Lindsay Lohan is to movie stars as a big mac is to Filet Mignon. LOL! But it is sad that everyone, EVERYONE, is exploiting her. All you have to do is tell the press you are considering Hohan for a role in your film-school movie and you get tons of free press.

I'm intrigued by Ted's recent comment that she probably isn't done being Mrs. Tom Cruise quite yet, implying that she liked it to some degree. Maybe we give her too much credit for having a brain and a backbone (relative to the fact that she got herself into the situation in the first place). I would die in that kind of confinement, no matter how much money I had.

My question has been, if he really met her when she was one of Heidi Fleiss' girls, why did he not use that against her during their nasty divorce? Surely he would take pleasure in talking about that. Unless he is protecting the daughters which I doubt. Maybe it really isn't true? I've actually wondered that same thing.

I have a hard time believing that Lindsay would agree to something like this. As it is now, she is virtually un-employable because, among a multitude of reasons, no one can sign her on to do anything as long as her case is pending. I think she pretended to not know the necklace was on her neck, and the employee sincerely forgot because she got so starstruck The key will be the time frame between the time she left the store, and the time she had her buddy return the necklace, AT THE POLICE STATION. Since a search warrant was being issued, there is a helluva lot more to the story than we have heard. I hope there are emails of her denying she has it or refusing to return it.

Lindsay faces both jail and prison as the case moves on -- jail, if Judge Sautner decides Lindsay violated her probation, and prison, if Lindsay is convicted of grand theft. We have been saying Lindsay was crazy not to accept the plea deal, not because she'd be found guilty of grand theft ... but the way the system is set up, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for the probation violation before her grand theft trial. Here's the good news for Lindsay. If she had accepted a plea deal, she would have been placed on 3 years probation -- and Lindsay staying out of trouble for 3 years is highly improbable. Fact is ... Lindsay has a credible defense in the grand theft case, and if Judge Sautner agrees NOT to rule on the probation violation until a verdict is reached in the grand theft case, Lindsay could get off scot-free.

I've been hearing tidbits that she is going to take the plea tomorrow, but I can't find anything that discusses that. Is that the news? (I've been away from the internet for about a week..)

I know, it is odd to me. Why would it affect sentencing, and not the outcome of her April court date? Or do they mean sentencing at that initial hearing? I'll bet she copped to the theft in a frenzied state. Or made up six or seven different stories about why she still had the necklace. Does anyone know how long she had it before she returned it? The missing piece for me is: what transpired between the time she left the store and the time she returned the necklace? Surely the store called her and asked her to return it before they called the police. THAT is what will get her in trouble.

I'm bumping THIS topic because I think the title is more accurate than the one on the poll. She is a mess, and I'm beginning to think she is going to get out of her jail term. I mean this: I will NEVER see a movie with this scumbag in it unless I see if for FREE. What a frickin' nightmare.

Darrell and Andrea are doing great! Uncle Russ was out here (Cali) a couple weeks ago and said he's still thin. He looked SO good in person when they visited after the finale, and most members of the family had lost weight with them (one cousin lost 100 pounds!). We met Daniel at that time as well. I figured Andrea would be getting engaged soon. She and Daniel would post the sappiest stuff on Facebook.... young love!

I'm getting the same feeling, Maxie. But if he is right, and he gets away with this, ..... between him and and a potential comeback from Lilo, I'd say our society is in a freefall. It makes me sad that there are "fans" that think this is cool. Bobby: the insurance - could it be there was no insurance because he was uninsurable?

Charlie Sheen is a waste of space as far as I am concerned. He had a promising film career but what movies does he think he'll get hired for now with all his troubles? He's an arrogant piece of crap who plays himself on 2 and a half men. I think Jon Cryer is far more talented than Charlie Sheen. He's an absolute tosser!! JMVHO It's Cryer and the crew I feel most for. I don't think Cryer will get another chance like this one, although I think the kid has a great future. He's actually made some appearances on one of the mulititude of Disney shows my daughter watches.

After consideration of many of them, I voted "commit another crime." She really just can't seem to help herself. My second vote is: goes to trial, gets jail time. I think Holley and Berk will not be able to convince her to take the plea.
