Public Information officer Marcus Martin says Hilton was booked into the Clark County Detention Center early Saturday morning on a charge of possession of cocaine. He says she was in a car driven by a friend that was stopped when officers noticed what they suspected to be marijuana smoke coming from it. Martin says that during the stop officers found what appeared to be a controlled substance on Hilton and tests showed that it was cocaine. He says he doesn't know how much of the drug was found. Las Vegas police Lt. Wayne Holman says that Hilton was still being held around 2 a.m. Saturday. He says she will probably be released on her own recognizance later in the morning.

With all due respect, nosunlight, you have a lot of nerve telling the rest of us to stop worrying about her and worry about ourselves when every one of the 4 posts you've made to this board since you started actively posting a week ago have been pro Oksana. Yes, you are entitled to your opinion on this issue....as is everybody else. But as many others have so eloquently stated, nobody here is stating that they are 100% pro Mel. There is plenty of skepticism to go around towards Mel and Oksana and at the end of the day, I suspect there is far more to this story than anybody other than the parties involved will ever know.

I'm assuming that the Juan-Carlos Cruz case is a local one, but why bother delaying it on Linday's account? I don't see Lindsay's sentencing lasting more than 10 minutes, tops. Plenty of time for Holley to get back to work on that case. As for Shapiro using Lindsay to sell his sober house? Well, duh! Stevie Wonder could have seen that one from a mile away.

I'm not seeing where the article says Dalton got a restraining order against Mel to stay away from his kid, just that Dalton is backing Oksana's efforts to get a restraining order against Mel and that Dalton doesn't want Mel near the kid. NOT the same thing.
