I agree. And if I remember correctly, didn't he break up with her for a while before they got married. Was that when he was having an affair with Meg Ryan? It seems they had a rocky relationship even before they got married so this comes as no surprise. I'm more surprised that they stayed married for 9 years.

Yeah, I saw an interview a couple of years ago with him and the rest of the gang of It's Always Sunny. It was like 8 AM and he was totally hammered. You could tell that the rest of the actors were getting kind of annoyed because he was talking nonsense and was constantly interrupting them. I got the impression that his role on the show was kind of bleeding over into his real life. I won't be shocked if he ends up in rehab soon.

I agree with your points hoya, but don't you think it is odd under the circumstances that he isn't at least going after joint custody of Suri? He's giving Katie sole legal custody meaning he is going to see Suri 25% of the time or less and is letting Katie be the primary decisionmaker for Suri's care. Don't you think that someone that wanted a biological kid so bad and is as controlling as GMD would be fighting see their kid more that and be a part of the parental decision making process, especially since we know he has fought for these things with his other children?

I am seeing the Tommy Davis thing more and more, too. Also look at Ann Archer who is Tommy Davis' mother. Something about Suri looks like her. Maybe the eyes. I also saw some pictures the other day of Josh Jackson and he and Suri do share a similar nose (I believe she was rumored to have a fling with him in London as well before dating GMD). Out of all of the possible bio dads the one that I cannot see at all is Chris Klein. Something about Tom giving Katie full custody screams to me that he is not the bio dad. If she was really his, I can't imagine him not going after full custody like he did with his other two (who we all know were adopted). If he contracted with Katie for a biological kid, don't you think that he would have negotiated upfront that at the end that he would get to keep the kid. Especially, considering how controlling we know him to be. Something just doesn't add up there.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I seem to remember a rumor right before she got pregnant that she hooked up with someone on the film crew while she was shooting a film in London. Must have been Batman Begins. Anyway, I remember that it was not an actor and it was more akin to a fling or one night stand. My theory has always been that he was the father and that she was pregnant before she made the deal with Tom and that she faked the last month or two of her pregnancy in order to make the dates work.

When I read he deeded her an apartment in NY late last year, I knew this whole thing has been scripted. The details have already been finalized. It is fun to watch it unfold though. I guess Cruise is going to try playing the part of the victim this time around to see if it buys him some sympathy.

I have tried and tried and I just don't think he is cute. Sometimes he takes a good picture and he looks hot. But then you will see him like in Can't Hardly Wait and he is super fug. I don't like Jennie Garth. Never have. Has to do with angst leftover from 90210. 90210 premiered during my freshman or sophomore year of high school and I just cannot separate in my mind Jennie Garth the actress from the annoying, whiney voiced Kelly Taylor on 90210. I will give her that she was tolerable in the Amanda Bynes comedy. But only barely. I don't wish them any ill will. I thought he was a major step up from her first husband. I thought they were a good couple and I hoped they would last. But I am also not really surprised. I always imagined that she would be difficult to live with and he seems really narcissistic. I don't know why but I just had this horrible thought. What if she was cast in Modern Family rather than Julie Bowen? *Shudders*

The more I think about this picture release, the more it kind of upsets me. What if they had just received news that she had miscarried the baby. That would be awful for her to have to answer all these questions about her pregnancy while trying to deal with the loss. This is one instance that I wish the paparazzi would show some discretion.

I picked Jesse James. Tiger was a close second. However, Tiger's wife would have probably been my pick for hero of the year for beating the crap out of him with the golf club.

This seems to allude to the fact that whatever she was smoking- weed or salvia- she did before her 18th birthday. Illegal substance either way. I guess it doesn't matter in the end. What is kind of sad is that no one in her family/representation seems to care what she does and haven't since she did the semi naked cover. I hope someone has the sense to have a talk with her now, if they haven't already, because she is now at a crossroad with her brand/image.

Am I the only one that thought the relationship with her manager was just for show? I am guessing that the girl the manager was supposedly cheating on Britney with is his real girlfriend and I bet she knew about the PR stunt all along.

I don't even think she is hot. There is something about her face that bugs me. I am not sure if this is it, but it is like she never washes the makeup off of her face and she now has acne face. That is on top of the plastic surgery that makes her look much older.

Let's face it, from a PR standpoint it would be very difficult for her to press charges against him. If this goes to trial, her private life, including her sex life, would be under a microscope. Plus, there are rumors that this is not the first time. I don't see anyway her people are going to allow this to go forward. There will be a deal between both of their lawyers and the prosecutor's office. What I am interested to see is if she uses this as a platform. She could really do some good here to talk to young girls about abuse. I hope she doesn't shy away from it because she doesn't want to diminish her image as a strong woman.

Okay, I'm not buying that he beat her up because she gave him herpes. I was on several websites as this story was developing and some posters were speculating that she gave him herpes because she had been seen with some sores around her mouth a couple of weeks ago. I think this is rumor/speculation that has gotten out of control.

I know secondhand that JC is at least Bi. An ex co-worker of mine went to Florida to visit a female family member and they met him in a club. He was pretty persistent in his desire to hook up with said family member - at least farther than making out which was all she was willing to do. She wasn't interested, but she kept stringing him along. This went on for months. When I heard this story, I didn't believe it because I thought he was gay. Then my co-worker showed me a ton of pics on her phone with JC/family member and/or co-worker. So I know he pursues women. I didn't believe it either at first, but I've come to believe that he truly is one of the few entertainers that are Bi. I guess I should have put that in the JC thread...if there is one. Anyway, while I am not saying that JC and Chase aren't more than friends, I am getting kinda sick of the media jumping to the conclusion that anytime two celebs are seen together -whether gay or straight- that automatically they are dating. Are celebs not allowed to have other celeb friends anymore?

I agree, the hair color in the wig completely washed out her face. That and she should fire whoever did her makeup. It didn't really help the cause. It would be fine if she was going to the office, but on tv/print it washes her out.
