out there....watch this. Learn how to throw your woman against the wall and go at it. She will fall for you that way.

The Notebook co-stars Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams have sparked reports they are getting engaged, after being spotted shopping for rings. The couple were romantically linked in June when they re-enacted their passionate kiss from the romantic epic as they picked up Best Kiss at the MTV Movie Awards. A friend of the couple tells the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, "Not only does it look like they're living together, but they've been talking to top private jewelers about engagement rings."

Nervous McAdams Backed Out of Naked Vanity Fair Shoot


Actress Rachel McAdams lost her nerve when she turned up to pose naked for
a new Vanity Fair photo spread - and it cost her a spot on the cover of the
provocative new Hollywood issue. The Notebook star was invited to pose with
British beauty Keira Knightley and Scarlett Johansson by the issue's
artistic director, designer Tom Ford, but pulled out at the last minute.
Ford explains, "She felt that she'd be fine with it and then she got there
and she realized that she really wasn't, and that was fine... She just asked
if she could be excluded from the cover." Ford himself replaced McAdams for
the Annie Leibovitz cover shoot - and posed with naked Knightley and
Johansson, who were also nervous about baring all to the world. He adds, "I
said to them, 'When you're 70 you're gonna look back and say, 'Thank God for
this picture - look how amazing I was.'"
