Think of the thousands of people who start off with similarly crappy parents or worse, but go to college, get jobs, take responsibility for their own lives apart from their terrible childhoods. Does that help you stop feeling sorry for her? She has the money (well, had....) to go to very expensive (hopefully good) rehab centers, has been in rehab THREE times that we know of, but she keeps fucking up and not taking any personal responsibility. Are you over it yet? :4biggrin: Yes, I am. Whew! Thanks Hoya.

I'm starting to have some compassion for Lindsay, she didn't stand a chance. someone stop me!

Not only have I never done coke in my life, I've never even see any in person. That said, I think that even I could figure out the difference between cocaine and gum should some randomly land in my purse.
-
My theory: she was hoping to palm it when she reached into her bag for the "lip balm", then flush it when she got into the bathroom.
-
I agree she looks a lot cuter now. It's amazing what a month away from meth can do for healing a younger person. But I too am dubious. If she is only on probation until November 1, look out on the roads during the holiday season. I have no doubt she'll be back to her old behavior.

She needs breast reduction surgery. It would make her look a lot better. (I guess that means "remove implants")

LOL. My response from V-MODA. Ann, She received them at one our gift suites at the MTV awards recently. We are not "pimping" her. Let us know if you have any other questions. Rock on, V-MODA Customer Service I don't even remember using the word "pimp,"..... but okay!

In case anyone else is interested in boycotting products placed with this skank, here is the email address for Rockstars: info@rockstar69.com. I can't afford any of the other shit she is hawking, nor do I care, but we do drink a lot of energy drinks.

A friend who scored some blow, no doubt.
-
This? Looks good? She's damn bony as hell...Lindsay Skull-han... I bet already had a drink and is chasing it with that Energy Drink. I had the same thought on the energy drink, Bobby! Little stop at the liquor store on the way.....

The judge didn't do anything wrong. Hohan drank while she had the ankle bracelet, and she "lost her passport" while partying in Cannes instead of showing up for her court date. What previous rehab site mess? I think this is merely UCLA saying that she is ready for outpatient. That is not unusual, especially in cases where someone doesn't have insurance. It isn't a freedom pass. Notice the probation goes until November 1, roughly 90 days after she started rehab in the first place. Orange Oprah and Holley are spinning a mere alteration in her treatment into "she doesn't belong there." Bullshit.

From TMZ: During this morning's court hearing ... Judge Fox imposed the following ground rules for Lindsay's probation: -- Reside at home until further notice -- Random drug and alcohol testing twice a week -- Participate in psychotherapy a minimum of 4 days a week -- Attend behavior therapy sessions 2 times a week -- Attend a 12-step program The judge said if Lindsay flunks her drug and alcohol tests, she'll go to jail for 30 days. These are not conditions imposed on a person that has been determined to NOT have a problem. Just sayin'. But here comes Orange Oprah...

It will be interesting to see if outpatient care is a requirement of the release. Again, this generally means you get to leave but that you are back every day for most if not all of the day. But then, this is Hohan.... Also, it may very well be the issue of the "dual diagnosis" specialty at UCLA. If it is determined that she doesn't have a mental illness, then she can't be there. It doesn't mean they don't think she is an addict/alcoholic.
-
Translation: She stays in her bedroom until the nannies have it all under control. Her audacious attempts to paint herself as a "normal" Mom, even an involved one, really piss me off. Pack lunches? Sheesh. For what?? Aren't they home schooled?
-
Something is going on here. I cannot believe that any experts on addiction would let that mess go with an explanation like that. The disease of addiction runs in her family, and that alone should qualify her to complete at least the first round of 28-45 days. I think TMZ has a source that is listening to Orange Oprah.
-
There is no way UCLA would recommend her getting completely released before their standard 45 days. However, they may allow her to do OUTPATIENT, a decision usually made only when it appears insurance won't cover inpatient. UCLA would lose its credibility if they recommended that a mess like that be released from a standard program before she had gone through what all the rest of them are required to go through. I agree, this is Orange Oprah's BS. Oh, and outpatient merely means "sleep at home." The outpatients are required to show up for all the daily activities that the inpatients are required to attend, and these do all day long and into the night.

I think the pants are cute. It's the combo of the pants with the baggy shirt that ruin the outfit.

She's have to be to do something like this. Is this the new "drinking and dialing?" "Drinking and facebooking?"

So LL's lawyer is telling the DA the facility "could" release her early?!?! Puuleezzeee.... Few hours off site after a month, ok. Full release - someone is going to be in biiiiiiig trouble for that... I hope you are right. I could see them sending her to another facility after the initial 45 day span is done, but I highly doubt they will say she's doing so well that she'll be recommended to do NOTHING. It's only been 11 days, so it's highly unlikely that she'll have reached a point of personal accountability. Anyone see the stories that Mama Lohan is going on the Today show tomorrow?

My cousin's daughter is 10 and dresses more like a boy, but the going belief is it is because she is aware that her father (who isn't married to her mother) was pretty vocal about the fact that he really wanted a son. My aunt said she is starting to venture more toward girl clothes now. So, I'm just pointing this out to show that parents DO have an influence.
-
And that won't include the daily doctor's visits or the meds administered during the stay. And the medical tests.
-
LOL :4biggrin: I think it's only a big deal if the parents make it out to be a big deal. I know there are parents who realize their toddlers are dealing with trans gender issues and are trying to do what's right by the child but unfortunately, I'm just not that confident in these two as parents. Their heads are so far up their asses that I have to wonder whose idea it really is - the child's or their's. That's the only part I find troubling. THANK YOU, Kappy, for saying that. I, too, have wondered if this is just the PARENT'S way of making a point that they are open minded and liberal. When my daughter was three, she didn't have much interest in what I dressed her in, other than if it was comfortable. I find it hard to believe a three year old has a defined sense of style.

Every time this thread gets bumped, I think it's divorce time. Me too! Why else would she be even remotely relevant?

That's pretty much my opinion as well.
