to you too, Branchop. I'm really not sure who I'm "rooting for" this time around. I guess it would be Kristin, but being the biggest girl there won't allow for a remarkable transformation, like Ali and Michelle. Still, she's got a great attitude and works hard.

Good show last night. I'm on the side that thinks that Tara had a right to be upset. Who wouldn't be, the way they were all laughing, etc? She may have overreacted, but I was glad that Laura had a chance to be strong: both in her support of Tara AND her choice to stay with Jillian.

:4biggrin: Classic. He is a cutie! He kinda looks like my next door neighbor's son, who we call Charlie Brown. He is a cutie. I love infants.

I agree. Filipe's meltdown was a disappointment because I think they are being pitched as the big teddy bears of the group. But the clips of Jillian commenting on their lack of weight loss after they left her team was pretty awful too.

I appreciate that the Mom went home this week, taking the bullet. I kind of like Aubrey, and I really like Kristin. It was nice to see the family reactions, I was teary-eyed. That being said, I think everyone is right that Tara is most probably the winner. Extremely impressed that Ron lost 10 pounds!! His son is getting darn good looking, too.

I agree. It's the first one.

Great twist ending. But can someone enlighten me on why Mandi was singled out? The team seemed pretty in sync on that one rather quickly. Is she a whiner or something? (I can't sit through a whole two hours sometimes, although I did last night). I thought Fillipe's breakdown was ridiculous. Jillian is a bitch, but ultimately he has responsibility for his workouts. Bob should have sent him back to his team.

He's saying "Hey Suri, LOOK! I'm wearing a coat and hat!"

Man. The fact that she is back together with him will truly affect her career.

So you think they lost the 77 pounds? I'm guessing NO.

I was thinking she should take a good hard look at Whitney Houston.

I was watching Vertigo this weekend. Soemthing about Kim Novak reminded me of Scarlett, although I can't put a finger on it.

Amen. She needs to get rid of that 80s 'do.

Agreed. I have not been a Helen fan from the outset, and the decision to send her daughter home-- again-- reeked of selfishness on Helen's part. Helen and the yellow team need to go home ASAP. I would like for all of them to go home, and I never thought I would say this, but I am getting tired of Tara dumping on her partner ....... made me wish they would fall below the yellow line and send her home. my 2 cents worth ok, back to lurking ..... I know what you mean, Selice, but I wonder about the creative editing when it comes to Tara. I haven't been watching enough to know if the theories about Tara being "the chosen one" are true, but she certainly fits the bill: they have a tendency to pick women who are beautiful because the "transformation" is even more stunning in that circumstance. Heck, even Heba from last year was very pretty, and they cleaned up Vicky well.

Oh, that would be interesting!

LOL. He's not THAT old! I went to college with him. LOL! Well, MC, you TOO have grown kids, right? Did you know Cindy as well?

As a Mom, I'm appalled that the daughter was sent home this week.

But isn't part of securing a trophy wife the expectation that you can PROVE you are still virile by spawning?
-
That's my vote, but it wasn't an option. I voted for Amy Adams.

As a stepmom to a crazed child who spent YEARS making up abuse lies about me and her father, I'm giving the stepdad the benefit of the doubt.

If she goes back to him: sad, sad, sad. THAT will affect her career more than anything else. She is so young. She still has a chance.
-
What struck me in the story is how young they both are. The fame and the trappings is a lot for kids that young. I feel bad for Rihanna. Despite the fact that she is a victim, I think this will affect how people perceive her.

I kind of always assumed she was in charge of the relationship. I mean, come on. She's gorgeous, he's old and rich and very well connected. I don't think she loved him for even a second, and he's just a typical dirty old guy with a trophy wife.

I'm on board with the WTF is going on with the hair crowd.
