Not at all, BobbyD. That shot of Paris Hilton bawling in the back of the police car from the World Cup would make a pretty cool avatar too if not for my severe dislike of her.

Joan Rivers has always done this kind of comedy, maybe they're just too young to know that More importantly, Joan has a point about somebody taking care of Lindsay rather than feeding off of her.

Is Dr. Drew's Sober Living facility in WeHo?

Um, conflict of interest????

She looks a lot "puffier" then we've seen her lately on the US Weekly cover announcing the engagement, though the dress is not exactly doing her any favors either. I almost wonder if she's already pregnant with #2. http://www.usmagazine.com/healthylifestyle...engaged-2010147

She's still got 6 days. Don't write her off just yet.

I agree. I can't imagine her going to jail on her own accord, which opens up a whole slew of really salacious possibilities for getting her into custody. Maxie, do you know if a 5150 will allow her to go to a hospital rather than jail? I'm not sure. It's an unusually slow day at work so I may just have to look in to that.
-
I would not be surprised if she "acts up" and is 5150ed by the end of the weekend.
-
I agree that it's most likely the dress material, though the way she's angled and her goofy facial expressions aren't really doing her any favors either. Part of me wonders if she was intentionally made to look bad in order to keep the focus on Tommy Boy.

Was there any mention anywhere as to whether she had to surrender her passport?

Wow...this is like Christmas and my birthday all rolled up in to one. It's about damn time something finally sticks to the Teflon Ho. All you Los Angelenos be smart out there. I suspect the roads will be anything but safe between now and the 20th.

Well, annabeast, we can take solace in the fact that she's probably stupid enough to cry in her vodka tonic at the Chateau Marmont if this does spill over until tomorrow.

I'm popping the popcorn and gathering up the circus peanuts for this side show right now.

getting a boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband/etc's name tatooed on your body anywhere (especially someplace visible and/or large in size) seems to pretty much starts the countdown toward breakup/divorce . . . His propensity for the early 20-something section of the dating pool doesn't exactly stack the deck in his favor-- tattoos or no.

I'm more bothered by the Morticia Adams hair.
-
That's exactly why I am more impressed by a post baby Heidi.
-
Eh, I'm not impressed. Heidi Klum did it in 6 weeks instead of 2 months.

Shocking news? Really?????

I prefer to think of it as finally growing more than 3 whiskers on his beard. Edited to correct the inevitable typo spotted hours after the fact....

I'm pretty sure her attorney ordered the urinalysis, knowing full well that the alcohol would be entirely burned off by the time she took it. All part of the spin. I get that. I just don't understand why the court wouldn't trust the bracelet, or would let her off "just this once". I'm guessing there's some obscurity to the laws that forces the court to recognize the urinalysis results that were placed in the probation report over the findings of the SCRAM report. The judge does not strike me as one who will give Lindsay a millimeter more of leeway beyond what is specified by the letter of the law.
-
Piecing it all together, it seems that there was a 7 to 10 hour gap between when the bracelet registered the BAC equivalent of 2 drinks and when she underwent the urinalysis test-- plenty of time for the booze to clear her system. I am seriously beginning to think that the only way she will "recover" from her demons at this point is from six feet under.

Well, if it truly was a marriage of convenience then good for them for pulling the plug so that they could both go on with their lives in a more personally satisfying manner. That still doesn't excuse any infidelity for either party IMO.

Probably, but even once a year is probably once a year more often than most.

I suspect he's already been paid "for services rendered."

If only she had it in her to just vanish from the spotlight until she is no longer under a virtual house arrest.....her actions and her verbal diarrhea are doing herself no favors whatsoever.
