After her post-Golden Globes spat with ex Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz headed to Hawaii for some quality time in the sun and surf – and champion surfer Kelly Slater was on hand to keep her company.
Slater cleared his schedule to meet up with Diaz when she arrived in Oahu on Tuesday, sources said, and the pair have since been spotted at various spots along the islands's North Shore.
They shared a sunset dinner Wednesday night at the renowned Haleiwa Joe's, sources said, and also stocked up on provisions at a local grocery store Friday night. "She was with him. They were just shopping," said a witness.
And, of course, they spent plenty of time outdoors, playing a round of golf at the Turtle Bay Resort, according to a source, and hitting the beach. "Someone saw Kelly with a really hot girl in his car and we looked and it was her," said one observer. Added another, "They were just cruising around."
Diaz also took some time to be on her own. She was reportedly seen shopping over the weekend at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, a few miles from tourist-heavy Waikiki.
Diaz and Slater, both 34, are old friends: He joined her on a 2005 conservation expedition to Honduras for her MTV show Trippin'.
An eight-time world champion surfer who acted on the first season of Baywatch and has been linked to Pamela Anderson and Giselle Bundchen, Slater calls his native Florida home but has a house on the North Shore.
"He's a nice guy. He's very, very focused, which is what makes him such a good surfer," says Hawaii-based surfing photographer Carol Cunningham.
Could romance be brewing? Reps for both Diaz and Slater could not be reached for comment, but one thing is for certain: the pair share a great love – for the waves.

Last week, Cameron Diaz won a lawsuit against the National Enquirer for publishing photos and running a story alleging she was having an affair with a married man.
On May, 23, 2005 we published an article in our magazine and on our website entitled "Cameron Caught Cheating." That article was accompanied by photographs which purported to show Ms. Diaz, who at the time was dating Justin Timberlake, kissing Shane Nickerson, a married man. We have subsequently been informed, and accept that, the relevant incident involved nothing more than Ms. Diaz giving a friend a good bye hug and accept that there is no question of a romantic relationship between Ms. Diaz and Mr. Nickerson. We are happy to set the record straight and apologize to Ms. Diaz and to Mr. Nickerson and his family for any distress caused.

The 'Charlie's Angels' star bought the $12,000 vintage 18-karat rose gold Rolex Oyster watch - which had "I love you" engraved on the case - for Justin's 26th birthday in January.
However, the couple split up before the big day and Cameron has now given the timepiece to her best friend.
A source said: "Cameron didn't want the watch so she gave it to Drew."
Drew allegedly offered to pay for it, but Cameron insisted it was a gift.
The 'Music and Lyrics' star - who just celebrated her 32nd birthday - is also newly single after splitting from her long-term lover Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti.
The friends have now made a diet pact to get back to their "date weights".

Cameron Diaz was photographed leaving Paris Hilton's house the other night completely wasted. A friend had to help her drunk ass into the car. It's so cliche for Cammy to be friends with Paris. Cameron should do herself a favor and steer clear. Maybe she ran out of Valtrex and all the pharmacies were closed?
It's like all of Justin Timberlake's known ex's end up drunk/stoned/fucked up near Paris Hilton somehow. Maybe she wants to get in on some JT action...are we so sure she's NOT Patient Zero.

I don't care how much you dislike paparazzi, it's just totally bizzare to go RUNNING away from them "at full speed." Either this is totally BS or girl has some major issues with paranoia (which, given the blunt pictures above wouldn't be that unlikely I guess...)

He's doing ok... we take it day by day, he gave us all quite a scare a week and a half ago, they told me he wouldn't live another hour but, well, here he is! He tends to do things the difficult way, but he always pulls through it so far... he's still really sick, but I just know he's gonna pull through this.

on topic - Cameron ALWAYS annoys me, she's ruined so many movies for me, I think the only time I ever enjoyed her on film was in Being John Malkovich.
Well, I don't love Cammy Diaz but she has crazy-pretty blue eyes; a taut, athletic body (think of all those photos of her surfing); and dances around in her undies in films. And the character she played in "something about Mary" was every guy's dream, non? Scratch golfer surgeon with a goofy laugh and a love of meats on sticks... I can see why some people like her, lack of acting skills not-withstanding.

For the latest installment of the Shrek series, Jeffrey Katzenberg was sensitive to Cameron Diaz's feelings about her ex, Justin Timberlake, and made sure the movie star was OK with the pop star's inclusion as a voice in the cast of "Shrek The Third." According to Katzenberg, Diaz was refreshingly accommodating.
Katzenberg says, "Out of courtesy, I said to Cameron, 'You know, this is something we're considering doing. I like this guy's work a lot. On the other hand, I don't want to mix things up here. Life is already confusing enough for all of us.' She was completely supportive: 'If that's something you want to do, then great. Obviously I'm a fan and admirer, too.'"
Of course, Cameron also said, "Oh yeah, totally. It would be petty of me to let my personal life get in the way of my professional pursuits. As long as he voices the donkey's ass. Yes, you heard me correctly--not the donkey, the donkey's ass. Is there even a donkey in this one? I don't care. Put one in there then." (*)

The world premiere for the latest "Shrek" movie, "Shrek the Third," was cause for exes, Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake to run into each other on the red carpet. And rather than risk an awkward episode in front of all the paparazzi there for the movie, the two decided to play it nice, giving each other a big hug and kiss.
Diaz, who voices Fiona, arrived first, making her way down the green carpet in a bright-salmon Chanel dress, staying close to costar Mike Myers. Timberlake, who plays would-be king Arthur, walked the press gauntlet just steps behind Diaz, though the two didn't appear to make eye contact during interviews.
It wasn't until they met during the cast photo, that they had an opportunity to greet each other with smiles and a hug. This was the first high-profile media event that had the two former flames meeting each other under the scrutiny of the press. How disappointingly mature of them. Bless her heart, she should just not talk sometimes. Isn't that one of the perks of being considered pretty, that you're not expected to talk? A recent gem of hers has her lamenting the obstacles faced by a beautiful woman in Hollywood.
First of all, if you can find me "a successful actress who weighs 300 pounds and has warts" who isn't Martin Lawrence or Eddie Murphy in a fat suit, then I'll gladly congratulate her for making it in an industry surrounded by skinny bitches whining over hard it is to be making "Most Beautiful" lists in magazines on a regular basis. Seriously, she and Jessica Biel should get together, so they can braid each other's hair, play beach volleyball and complain about all the professional athletes they get to have sex with.

The two then enjoyed a Monday evening rendezvous with a dinner at the Bellagio's Prime steakhouse, after which they both took in the Beatle's tribute, LOVE, by Cirque du Soleil.
I don't know about that. Dating a magician would probably drive me a bit nuts. I envision waking up in the middle of the night to him practicing making me levitate, which would piss me off to no end. Eventually, I'd just have to tell him, "If you don't stop, I'm seriously going to cut you in half. And unlike you, I have no intention of putting you back together."

"What Happens in Vegas" would feature Kutcher and Diaz two people who discover they've gotten married after one wild night in Sin City. They also discover that they each won a jackpot playing a quarter for the other. Can they get each other's loot or will they just fall in love?
You can hear Diaz in "Shrek the Third," opening this weekend. The actress was most recently seen in "The Holiday" and "In Her Shoes."

Well, apparently it can; Minnie’s fiancee, cheesy-ass magician Criss Angel, reportedly hooked up with Cameron Diaz last weekend in Las Vegas. Minnie’s friends claimed the actress is devastated.

Kate Hudson was rumored to have hooked up with Justin Timberlake back on New Year’s when he attended a party at her place and they were said to have dissapeared together for a few hours. We didn’t hear much more about it, and I assumed it was just a rumor.
Now Hudson is said to have put those rumors to rest when she ran into Diaz a couple of weeks ago. She is said to have taken her aside and to have told her “I didn’t sleep with your man!” They hugged, Diaz got kind of weepy, and they put the whole thing behind them:

Sure, her relationship with Justin Timberlake ended early this year, but she seems to be on good terms with her ex, and I'm sure the massive piles of money she's been making recently off her role as Princess Fiona in the highly successful and lucrative "Shrek" movie series doesn't hurt. Except for those mysterious 300-pound women with warts who are somehow stealing her thunder, she seems to be doing aight.
And this past weekend, she was in Sydney to celebrate the Australian premiere of "Shrek The Third," which has been making bank at the box office here in the U.S. Dreamworks mogul, Jeffrey Katzenberg, has confirmed that there will be a fourth Shrek installment. And would Diaz be interested in continuing to be a part of the franchise?

Fiona, the even-tempered ogre princess in the animated blockbuster "Shrek the Third," is a modern update of the classic fairy tale princess, says Cameron Diaz, who voiced the character.
Fiona understands that "if you want something to happen, you have to go out and do it yourself," said Diaz, who was in Taiwan to promote the latest installment of the movie franchise, which premiered here Friday.
When Shrek (voiced by Mike Myers) sets off on a mission to find the true heir of the kingdom of Far, Far, Away, Fiona is left to defend the castle. She gets some unexpected help from Snow White, Cinderella, Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty.
"These are the princesses we grew up on," Diaz told reporters. "We get to keep our princesses, and we get to modernize them."

She described Timberlake's performance as "hilarious."

In January, Page Six reported that Diaz "blew up" at her then-recent ex, Justin Timberlake, when she spotted him flirting with his now-girlfriend Biel at an after-party at the Beverly Hills Hotel. This Sunday, the love triangle will reunite for the first time since the incident - on live TV.
Sources revealed that Diaz and Biel are both presenting awards at the ceremony, while Timberlake is nominated for best breakthrough performance for his role in "Alpha Dog."
"Everyone is determined to keep Cam and Jess far apart," said our insider. And Timberlake isn't helping by keeping mum as to how he'll walk the carpet, solo or with Biel.
"It's becoming a big deal because the girls both want very separate arrival times," said our source. "Nobody knows who Cameron is going to bring, if anyone. But if Jessica walks with Justin, Cameron will want to bring a date. If Jessica goes alone, Cam will probably walk alone. It's a mess."
The biggest stars are usually the last to walk the carpet - a position both glam gals are fighting to snag. Diaz, who is accustomed to being at the top of the A-list, wants to avoid the "humiliation" of having an earlier arrival time than Biel at the MTV event.
"Cam is used to being more high-profile than Jessica," said the source. "But now that Jessica's dating Justin, she has more leverage. Cameron's looking a little unstable lately."

As she wowed hundreds of fans in a slinky black and white floor length frock at the premiere of Shrek The Third in London's Leicester Square she said: "We love each other. We spent four years together so there is no reason for us not to be friends."
And dismissing rumours of a bitter rift she insisted they simply went their separate ways. The 34-year-old said: "I always think it is funny when people think 'Oh you guys must really hate each other now'. And I say 'No, our paths just went in different directions." They had reportedly had a bitter bust-up over Justin's flirting soon after their split. She is said to have confronted him after he cosied up to actress Jessica Biel at the Golden Globe awards.
But five months on, she says there is definitely no frostiness between them. Cam's had several dates with magician Criss Angel in recent weeks, but said: "It was good to see Justin because it is nice to see someone you care about."

The Shrek actress was visiting the Inca city of MAChu Picchu yesterday carrying an olive green bag with a red star and the words "Serve the People" written in Chinese. In Peru the saying is a reminder of the Maoist Shining Path insurgency which brought the country to chaos in the late 1980's and early 1990's, with almost 70,000 people dying during the massacres and bombings.
