Jesse James' Ex Shot Down in Court TMZ has learned ... Jesse James' ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, lost a custody round in court today after she attempted to win visitation of the ex-couple's daughter Sunny. Janine's lawyer went into OC court asking for immediate visitation. We're hearing Janine may have been released from an Oregon halfway house earlier today. The judge, however, didn't see it Janine's way. Her request was denied and the judge told Janine's lawyer he could take the matter up again during the next scheduled hearing on June 17.

Gary Coleman Divorced from Shannon Price TMZ has learned Gary Coleman divorced Shannon Price nearly two years ago ... raising issues about her authority to make final medical decisions on Gary's behalf. Gary's divorce lawyer, Randy Kester, tells TMZ the couple divorced on August 12, 2008, and as far as he knows they never remarried. Kester does not know if Price had a power of attorney to make medical decisions.

I wouldn't think it would take long, especially if the reports of a prenup and them keeping their assets separate are true.

I'm not sure those reports of his businesses suffering are accurate; even if they are, I expect this will pass ...... I think the public will follow Sandra's lead and eventhough she is divorcing him, she hasn't been mean, nasty or vengeful, so far anyway. I'm pretty sure that I heard he has something new (reality show) coming up.

I believed him when he said she made him want to be a better person. I believe him when he says he's sorry he hurt her, eventhough he consciously chose his actions. I believe he's relieve that the lies are over. what's more, I believe that Sandra believes those things.

for now, it's just speculation that she'd even write a book, odds are she's just messing with him, lol. for that matter, we're just assuming the settlement #'s being discussed by the press are accurate.

I don't think there are any more secrets left to spill. The affairs have been widely publicized, milked and made fun of. It's not like the children won't be able to read juicy details on dad and his girlfriends (who have been more than willing to talk and be seen at every opportunity afforded them) on the internet or in Vanity Fair magazine, so they might as well hear the truth as Mom saw it and lived it. Better than speculation and gossip. and if there are more secrets, someone will spill them and make money from them, it will affect the kids regardless of who does the spilling, at least if it's elin there would be lots of money for the kids therapy.

I saw it and it was great, this looks like a good season! I really liked the change where one team was eliminated at the very beginning but no one eliminated at the end of the first leg. I thought the Japanese game show was the best comp they've had, at least in recent memory, lol. I don't like the time penalty AND the road block; I think either one would be appropriate, but not both. I really don't like the lawyer guy. I like the father/son team better than I thought I would. I'm sick of hearing the brothers talk about being gay, get over it already! Zev is doing great so far but I don't expect that to last. The couple eliminated tonight needs to not be a couple, as do some of the others this season. I don't know the names yet, but the couple that have known each other since elementary school, I swear he is gay and flirting with Phil. Of course, who can blame him, Phil is just a 'total package'. I thought it was hilarious that they spent all their money paying the bus driver to leave early and then the boat place was closed. I don't think I like Tokyo, though the Japanese culture seems nice enough. I don't think I like Vietnam either. btw, a million dollars isn't enough to make me eat that much wasabi (no insult intended to the poster wasabi).

"The rumors are true -- I'm hosting the CMT Awards live from Nashville on June 9th," the singer announced on his Web site Thursday. "All I can promise is I will be awesome." The Detroit-based rocker may seem to be an unusual choice for the fan-voted country music award show, but Kid Rock has made Nashville a second home. Lindsay Lohan's Dad Going for Conservatorship TMZ has learned Michael Lohan will be back in L.A. Monday ... and he's telling people he'll start the legal ball rolling to create a conservatorship for Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay is in NYC but refuses to see Michael ... and daddy Lohan says it's now time. As for a possible conservatorship, Lohan is telling people he'd gladly serve as the conservator but is open to someone else assuming that role. Michael Lohan also says he does not want his daughter to go to jail. As TMZ first reported, Lohan is on the fast track for a jail cell because she has squarely violated the terms of her probation. A court day of May 20 looms for Lindsay. Michael wants Lindsay in rehab but not a traditional, group facility. He wants to go the Brooke Mueller route -- a private home with lots of doctors. What Michael isn't factoring in -- that type of rehab is bocu expensive and Lindsay is broke.

Conan Says YES To TBS Of all the codas that could have grown out of NBC's very long and very weird late-night reshuffle, this is one nobody could have seen coming: Conan O'Brien is taking his show not to Fox, as was previously speculated, but to TBS, where he'll now act as a lead-in to George Lopez's Lopez Tonight. The migration to a cable network was always a possibility, but the conventional wisdom was that Comedy Central would make the best fit for Conan's comic sensibilities, rather than TBS, whose slogan is "Very Funny," but hasn't done the best job of solidifying a brand. It's a choice fraught with peril for Conan: does the move to TBS raise the network's cachet, or lower Conan's?

Sandra Bullock's IMDb Profile Says 'Separated' Posted Mar 23rd 2010 6:00PM by TMZ Staff IMDb -- the Internet movie database -- now has Sandra Bullock's marital status listed as "separated" but Sandra's rep says they never authorized the change. An IMDb employee tells TMZ, in order to change the marital status on someone's profile, the change must be approved internally by IMDb. We do not know who submitted the change. Bullock's rep says, "This was never authorized by anyone related to her." BTW, on Jesse James' IMDb page, his marital status is unchanged.
