I finally caught an episode of the new Two and a Half Men. Ashton's character is definitely NOT a clone of Charlie, and is, in fact, really boring. I saw the episode where he is eating at Soup Plantation with his wife, and he gets in the food fight with the kid. It didn't work. I suspect they WILL turn him into a Charlie clone because this character is awkward to say the least.

This weekend Sam P took some sort of fall and incurred head trauma. He is in the ICU in serious condition. I guess he is responding to Stephanie's and his mom's voices, and is moving his feet, but "has a long way to go."

Probably because the producers don't want any of the newbies to win so they don't want the audience knowing who's playing well. I think it's pretty obvious they want the final four to be the 2 'love' couples pitted against each other. I'm so glad I have not watched since the first episode. Oh puke. Such a rigged show. I don't get the feeds, but I read Jokers Updates. I was pretty surprised last night that they did not show that Shelly was the mastermind behind the plan to keep Rachel in the house. At all.

County Superior Court judge tomorrow morning ... and the Probation Dept. wants her in jail. Here's what we know. Lindsay was tested twice last week. Sources tell TMZ ... Lindsay tested positive for alcohol on one of the tests and negative on the other. In both tests, she tested negative for drugs. One of the tests was administered just after Lindsay had a rooftop barbecue party. Sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Probation Department will ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to yank her out of house arrest and throw her in L.A. County Jail. And, we're told, members of the D.A.'s office -- will make an appearance as well, to lower the boom on Lindsay. The D.A. is still handling the DUI probation part of Lindsay's criminal saga. The L.A. City Attorney is handling the necklace case. The Probation Department is pissed off because they tried to force Lindsay to take two tests in May but Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, refused to make Lindsay submit, claiming it wasn't part of her probation. Turns out it was, so Lindsay subsequently took the two tests, one of which she failed. The Probation Dept. is also ticked that Lindsay is having parties while under house arrest. Judge Sautner will hold a hearing tomorrow at 10 AM. Of course, we'll be there.

I'm pissed, but enjoyed knowing that all the suspicions about her drinking and drugging while she was "in recovery" are true true true. Still on probation.... she'll be in jail yet.

I'm glad someone is enjoying it! I had hopes for Phillip earlier but they're long gone. I had hopes for Matt coming back in from RI but that lasted all of 10 seconds. I like players who can think for themselves but that isn't happening this season thanks to Rob. I'm still holding out hope for Matt. And I can't stand Phillip. I couldn't before, but playing the race card for NO REASON put me right over the edge on him. And I agree: lemmings this time around. I don't like Rob, but I gotta hand it to him: he's making a nice living being a complete asshole.

Am I wrong for loving this? Nope. So, can she appeal the community service too? That sure is a loooonnnnggg time to be spending scrubbing toilets and ladeling soup. I think she'll be a no-show after a couple days, and THAT will land her back in jail. (Why should it be any different than alcohol education? And when exactly is the next Cannes film festival.....?)

I think there's always a choice. If Katie wanted to leave Cruise, she might not get custody. She might not get money. But I bet she would (Nicole did!) As for parentage, I'm not sure what you mean by that - would TC continue child support if it's not his? If his name is on the birth certificate, yes, right? Whatever happens, I really don't think katie would ever say that Suri isn't hers & Tom's, biologically..... TC would definitely be required to pay child support, regardless of anything else. At least, in California. But I hadn't thought about the fact that Katie would have to fight for custody. I'm sure it is in the contract somewhere. I suspect they will divorce when TOM is good and ready and she may have few options. Which would explain why she is basically content: the alternatives are daunting.
