http://scoop.todayshow.com/_news/2010/10/2...ore-oversharing David Arquette crying after sex, and more oversharing Finally, something to distract us from Charlie Sheen's allergic reactions: David Arquette's latest episode of oversharing on Howard Stern's radio show. Arquette told Stern Wednesday that separating from Courteney Cox was difficult, and so was having sex with someone new. "After the first girl I slept with ... a few days later ... I was, like, crying. It was the end of all the intimacy I shared with my wife. It was like a new thing. It was like ... putting that away." Arquette later admitted to Stern that he'd also bedded an Australian woman he met at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and that he would not date Jennifer Aniston. His overarching message though? He is still "f----- in love with my wife," he told Stern. You can watch a portion of the interview below, or go to www.howard.tv to see the complete hour-long interview.

    Tyler Perry

All Reuters News -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For richer: "Married" life is good box office A trio of awards-season hopefuls were forced to cede the spotlight at the weekend box office to the latest populist hit from Tyler Perry, the writer-director-actor-producer whose commercial success is inversely proportional to his critical respect. Perry's "Why Did I Get Married?" took the top spot with three-day sales of $21.35 million, according to final data issued Monday -- in line with Sunday estimates. After two weeks at No. 1, "The Game Plan," slipped to No. 2 with $11.04 million. The purse for Disney's family-oriented sports tale is now a resounding $58.98 million. The crime rookie "We Own the Night" ($10.83 million) edged ahead of the legal drama "Michael Clayton" ($10.37 million) to take the third spot overall. The Sunday estimates had given "Clayton" a slight lead over "Night." "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" began its reign at No. 6 with just $6.15 million. Lionsgate's "Why Did I Get Married?" -- a romantic comedy-drama about the trials of marriage -- played almost exclusively to black moviegoers. Perry co-stars alongside an ensemble that includes singers Janet Jackson and Jill Scott. Polling by independent firm CinemaScore showed women accounted for about three-quarters of the audience, and moviegoers applauded it with a grade of A-plus. Critics -- who did not get an advance peek -- were not as kind. About 55 percent of reviews on Rotten Tomatoes (http://www.rottentomatoes.com) were negative. Critics were slightly more enthusiastic about Sony's "We Own the Night," which stars Joaquin Phoenix and Mark Wahlberg, and positively giddy about Warner Bros.' "Michael Clayton," starring George Clooney, which opened the week before in limited release. "Night" drew more males than females (54%-46%), and picked up a B-minus from its CinemaScore sample. By contrast, "Clayton" drew slightly more females and scored a CinemaScore grade of B. "Clayton" also skewed older than "Night." Universal's "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" also earned a B grade, with women accounting for almost two-thirds of the audience. It entered the lists just below the second weekend of another disappointment, "The Heartbreak Kid," which took in $7.28 million. The tally for the DreamWorks/Paramount release stands at $25.86 million. Reuters/Hollywood Reporter

Kim Kardashian would be 'down for some hookups' in New York By Tim Nudd, PEOPLE.com October 5, 2010 4:37 p.m. EDT "This couldn't have come at a more perfect time for me to just get out of my life and start anew," Kardashian says. Kim Kardashian won't say no if friends want to set her up on dates after moving to New York She and Kourtney are heading to the east coast to establish a new Dash clothing store "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" premieres in January on E! (PEOPLE.com) -- Now that she's moving to New York for her new E! show, Kim Kardashian says she's thrilled to give the single life a real chance -- and won't say no if friends want to set her up on dates. "I never have really given it a shot to be single," the reality-TV star, who turns 30 later this month, tells Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show. "I tried to play that role, but I really wasn't single. And now, I'm really officially on my own, and I'm in a whole different city." Since splitting with boyfriend Miles Austin and arriving in the Big Apple to film "Kourtney and Kim Take New York," a new series premiering in January on E!, Kim says lots of her friends are trying to play matchmaker. "Everyone is now trying to hook me up," she says. "In a way, since I hate meeting new people and I hate that first-dating thing, it's kind of reassuring to know, 'Okay, this [person] knows them, so maybe they're normal.' " Whether or not she finds her one true love, Kardashian could be in the mood for romance as she and her sister establish a new Dash clothing store in Gotham. "I'd be down for some hookups," Kim says. Whatever happens, it's great to have a change of scenery, anyway. "I am so excited," she says. "This couldn't have come at a more perfect time for me to just get out of my life [in Miami and L.A.] and start anew."

Thanks, I am hearing good things about this movie. I will be honest and say that a movie about Facebook (with Timberlake in the cast)...didn't pull me in, initially. But I think I will give it a shot, primarily because it is David Fincher.

    500 Days Of Summer

I just caught this film...and I really enjoyed it. That makes 2 films of the summer that I liked. That's rough, since I usually hate everything. :4biggrin: It probably could've been a little shorter. But it was definitely funny and worth checking out. Joseph Gordon-Leavitt has come a long way since 3rd Rock From The Sun. I liked him in The Lookout.

    Ashton Kutcher & Demi Moore

Cheating Rumors: Did Demi and Ashton Get What They Deserved? By Catherine Donaldson-Evans Buzz that Ashton Kutcher has been cheating on his wife Demi Moore has left many fans dismayed. How could it be? The celebrity couple has seemed so in love, so happy, so publicly affectionate, so devoted to each other. They've been hailed as a shining example of a marriage that works in Hollywood, and one where the wife is 15 years older, no less. But not everyone is shocked and saddened by the idea that Demi and Ashton may be on the rocks. In fact, some are grumbling that the actors -- with their insatiable hunger for attention and eagerness to flaunt their relationship -- are getting exactly what they deserve. The infidelity rumors just may be the stars' comeuppance, the bashers say, for all those nauseating photos and love notes they've relentlessly posted on Twitter. Take the early September pictures Moore, 47, tweeted of herself frolicking around in a bikini. Or the Twit pic of Demi and her 32-year-old "hubby" blissfully lying in bed on their fifth wedding anniversary. Both came within days of Star magazine running two stories about a supposedly straying Kutcher. One quoted an eyewitness who claims to have seen him kissing a blond 20-something near a restaurant bathroom. The second hinged on an interview with 21-year-old chef Brittney Jones, who says she and Ashton had sex while Demi was away in France filming her new movie 'LOL.' "All along, Demi was told it would never work, that he's going to cheat," Star quoted a friend as saying. "When she finds out that it happened, she'll be devastated." Celebrity life coach and relationship expert Patrick Wanis doesn't think Demi and Ashton deserve to be trashed by the tabs. But being as open and in our faces as they have been about their love hasn't helped. "Ashton and Demi make it worse when they are exposing lots of details about their life, because then they are becoming a part of our household," he tells PopEater. "We think we're a lot closer to them than we are ... When you are public, you're inviting people to make comments." What fuels the frenzy is the sense of entitlement many people feel toward celebrities, Wanis explains. The more stars go public with their every move, "the more people think they own you. You're part of their family," he says. The pair has presented a united front since the affair allegations surfaced. Shortly after the stories broke, a Twitter photo emerged on Moore's page showing only the couple's elongated shadows, with the metaphorical caption, "Hubby and I standing tall!" The more recent public displays are only the latest in a very, very long string of public displays put on by the couple. Once, they tweeted from different rooms in their house about plans to have dinner and sex. On another occasion, they wrote about their naked workouts. And while they were at a wedding last year, Kutcher snapped a photo of his wife bending over in a white bathing suit and posted it on Twitter. "Watching my wife steam my suit while wearing a bikini," tweeted Kutcher alongside the picture. "I love God!" And the list goes on. Sickening? Yes. The silly PDAs have even reportedly offended Moore's three kids. But does that mean Demi and Ashton should be battered about by the tabloids, whether the rumors of an affair are true or not? Maybe. Especially since they've taken to Twitter to address the scandal. "I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualified as defamation," Kutcher wrote on September 1. "I hope my lawyer agrees." Two minutes later, he added, "STAR magazine -- you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of the press' when you are writing fiction." When will a Twitter addict ever learn? It isn't just online that they're falling all over themselves to prove the rumors wrong. During public appearances since the scandal broke, the couple have fawned over each other even more than usual. And if you're not familiar with their antics, that's an awful lot of fawning. Privately, however, sources have said they're "angry" about the stories and have told those close to them not to ask questions, according to PEOPLE magazine. Some suspect the pair's age gap has finally taken its toll. "Somehow, I thought it was going to come back to haunt them," a source told PEOPLE. "He got married young, and, as crass as this sounds, never seemed to have his fill. [but] they seemed super committed." Still, maybe the critics are right. Maybe Demi and Ashton have only themselves -- and all their gushing and tweeting -- to blame. As for how the saga will unfold, don't worry. You're sure to find out soon enough ... as long as you keep checking Twitter.

Lindsay Lohan still broke and a mess

Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer Threatened by Michael 9/26/2010 2:37 PM PDT by TMZ Staff Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, worked miracles running back and forth to court Friday to spring her client from jail, but it wasn't good enough for Michael Lohan. TMZ has learned daddy Lohan left a voicemail and texts on Holley's phone, threatening to "blow you out of the water." Sources tell us the voicemail -- left earlier in the week -- also threatened to "dig up dirt" on Shawn, as well as Lindsay's business manager, Lou Taylor. Michael left two text messages on Holley's phone Friday after the court hearing, telling her she should do Lindsay a favor and quit. In another text, Michael claimed Holley and Taylor were destroying the Lohan family. Michael went nuclear at the Bev Hills Courthouse Friday morning after Judge Elden Fox threw Lindsay in jail. Fox's decision was reversed later that day after Holley filed an appeal, and Lindsay got out of jail Friday night. We're told Holley, who could not be reached for comment, will not seek a restraining order. It's just Michael being Michael. UPDATE: Michael tells TMZ, "It's true. I said those things ... but it’s spun. I wasn’t knocking Shawn for working all those hours ... I was knocking the fact that I told them to do this [send Lindsay to rehab] a long time ago. Just now they’re listening."

Lindsay Lohan Reportedly Aiming For Early Jail Release But L.A. Sheriff's spokesperson tells People the starlet won't be released until her October hearing. By Mawuse Ziegbe (@mawuseziegbe) Lindsay Lohan has returned to jail, an increasingly familiar place for the troubled starlet. However, the actress is reportedly trying to leave her new digs as soon as possible. Radar Online reports that Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, huddled with Judge Elden Fox and the deputy district attorney on Friday (September 24), hours after the actress was sent to jail for the second time in three months. "Lindsay's lawyer is asking that bail be set," a Lohan source told the website. "Shawn Chapman Holley contends that Judge Fox must grant Lohan bail pending the probation-violation hearing on October 22." Lohan was sent back to prison after she admitted to failing a recent drug test. According to the requirements of her release after rehab, a positive drug and/or alcohol test is grounds for additional jail time. Judge Fox denied the "Freaky Friday" actress bail and she was handcuffed and taken into custody. Lohan is expected to remain locked up until her hearing next month. Lohan's lawyer did not respond to MTV News' request for comment at press time. Although Lohan's legal muscle is apparently pulling out all the stops to get her released early, authorities maintain the actress won't be sprung until her next court date. "Ms. Lohan cannot be released early because this isn't a jail sentence," L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told People. "She's being held by court order until her hearing on October 22. She will be held in the same conditions as her last stay, in a keep-away unit." She may not be headed for an early exit, but her entrance into prison is similar to her last visit. "She's now being processed through, she's going to go through the same physical and mental evaluation," said Whitmore, who noted that, "for the safety and security of the entire jail system," Lohan will be separated from her fellow inmates. In July, Lohan served 13 days of a 90-day jail sentence over a probation violation stemming from a 2007 DUI conviction. She followed up the jail time with 23 days in a court-ordered rehab facility, less than a third of her 90-day sentence.

Michael Lohan: Lindsay Shouldn't Return to Jail Credit: GSI Media Friday – September 24, 2010 – 1:11pm Michael Lohan is outraged that his troubled daughter Lindsay has been sent back to the slammer. "I'd rather be in jail than my daughter today," he told UsMagazine.com after Friday's shocking ruling. "Jail is not good for anybody." He told Us he wishes Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox had sent the 24-year-old actress -- who has admitting failing at least one drug test - to rehab instead. Said Michael, "She has not gotten the help with her addiction yet." He lashed out at the actress' attorney Shawn Chapman Holley and manager Lou Taylor, whom he said got his daughter released early from inpatient rehab at UCLA Medical Center on Aug. 24. (Prior to rehab, Lindsay served nearly two weeks in jail in her three-year-old DUI case.) "They are destroying my daughter's life," he said. "It is a horrible situation," he added. Blah, Blah, Blah...Everyone else's fault...blah, blah,...blah Lindsay Lohan goes directly to jail By Alan Duke, CNN NEW: Lohan's dad blames Lindsay's lawyer for bad guidance Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- Actress Lindsay Lohan will spend the next four weeks in jail while she waits for a probation revocation hearing, a Los Angeles judge ordered Friday. Judge Elden Fox ordered the preliminary revocation of Lohan's probation based on a probation report to the court saying she tested positive for controlled substance use. The hearing was set for October 22. When Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, asked the judge to hear her arguments for bail, he answered, "Nope." The actress showed no emotion as deputies handcuffed her hands behind her back and walked her out of the Beverly Hills courtroom. Her father, who watched the short hearing from the rear of the courtroom, showed his own anger outside after his daughter was taken away. "It's a horrible situation. I just hope the judge remands Lindsay to a rehab for a longer period of time and the people in Lindsay's life that are destroying her life and leading her down the wrong path are weeded out," Michael Lohan said. He singled out Holley for giving his daughter poor advice. Lohan cited his daughter's court-approved trip to New York during Fashion Week, saying she stayed alone in a hotel room, which opened her up to bad influences. Lohan's supervised probation for a 2007 drunken driving conviction requires frequent drug tests. The judge warned her last month that any failure could send her back to jail. "Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result," Lohan tweeted on September 17. She spent 23 days in a court-ordered drug rehab program last month, which followed a 13-day jail stint imposed when a Los Angeles judge ruled that Lohan violated her probation. Fox, who took over Lohan's case when she was released, imposed a new set of rules for her to follow until November. It included weekly counseling sessions for alcohol and drug rehabilitation, random drug tests and behavioral therapy. "Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away overnight," Lohan tweeted. "I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps." Lohan tweeted that she was "doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future." "This was certainly a setback for me, but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences," she tweeted. Lohan made fun of her substance abuse troubles in a backstage skit broadcast during the MTV Video Music Awards earlier in September. She appeared with show host Chelsea Handler, who was wearing an alcohol-detection bracelet like the one Lohan recently wore. "Wake up, Handler; pull it together," Lohan said as she slammed Handler against a wall. "You're a menace. Do you think anyone will work with a drunk? Take it from me, they don't." Lohan was arrested twice in 2007 on charges of driving under the influence, and in the second incident, she was charged with cocaine possession. The first arrest came after Lohan lost control of her Mercedes-Benz convertible and struck a curb in Beverly Hills. Just two weeks after checking out of a Malibu drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility, she was arrested again in July 2007 after a woman called Santa Monica police, saying Lohan was trying to run her down with a car. Lohan's acting career, which started at age 10 on a soap opera, took off on the big screen a year later, when she played identical twins in Disney's remake of "The Parent Trap."

Producer stands by Lohan, says talent matters most Tyler Shields Lindsay Lohan is slated to play porn star Linda Lovelace in the film "Inferno." The producer of Lindsay Lohan's upcoming film project "Inferno" is speaking out against reports that he is "beyond irritated" with Lohan after she failed a recent court-mandated drug test. "The only producers in question would be Jordan Gertner or myself, and we are not expressing irritation, nor 'beyond irritated' to anyone -- that is not to say we would not be upset over a breach of the court by Lindsay that has affected her personally, or the potential production schedule or location of the production significantly," producer Chris Hanley told People magazine. Hanley went on to say that Lohan's talent is a significant consideration in how "Inferno" moves forward, despite the setback. "We do believe that Lindsay’s talent does weigh very heavily in the matter. Addictive personality disorder issues are pervasive in the film industry. I have worked with Robert Downey and others on movies I have made, and, frankly, talent and passion for a project matter the most to me." "Inferno," in which Lohan will play porn star Linda Lovelace, is due to begin filming in New Orleans Nov. 15.

Lindsay Lohan still broke and a mess

How Lindsay Lohan Spent Her Bad News Friday By Stephen M. Silverman Saturday September 18, 2010 03:30 PM EDT The fateful Friday, Sept. 17, that brought the news that Lindsay Lohan had failed a random drug test and her own admission of, "This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences," was busy all around for the troubled actress. Lohan spent Friday at an afternoon photo shoot and was later spotted at an observance of the Jewish holy day of atonement, Yom Kippur, with Israeli military vet Eilat Anchel at a house party in Beverly Hills. Lohan, 24, then went to the Beverly Hills Hotel before heading to Hollywood. After her nighttime Twitter admission that she failed her drug test, she was photographed with her wrist tattoo on display. It reads, "I restore myself when I'm alone." In her Friday night Tweet, Lohan said, "if I am asked," she is ready to go back before Superior Court Judge Elden Fox to face the consequences of her failed drug test. So far, the judge has not yet set a hearing in the matter, but, said Lohan, "I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future." However, a friend close to Lohan, who has seen her since her Aug. 24 release from rehab (after serving nearly two weeks in jail in a DUI case), tells PEOPLE: "She did not work the steps inside the program, and did come not out changed whatsoever. She's exactly the same girl as before jail time and rehab." The friend added: "She did whatever she could to leave rehab early. It was her mission. I'm not sure how, but they let her out much sooner than anyone advised." Lohan's rep declined comment.
