^^ My comment comparing Ted to Perez wasn't in reference to the tone used to out Fiddy, but rather the fact that Ted is now "going there" by outing anybody (and especially who is presumably not stepping out of the closet on their own accord) in the first place.

I'm actually shocked to hear that Ted is outing anybody. He said on many occasions that he was against doing this, at least in the pre "blolumn" days. Now, it seems that he's stooping tp Perez Hilton's level and that anyone and everyone but Toothy is fair game.

It's bad times all around when Megan Fox and David Silver, er Brian Austin Green, are the poster children for marital stability.

Now I'm no drug addict by any stretch (and not only because I'm deathly afraid of needles), but isn't the tournequet placed ABOVE the vein that you're looking to raise? I can't imagine that routine lab work and heroin injections would be any different in regard to tournequet placement.

^^ Well, it doesn't say just how much she got...just that the attorneys are happy and that Lindsay got cash. If I were an attorney, I'd personally be happy if I saw even a dime from filing such a frivolous lawsuit. My guess is that the settlement was modest at best and more of a nuisance fee than an acknowledgment of wrongdoing on E*trade's part. ETA: I'd also guess that the Lohans would be happy with even a dime at this point if the stories about their financial condition are true.
