I picked up the entire Upstairs/Downstairs (1971-75) Series DVD's at my county library. Love...Love...Loved it!!!

Lindsay Lohan is on the verge of losing expensive designer clothes, family heirlooms and potentially embarrassing items ... because she hasn't paid her storage bill and as a result the unit is about to go up on the auction block.

 

Sources close to Lindsay tell us ... LiLo has fallen behind on paying her monthly bill ... and now owes roughly $16,000 to the storage company.

 

The account is now delinquent and the locker can't be opened until the balance is paid in full ... and that's not going to happen because Lindsay doesn't have the cash. As we reported, her financial situation is so desperate the IRS has frozen her bank accounts because of unpaid back taxes.

 

So here's the upshot. If Lindsay doesn't get a big check for XMAS, her storage unit will be auctioned off this month. We're told she's reached out to family and friends to front her the money but so far no one is biting.

 

Talk about a good "Storage Wars" episode.

Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked this morning in court ... just like we told you it would be ... and the judge has now set a hearing to decide whether to lock Lindsay up for the better part of a year.

 

Lindsay -- who wasn't present -- was arraigned this AM on charges that she lied to cops and drove recklessly when she crashed her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway last June.

 

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay's probation in the jewelry heist case would be revoked as a result of the new charges. The judge who arraigned her -- Commissioner Jane Godfrey -- scheduled a hearing for January 15th on the probation violation.

 

If Godfrey decides Lindsay did violate her probation, Lindsay could face 245 days in the pokey.

 

But as we reported ... the Commish is not a big fan of jail, so Lindsay may skate yet again.

And just why the hell not??

 

I understand CA has an overcrowding problem, but this chick clearly has no problem getting behind the wheel while under the influence. How many accidents is it going to take? I've lost count of how many she's had already. She's an obvious danger to others -- and that's not even getting into punching someone in the face, stealing, and getting high. In fact, I could even overlook those things, but for the fact she refuses to get a freaking driver to drive her entitled, intoxicated ass around. Maybe she could give her fat face a break on the injections for a month and pay for a car service instead. THIS BITCH I CANT FUCKING STAND HER.

I'm with you on this one. If she kills someone in one of her drug-fueled spirals, some judges have a lot to explain.

OH NO! I love Maggie Smith's character, Cousin Violet! And I haven't gotten to the episode where Matthew and Mary finally get together (although I see in previews that it happens), and I was so looking forward to a happy ending there, so I hope he isn't leaving. I'm also hoping that Edith gets to quit being the tragic character, I rather like her.

The L.A. City Attorney isn't wasting any time ... TMZ has learned, prosecutors have already filed papers asking the court to revoke Lindsay Lohan's probation.

 

TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. City Attorney had been planning to file docs asking the judge to revoke her probation in her jewelry heist case ... but now, it's official. As sources told us, prosecutors are "out for blood."

 

According to the L.A. City Attorney's office, prosecutors want Lindsay's probation revoked because of the criminal charges recently filed against her in Santa Monica, stemming from her car accident on PCH this summer ... after which she lied to cops about being behind the wheel.

 

But the City Attorney's move is just a formality -- the judge doesn't need prosecutors' input ... she'll be revoking Lindsay's probation on her authority alone.

 

Lindsay is set to be arraigned tomorrow morning on 3 misdemeanor counts -- lying to cops, obstruction, and reckless driving.

Lindsay Lohan's impromptu tour with The Wanted has come to an end.

 

Sources tell E! News that the embattled LiLo has canceled plans to jump the pond to be with her new Wanted pal, Max George. This also means she won't be hopping over to Dubai with the Brit-pop group.

 

Why the sudden about-face? While some peeps in The Wanted camp thought it was because Lohan is forbidden to leave the U.S. because of her probation issues, she actually is allowed to travel abroad.

 

Perhaps it's because she and George aren't officially dating. "All they're doing is hanging out," a source said of the twosome, who are no longer following each other on Twitter.

 

While Lohan is believed to still be in New York, her attorney will be in a Los Angeles courtroom tomorrow for an arraignment on the misdemeanor changes stemming from her November traffic accident in Santa Monica, in which the Porsche she was driving collided with a truck.

I'm confused. So this isn't the hearing in which the judge can revoke her probation? And you know what? We need a poll, with the answer in HOURS, for when The Wanted tells her to get lost. This is just like the whole Linda Lovelace thing... the girl is being used for publicity, and there is an expiration date on that.

RadarOnline is now reporting that Lindsay is finally agreeing to go to rehab for six months. They also quote a close, personal contact as saying she was wasted on alcohol and cocaine before the smackdown. (duh) She just needs to go away for several years and get herself clean. She's become the mouseketeer version of Tara Reid.

Well good for her. She can do that right after she serves her six months in jail. BOTH will be good for her.

I have to think that this time, a pretty significant jail sentence is coming. There's only so much Shawn Holley will do out of the goodness of her heart, because you know dang well Lindsay isn't paying her legal bills.

I know someone that dated him, one degree of separation. They were dating while he was filming Gladiator. They met on set, she was part of the production crew and we'll call her "Tiger" for the purposes of this story. She's a knock-out, when a bit part actress failed to show up they gave the 5 second screen time to Tiger instead. Russell and Tiger dated for a while (I want to say for a year or two). He met Tiger's parents, vacations together, etc. When he went to the Oscars, Tiger thought she was going to be his date. Instead, right before he told Tiger that he wanted to be famous and the only way he could do that was to date someone else famous so he was dumping Tiger. He then took Jodie Foster to the Oscars instead. Shortly thereafter started dating Meg Ryan. He got super famous. Asshole.

ok - not sure what site I went to (I think it was buddytv.com or somesuch) and I am fairly caught up on what went on. It was just a basic summary, so I'm dying to see some footage of all that went down. I am glad Dan was able to be such a wizard, but I am hoping (highlight for semi-spoiler) Britney doesn't go home this week, since that person is one of my faves. Doesn't look good, though.

Wasn't that amazing??? As a feed watcher, I can tell those who aren't that there was SOOO much they didn't have time to show, like the fact that Ian was an INCREDIBLY cocky jerk who was openly bullying Frank with his veto, telling him that there was no way he would use his veto unless he was guaranteed Joe went on the block, and that if there was even a hint it would be Britney, there would be hell to pay. And BRITNEY completely aligned herself with Frank to throw Dan under the bus. So the victory tonight had many layers that they couldn't capture in only one hour. I'm certain Dan will stick to his promises to Frank, I'm pretty sure he wants to be with Frank in the final 2.

Wait - am I missing something big?! Last I saw, Frank won HOH and is coming after Dan.

 

You need to read the feeds! All that being said without spoiling much - Dan is amazing! I cannot believe he did what he did.....

 

What he pulled off has GOT to go down as the best play in the history of that show, and he did it without help from the production staff. Pretty freakin' amazing.
