Lindsay Lohan still broke and a mess

The sad thing is that even when (not if) she breaks her bail-conditions, they will never send her to prison like they would to a non-celeb. It will be another harsh warning, a compulsory rehab or another hefty fine (and she'll only have to pay a percentage of that). She needs a judge like the one who lost patience with RDJ, but it will never happen.
  3. http://www.stuff.co.nz/entertainment/celeb...and-dead-report LATEST: Brittany Murphy's widower has been found dead. Simon Monjack - who was left devastated when his actress wife died last December aged just 32 - was discovered unconscious by Brittany's mother Sharon at his Los Angeles home last night (local time) at around 9.30pm. She immediately dialled 911 but Simon, 39, was pronounced dead by paramedics after attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful. It is believed he suffered a heart attack and his passing is being treated by Los Angeles police as unexplained. A death investigation is now underway, according to website TMZ.

    Tiger Woods

TIGER WOODS CHEATED AS DAD DIED Star bedded Janine Jungers as father lay dying in hospital 'I LOVED BEING AROUND HIM' - Jamie, 26, By Carole Aye Maung & Daniel Sanderson, 12/12/2009 TREACHEROUS Tiger Woods romped with a mistress in his marital bed on the night his beloved father died. Just a few hours earlier the sex-mad sportsman had been told by his mum that cancer-stricken Earl was "in a bad way". But after visiting his dad in a hospice, Tiger went home and cheated on wife Elin with former model Jamie Jungers. As they lay in bed afterwards, Tiger got a call telling him Earl had passed away. Jamie, 26, told the News of the World last night: "I was beside him wearing nothing but a pair of panties." Deceased Earl, 74, was described by his son as: "My best friend and greatest role model - an amazing dad, coach, mentor, soldier, husband and friend." But his grief over losing his war veteran father did not stop Tiger continuing his torrid affair. Tiger Woods' lover Jamie Jungers, 26, tells all It only ended six months later - when Jamie asked her lover for financial aid. She said: "He's a cheap f***er and he just didn't want to help me." And she added: "I suspect he was seeing other women at the same time as me. Tiger's very highly sexed. He loves sex." Their affair began in the summer of 2005 - a few months after Tiger's wedding. On May 2, 2006, he was with Jamie in his marital home in California when his mum Tida called about Earl - who had prostate cancer and was in a hospice. Jamie said: "She told Tiger his dad was in a bad way. Tiger immediately left to be with him and I stayed at the house. He was gone nearly three hours. "When he came back, I could see he was preoccupied and worried about his dad - but when we went to bed he still wanted to have sex as usual. "We went to sleep. I was beside him wearing nothing but a pair of panties. Then at about 3am the phone rang. It was Tiger's mum. "She called to tell him that his dad had passed away. Tiger looked utterly devastated and didn't say a word. He didn't even cry but I could tell he was heartbroken. "I told him, 'I'm so sorry' and gave him a hug. I didn't want to be in the way so I arranged a flight home to Vegas." The next day, Tiger phoned. Jamie said: "I didn't expect to hear from him for a while. I thought he would be busy having just lost his dad. "But he told me how much he appreciated me being there with him and thanked me for my support." The lovers first met at Las Vegas's Bellagio hotel, when Tiger was on a night out. Jamie was working voluntarily for The Vegas Angels - a troupe of models who help with charity events. The pair flirted before Tiger took her to his suite at the plush MGM Grand, where they had "wild and crazy sex". Jamie - who furiously denies recent claims by Hollywood madame Michelle Braun that she was an escort girl - left Woods her modelling card. She said: "I was at a barbecue with friends the next day and I told a few of them about Tiger. So when he called in front of them it was very exciting for us. "He gave me his private mobile number but warned, 'Just save it on your phone as a different name from mine in case somebody finds it.'" The next weekend he asked Jamie to join him at the Chicago Open golf tournament, saying an aide would make the arrangements. Jamie was whisked to his hotel and taken to his room. "Once we were alone, we talked for a bit," she recalled. But his chat-up lines weren't the best. "He told this story about when he was younger and had to wear braces and a headpiece because his teeth were so bad," she said. Less than three weeks after their affair started, Woods invited Jamie to his marital home - one of five properties he owns around the world. Jamie, who once played a mistress in the TV series CSI - said: "It was a little strange for me. "There were recent pictures of him and Elin, as well as their wedding photos. That did make me feel bad for his wife. I'd hate someone to do that to me. "I knew it wasn't right and I did try to put a stop to things but Tiger would pull me into his arms and on to the bed and beg me not to go. He'd tell me, 'But I love being around you'. And the truth is, I loved being around him." NIGHTS OF PASSION - she said he made her feel like his girlfriend rather than a mistress. She said: I had the run of the house, and when we were together it really felt like we were a proper couple. "I'd get up in the morning and he'd be downstairs eating a bowl of Lucky Charms cereal on the sofa and watching cartoons like a kid. "I never confronted him about his reasons for cheating. I've been cheated on by guys so I know how they can be." Jamie also claims Woods was protective of her, and got jealous when she flirted with other men. She recalled: "One night we were partying with Tiger's pals and some other guys. "I was dancing close with all of them and I could feel Tiger's eyes on me. Then he started to get jealous and cut in and pulled me on to his lap. "He was always openly affectionate towards me in front of his friends. They knew what was going on between us for sure - and Tiger knew they would keep his secret." The affair floundered in late 2006, when Woods - who is believed to be a billionaire - refused his mistress's request for cash. Jamie - whose videoed interview can be seen online at notw.co.uk - said: "Tiger was always tight with money. When we'd go out for dinner, he never left a tip or he'd ask for the meal to be complimentary because he was 'Tiger Woods'. I just thought that was cheap and it always embarrassed me. "I never expected him to buy me anything. But he's the richest sports star on the planet and he never once bought me a gift - not even for Christmas or my birthday. "Once, when we were in Las Vegas, playing blackjack in the MGM Grand's private gambling room, he won hundreds of thousands of dollars. "He had it all there in his pockets yet never thought once about giving me a chip or letting me have a turn on him. He was very, very stingy with his money." But Jamie turned to him when she wanted to move out of the home she was sharing with an ex. She recalled: "I was in tears as I begged Tiger to give me financial assistance. He just batted me away and told me, 'Look, don't worry, babe. I'm sure everything will work itself out.' "I persisted and told him straight, 'I am financially unstable right now and you are a very wealthy man. I would never ordinarily ask you but I think you've known me long enough to trust me and want to help me'. "His response was stony silence. Then he started, 'Where did this come from? You've never said anything like this before. I don't like this side of you.'They started rowing and Jamie hung up. Then Woods phoned her back, saying: "Don't do this. I really care about you." However, Jamie has not spoken to him since - and a few months after their bust-up she heard Elin was pregnant with Tiger's first child. Jamie said: "That hurt my feelings more than anything. "Clearly all the time he was sleeping with me he was still sleeping with her - yet I had managed to convince myself he wasn't. She added: "I firmly believe he deserves everything he's getting now. He doesn't belong married, that's for sure."

    Jude Law

Yep, that's out of line. However (deep breath) not as unbelievably out of line as the mother whoring her baby to the highest bidder within weeks of her birth, despite crowing on and on that she is not a gold digger, blah blah blah. Yeah, sure, "Hello" have contacted her because of her own sizzling model career The only reason they are coughing up such an obscene amount of money is because it is Jude Law's baby. If that is not gold-digging, then what is it ??? It is really one of my pet hate's about this industry....the selling of your child's image for money. I hope to see a whole bunch of law suits from disgruntled celebrity teens in 10 years or so who are suing their parents for selling their image without their consent for financial gain.

Hollywood hunk Colin Farell set to be best man at his gay brother's wedding By Daily Mail Reporter He's the perpetual bachelor who's yet to find a woman who can make an honest man out of him, but ladykiller Colin Farell is set to walk down the aisle - as the best man at his gay brother's wedding. The Hollywood star's brother Eamon Farrell, who will be marrying partner Steven Mannion in front of a host of family and friends at a European hotspot this summer, has revealed that Colin may play the key role at his upcoming nuptials. Colin, who will be attending the wedding along with other close family and friends, is also likely to be heading down the aisle with his two sisters who will be bridesmaids. This will be the first gay wedding in his Irish family, but professional choreographer Aisle be there: Colin is yet to shed his bachelor status and shows no sign of settling down Aisle be there: Colin is yet to shed his bachelor status and shows no sign of settling down Eamon has expressed dismay at being unable to marry in his home country saying: 'We have to get married abroad. It's absolutely terrible. We have to go somewhere legal, which narrows it down to about five countries.' Speaking at his partner's art exhibition at the Oriel gallery in Dublin, Eamon said about his long-term partner: 'I can't wait to marry him. He is the most wonderful, happy person. He is always so full of positive energy.' And joking about his decision to opt for a full marriage instead of a civil union, he said: 'I don't really like civil union cake -- I want a wedding cake at my party. Who wants a civil union? It's just so legal. 'I want to be able to get married. The Government's paper on civil unions is only for gay people. If you're straight you can't have one. So that's not fair either. If you want a civil union you should be able to do it, if I want to get married I should be able to do it.' But don't expect to see images of Colin holding his brother's coat tails as he walks down the aisle in any of the weeklies. 'We definitely won't be doing a magazine deal. Are you kidding?' he shrieked. 'Oh my God, I'd be mortified. Colin is famous, I'm not.' Meanwhile, with no sign of settling down, Colin, who's been out of the spotlight for some time now, re-emerged Thursday night in Los Angeles with a mystery blonde in tow. He was seen trying to leave Koi restaurant secretly, but was caught driving out the restaurant's VIP parking lot with his date.

What does cocaine Kate Moss see in 'Uncle' Phil? By Alison Boshoff Last updated at 9:47 PM on 20th March 2009 What an unlikely couple they make. Exiting Annabel's nightclub in Mayfair this week, the supermodel and her tycoon friend smiled for the photographers - a sweet little moue of dignified pleasure from her; something broader and perhaps a little more vulgar from him. For this occasion, she had clearly taken care to look her most devastatingly attractive. She wore vertiginous heels, bare legs, a tiny skirt and her favourite YSL jacket, with seemingly nothing underneath. He, as sleek as a seal with several chins, positively boggled his wide-eyed appreciation. Kate Moss had been invited to help Sir Philip Green and his wife, Tina, celebrate his 57th birthday. She showed up at 11.30pm and chatted with the tycoon until they left, at 1.30am, followed a few minutes later by his wife. Kate Moss and Sir Philip Green enjoy a night out in Mayfair, London Nightclubbing: Kate Moss and Sir Philip Green enjoy a night out in Mayfair, London It all seems rather intriguing. History does not relate what Sir Philip, who has been knighted for his services to retail, thought of the model's bare-chested get-up, or what the party was discussing into the wee small hours over vodka and tonics (her) and champagne (him). Perhaps he was asking her to knock off a cheapo version of that tuxedo jacket for his Topshop customers. Or perhaps they were indulging in mere social chit-chat. What, one wonders, makes this pairing so fascinating to the world at large? And what on earth must his formidable wife Tina, a well-preserved blonde in her 50s who lives in Monaco for tax reasons, make of the publicity surrounding it? What is beyond dispute is that Cocaine Kate and the man she calls Uncle Phil have a business relationship of spectacular mutual benefit. She has just delivered her ninth Kate Moss collection for Topshop, and the three-year association has been a boon for both of their brands. It cannot be disputed, either, that a warm and genuine friendship has grown up around this working partnership. He has been known to lend her his private jet so that she can get out to modelling jobs with less grind, and he has given her a £30,000 diamond bracelet as a token of his gratitude for her work. They attend each other's birthday parties; each considers the other among their closest pals. Sir Philip, who has a £4 billion fortune and 30,000 employees, positively glows in her company. Kate Moss and Sir Philip Green Supportive: Kate takes her seat at the Unique fashion show by Topshop with Sir Philip in London, 2006 Recently, she gave him a DVD of the comedian Michael McIntyre. She also presents him with books she likes, or music she enjoys - although he is on record for having more traditional tastes, with his favourite singer being George Benson. Those familiar with the ins and out of the liaison say Sir Philip is such an influence on Moss that he helped to deliver her from the grimy clutches of her then boyfriend, Pete Doherty. 'He made it clear to Kate that he was no good,' said one who also attempted to counsel her at the time. 'She listens to him.' And he supported her afterwards. There was a time a couple of years ago when Moss had split from Doherty, but was troubled by his refusal to move his beaten-up Jaguar cars from the road outside her flat in London's salubrious St John's Wood. Friends feared she might go back for a disastrous third try at the relationship. The car issue was keeping a link between them, however tenuous, alive. Kate Moss Topshop collection Business partnership: After meeting with Sir Philip, Kate created her collection for Topshop However, Kate, 35, confided in Uncle Phil and he immediately dispatched a couple of tow trucks to remove the Jags. It was a chivalrous act, but also showed how he tries to protect her from the more rackety excesses of her showbusiness lifestyle. 'He treats her a bit like a wayward daughter,' says one source. The pair's association started quite by chance on May 15, 2006. Kate was among guests at a charity auction. One of the items she had donated - a kiss - went to Sir Philip Green, who paid £60,000. He is known for his impulsive gifts in the charitable arena. No doubt aware of the snide comments that would be made if he took up the prize, he donated it to the person he outbid, socialite Jemima Khan. The kiss was a paparazzi's dream: a 60-second, lingering smooch, with Kate sweeping Jemima's hair back from her face and clutching her neck. A few days later, Kate bumped into Sir Philip as he was leaving a restaurant. 'That was a bit of fun, wasn't it?' she said. 'I'm a girl from Croydon. You're a boy from Croydon, why don't we do something together?' Jemima Khan and Kate Moss pucker up for a one minute kiss that cost Sir Philip £60,000 Beginning of a friendship: Jemima Khan and Kate pucker up for a one minute kiss that cost Sir Philip £60,000 He was intrigued, and asked what she had in mind. 'I've always wanted to do my own clothing collection,' Kate replied. Sir Philip handed over his number. A few days later, Kate's PA phoned Sir Philip and said Kate wanted to come in for lunch the following day. She turned up at his Arcadia Group headquarters in Oxford Street - from where he runs Topshop, Topman, Burton, Miss Selfridge, Wallis and Dorothy Perkins - and sat down for a chat. At first, he was not convinced. Three months later, and even after several meetings, there was still no deal. Sir Philip had doubts about her commitment. What clinched it was Kate attending Topshop's fashion show, the day before London Fashion Week began. Sir Philip lent her his helicopter to make sure she would come. Pete Doherty Advice: According to friends, Sir Philip told Kate that she could do better than Pete Doherty (above) Three days later, Sir Philip and Kate announced the launch of the Kate Moss Topshop collection. Kate had a financial as well as creative incentive to ensure her line's success - a down-payment, said to be £3 million, plus a percentage of royalties. He provided her with designers, buyers and merchandisers. She brought her own team, most significantly the stylist Katy England, from whom Kate had copied her own rock-chick style. The collection was a sensation, critically and commercially, and has gone from strength to strength. A friend of Kate's said: 'The friendship with Philip Green is a very interesting relationship in that it's the only one of her life which hasn't been addled by anything sexual. Yes, there is flirtation, but totally innocent. 'Kate is very shrewd. She realised he was the right man at the right time. Philip is the only man in her life with whom she does not play games. She knows that he is valuable to her. 'She is always on time if they have a meeting, which is not how she treats her boyfriend, Jamie Hince. 'The bottom line is Philip has given her a financial future which she could not dream of as a model, and she is very interested in money. I hear she's launching a maternity collection next.' The friend added: 'Philip was always cautious about Pete. When she went out to launch Topshop in New York, Philip offered her his private jet. Kate wanted Pete to be on it, but Philip refused. She would not take that from anyone else. 'He knows that a lot of her appeal is because she is wild and because she is a free spirit, so he never tries to make her toe a corporate line. He is very indulgent of her. 'You should remember that Philip Green has worked in fashion for a long time but he has never been cool. So Kate is the ultimate trophy in that respect. 'She is completely honest with him about her partying, and he loves to hear all those stories. 'That's one of the ways that their friendship works. She will sit next to him and tell him about these amazing scrapes and scandals that she has been involved in. He laps it up.' Kate is great friends with Sir Philip's 17-year- old daughter Chloe, who is being groomed to run his business. She has spent time with him and his family in Ibiza, and in Formentera, too. An associate says: 'It is a business relationship which has turned into a friendship. He has been a great mentor in terms of making the transition from being a model to being a designer in her own right. She is a stunning woman, and he is one of the richest men in the world, so you might suspect that something is going on, but that is not the case.' Sir Philip's wife, Tina, lives in Monaco, splitting her time between an £8 million apartment and a £32 million yacht named Lionheart. The children have their own yacht, Lionchase. Sir Philip and Tina Green 'I could never afford to divorce my wife': Sir Philip avoids paying tax by putting his business under the name of Tina (left), who lives in Monaco All of his businesses are in her name, and she is a Monaco resident, so he pays no income tax in the UK. Sir Philip has joked that he could never afford to divorce Tina, who is his sole shareholder. He rather defensively points out that he moved to Monaco after a heart attack, but was then brought back to the UK by his business interests. (He bought Bhs in 2000 and Arcadia in 2002.) By that time, his children, Chloe and Brandon, 15, were settled in the Principality, so a decision was made for him to commute between a flat in The Dorchester Hotel (where he lives Monday to Friday) and Monaco. A private Gulfstream jet was bought for £20 million, and a helicopter - both, naturally, in Tina's name. While Sir Philip is away, Tina, whom he married in 1990, busies herself with interior design. She is very house proud. She likes to see people on her yacht - once holding a party for 197 and making all the guests take off their shoes when they came aboard. 'All the staff adore her,' said a friend. 'She is very generous and never less than immaculate.' One of her good friends is Prince Albert of Monaco - apparently she is forever lending him her helicopter. He and Sir Philip sometimes play a very competitive game of tennis. Sir Philip is more impulsive and loves to entertain. His 55th birthday was a celebration in the Maldives, with George Michael providing the entertainment. Even his son's Bar Mitzvah cost £4million. Kate is by no means the first trophy friend in his collection. Sir Philip spent some time with both Naomi Campbell and Elle Macpherson. He was also a friend of the actress Lindsay Lohan (he opened Topshop at night for her so that she could shop unpestered). Model Naomi Campbell Australia's super model Elle Macpherson Trophy friends: Sir Philip has also spent time with models Naomi Campbell and Elle Macpherson (right) Otherwise, his world is very different from Kate's hedonistic whirl of late nights and later mornings. He rises at 6.30am and works through until 10pm. As one of his secretaries said: 'Philip doesn't do holidays: he just answers the phone from a different place.' Although the family arrangement seems semi- detached, Sir Philip sets great store by family time. The children, who seem to live on the yacht Lionchase, are ferried over to their parents' yacht for weekend lunches on the dot of 1pm, by order of Dad. 'He seems to be quite an exacting father,' says a source in Monaco. 'He will tell them that they can inherit his business, but will have to be better than anyone else if they want to run it.' One, perhaps unexpected, quirk is his love of gambling. He famously took himself to Les Ambassadeurs in London after picking up his knighthood in 2006, and lost £700,000 at blackjack before winning it all back, plus £100,000 more, at roulette. His high-risk gamble on Kate Moss seems to be paying off in a similarly spectacular fashion. Additional reporting: Ian Sparks in Monaco

I think she looks outstanding inthese pictures... Cougar Courteney: Friends star hunts down toyboys in new comedy seriesBy Katy Hastings ------------------------ Get ready boys - Friends star Courteney Cox is to hit our screens playing a 40-year-old single mother on the prowl for younger men. The sexy actress, 44, was spotted filming scenes for her new comedy series, Cougar Town, in Los Angeles. Having been left single and with a son of 17, Cox's character is trying to get back into the world of dating. Former Friends' actress waves for the camera looking ultra chic in her bold outfit Cox has concentrated on her family since leaving Friends The new ABC comedy is written by Bill Lawrence and Kevin Biegel - the creator of Scrubs. Lawrence has already worked with Cox during a series of Friends and in recent episodes of the hospital comedy and describes her as 'comedically fearless'. She was spotted on the set of the new show wearing a striking striped dress and carrying an oversized bag. The mother-of-one looked lean and toned as she walked in towering heels. But looking like she does surely it wouldn't be hard for her character to pick up a date or ten? Speaking about the show, Lawrence said: 'Forty-year-old women on TV are so beautiful and perfect and wrinkle-free 'People don't do the reality of it, and there is a real comedy area about a woman who is talking about Botox, about having sex with the lights on and how her body is changing.' The show's name comes from the slang term for a woman on the prowl for a toyboy, known as a cougar. Cox is herself married to a younger man, 37-year-old actor David Arquette, with whom she has a four-year-old daughter, Coco Riley Arquette. Cox retains her youthful looks and lithe figure at the age of 44 Since leaving Friends Cox has had limited success, starring in the sitcom Dirty as well as the Disney film Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler. Recently talks of a highly anticipated film production of TV series Friends have been played down by the cast. Cox and co were rumoured to reprise their roles for a big-screen adaptation after being inspired by the recent success of Sex And The City.
