Elin Nordegren Gets $750M, Custody of Kids in Exchange for Silence in Tiger Woods Divorce Published June 30, 2010 | NewsCore (AP) Tiger Woods is banned from letting girlfriends near his kids in a divorce deal netting his ex a record $750 million settlement, The Sun reported Wednesday. The golfer agreed to keep single women away from daughter Sam, three, and son Charlie, one. He can bring a new flame into their lives only if he marries her. In return, former wife Elin Nordegren ,30, gets the biggest payout ever seen in a celebrity divorce. But she can never publicly speak out over his alleged flings with socialite Rachel Uchitel, reality star Jaimee Grubbs, porn queen Joslyn James and up to 17 others. A pal said: "Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanizing side of their father. Tiger's alleged mistresses include porn stars, pancake waitresses, bikini models and nightclub hostesses. And they're still coming! Porn star Devon James is the latest to admit to a Tiger tryst. "Tiger's main fear is her telling her story after he's rebuilt his reputation, sending him back to the gutter." Swedish ex model Nordegren ended up with double the sum she originally sought, after her lawyers proved Woods, 34, was worth much more than the $1billion she thought. Her friend explained: "Elin's legal team have done a great job digging up all sorts of assets. "The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life -- even if Tiger dies first -- or she'll lose the lot." The friend said: "Everything's signed. Elin is ready to file for divorce at Orlando County Court. She expects to in the next seven days." Nordegren gets sole physical custody of their kids but they will split legal custody. That means Woods will share decisions about their future -- so Nordegren will not be able to permanently relocate them to her native Sweden. Woods -- believed to be building a golf resort in Dubai and investing in the Bahamas -- will be able to see the kids for up to half of each week. He can renegotiate the custody agreement in five years. The pal said: "Elin admits that despite everything, Tiger loves his kids and has been a decent dad. "She is confident he will not pursue seeing the children that much, due to his work and lifestyle." Under the no-girlfriends deal, only married women not romantically linked to Woods will be allowed around the children -- plus female members of staff known to Nordegren.

    Brad and Angelina

Angelina Jolie says Shiloh ‘wants to be a boy’ Actress talks family with Vanity Fair, says she was just like daughter as kid "She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair," Angelina Jolie says of her daughter Shiloh. "She likes to wear boys' everything. She thinks she's one of the brothers." updated 2 hours 36 minutes ago In August's Vanity Fair, Angelina Jolie opens up about her six children and relationship with beau Brad Pitt. The "Salt" star, 35, admits she dresses Shiloh, 4, "like a little dude. Shiloh, we feel, has Montenegro style. It's how people dress there. She likes tracksuits, she likes [regular] suits. She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys' everything. She thinks she's one of the brothers." But Jolie says she isn't worried: She was just like Shiloh as a kid. "Shiloh’s hysterically funny, one of the goofiest, most playful people you’ll ever meet," she says. "... Goofy and verbal, the early signs of a performer. I used to get dressed up in costumes and jump around." Maddox, 8, is "a real intellectual, which I can take no credit for genetically. He’s great at school, great at history. He feels like he could be a writer or travel the world and learn about places and things." Five-year-old Zahara has "got an extraordinary voice and is just so elegant and well spoken," adds the proud mom. And twins Knox and Viv (who turn 2 next month)? They're "classic boy and girl," says the actress. "She’s really female. And he’s really a little dude.” Jolie describes their home life as "happy." Says the mom, "I got back from work last night, and everybody was playing music and dancing and I suddenly found myself dancing around with a bunch of little fun crazy people." Are more kids on the way? “No, I’m not pregnant [but] we’re not opposed to it," she says. "We want to make sure we can give everybody special time. They're kids now, and can play together, but they’re going to need a lot more talking in the middle of the night, like I did with my mom for hours. We want to make sure we don’t build a family so big that we don’t have absolutely enough time to raise them each really well.” She says things are stronger than ever with Pitt, 45, despite those split rumors. "[We're not] against getting married [but] it’s just like we already are," she tells Vanity Fair. "Children are clearly a commitment, a bigger commitment [than marriage]. It’s for life.” She didn't even mind his scraggly beard. "I love Brad in every state," she says. Adds Jolie, "I feel fortunate to have a relationship where I actually feel safe enough to imagine growing old together." Copyright 2010 Us Weekly

Spelling says former ‘90210’ co-stars hate her Actress tells Seacrest something changed after she married McDermott Actress Tori Spelling did say that she's still pals with Jennie Garth Access Hollywood updated 1 hour 28 minutes ago LOS ANGELES — Tori Spelling may have mended fences with her mother, Candy Spelling, but it appears there is drama in another area of her life — with her former "90210" co-stars. "All my cast members hate me," Spelling told Ryan Seacrest on Monday for his "On Air With Ryan Seacrest Show." "People say, 'Do you mean during '90210?' I say, 'No, we were great friends during '90210.' We were friends after '90210.'" Spelling said things changed after she married Dean McDermott, the father of her two children, Liam and Stella. "They all came to my first wedding. All of a sudden I marry Dean, and I don't know what happened. I lost all my cast members," she told Seacrest. When asked about one castmate in particular — new mom Tiffani Thiessen — Spelling claimed the two aren't close. "She doesn't talk to me anymore," Spelling said. The actress went on to say she was not invited to Ian Ziering's recent wedding, which was packed with ex-"90210" stars including Brian Austin Green, Jason Priestley and Thiessen. She did, however, note that she and Jennie Garth are still pals. Copyright 2010 by NBC. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.

Lindsay Lohan still broke and a mess

Test proves Lindsay Lohan consumed alcohol at MTV awards: report POST WIRE SERVICES Last Updated: 11:48 AM, June 18, 2010 Posted: 8:37 AM, June 18, 2010 Troubled Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan's alcohol level was reportedly as high as .04 the night her bracelet went off, according to a bombshell report. Lindsay's alcohol level ranged from .03 to .04 from midnight to 3 a.m on June 6 in the hours following the MTV Movie Awards, RadarOnline.com reported today on its website. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel had recently ordered Lindsay not to drink booze. Lohan's alcohol levels were contained in a report prepared by SCRAM officials for the judge after her bracelet registered the presence of alcohol, according to RadarOnline. "There was absolutely no doubt that Lindsay was drinking, and the report that the alcohol monitoring service provided to Judge Revel was very detailed and extremely reliable," a source said. But TMZ.com reported today that Lohan did not consume alcohol. Shawn Chapman Holley said the actress recorded a negative urine test at LA's County Probation Department on June 7 -- hours after her alcohol monitoring SCRAM bracelet generated a positive reading. Sources connected with the probation department confirmed to TMZ that the results from the urine test were good enough for the 23-year-old star to be in compliance with the terms of her probation. Lohan has claimed on Twitter that it was “physically impossible” for the ankle bracelet to have given a positive report. “My scram wasn't set off-Its physically impossible considering I've nothing for it to go of. All of these false reports are absolutely wrong,” she wrote. RadarOnline also reported that Lohan's SCRAM bracelet also appears to have been tampered with -- although the tampering would not have led to a false positive reading for alcohol. "The report also says that Lohan's SCRAM bracelet had indeed been tampered with, and this is one of the reasons that Judge Revel determined that Lindsay violated terns of her bail," the source said. Lohan's reps have said that the "Mean Girls" actress took a urine test that indicated she had no alcohol in her system after the bracelet went off. Lindsay's probation violation hearing is scheduled for July 6 in Los Angeles. With AP Read more: http://www.nypost.com/p/pagesix/tests_prov...J#ixzz0rEQPXxaP

Probation Department Clears Lindsay Lohan Originally posted Jun 18th 2010 1:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff Sources tell TMZ Lindsay Lohan is off the hook with the L.A. County Probation Department for the whole SCRAM thing earlier this month ... because her pee was clean. You'll recall after the MTV Movie Awards on June 6 the SCRAM people got a positive reading for alcohol on Lindsay's SCRAM bracelet. But here's the thing. Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley tells TMZ Lindsay went to the Probation Department at around 10 AM the next day and her urine tested negative for alcohol. Sources connected with the Probation Department tell us ... the test results are good enough for them and as far as they are concerned Lindsay is in full compliance with her bail conditions. And we're told it's increasingly looking like Lindsay will be in full compliance with her alcohol ed classes by the next court hearing -- July 6. The Probation Report is especially important ... it's like a bible for the judge -- certainly on the bail issue, and it could influence the judge on Lindsay's probation as well. So Lindsay could conceivably dodge the jail bullet.

Totally agree. I think addicts call it a bottoming out or something? I would hope that she reaches a point before she does harm to herself or to someone else...like me...from her late night drunken driving. Gore had his wife onstage and awkwardly had a mini-make out session with his wife. The pundits made fun of it, since it was so out of his "wooden" character...and seemed like a desperate attempt to make Gore have a personality. To me, it seemed forced. I know it's reaching...but it was...weird. ETA: Awkward makeout session at :06 mark...

Britney Spears' Bodyguard -- You're Nobody Special Originally posted 59 minutes ago by TMZ Staff A former bodyguard for Britney Spears claims she sexually harassed him, but people connected with the singer are laughing at the allegation, saying the guy needs to man up. The Sun is reporting that Fernando Flores is thinking about filing a multi-million dollar sexual harassment lawsuit against Brit, claiming she constantly came on to him and paraded naked. We're told Flores was a short-timer, and had to know ... although Britney likes to buy clothes she doesn't necessarily wear all of them. Britney famously has been photographed topless, and even more famously been photographed without panties. She constantly shuns clothes while at home, and we're told it has nothing to do with Flores. Memba when Britney was picked up for her 5150 stint? Cops tried getting in her home for hours, as she paraded near a window in just panties. When officers finally subdued Brit, they tried covering her with a sweater ... and she screamed, "Don't cover me up. I'm f**king hot." One of Brit's peeps calls the bodyguard's claim "stupid."

Lindsay Lohan Can Drink ... For a Price Originally posted Jun 9th 2010 10:13 AM PDT by TMZ Staff TMZ has done some digging, and it turns out Lindsay Lohan is effectively free to drink as she pleases, provided she's willing to pay $10,000 for a vodka on the rocks. The man who posted Lindsay's bail yesterday -- David Perez -- tells TMZ Lindsay didn't really forfeit her $100,000 bail. The judge just applied the $100,000 to the new, enhanced bail, adding another $100,000 on, thus forcing Lindsay to pay an additional 10% premium to Perez. So Lindsay has really lost nothing, other than having to pay a total of $20,000 to the bail bondsman. If the SCRAM people tell the judge Lindsay is drinking again, the judge will go through the same drill. Judge Revel can't revoke bail altogether and throw Lindsay in jail ... because the case involves only a misdemeanor. As long as Lindsay keeps paying the increased premium, she'll be free. Bottom line ... if Lindsay wants to keep drinking, it will probably cost her $10,000 a pop. One more twist. Even though Lindsay is insisting she wasn't drinking Sunday night, it won't do her any good to get Shawn Chapman Holley to challenge it. Even if Holley can convince the judge the SCRAM reading was bogus, all the judge would do is cancel the $200,000 bail and go back to the $100,000 bail. So Lindsay would get $10,000 back, but it would probably cost $25 grand in legal and expert fees.

TMZ has learned bondsman David Perez is pulling up to the courthouse right now to post the $200,000 bail. Once posted, the judge will almost certainly recall the bench warrant for Lindsay's arrest. Gary Coleman Dies

Coleman’s parents seek custody of his remains Family wants body returned to his boyhood home in Illinois By Brock Vergakis SALT LAKE CITY — The estranged parents of former child TV star Gary Coleman are seeking custody of his body and want it returned to the star's boyhood home in Illinois, his former manager said Thursday. Coleman died Friday in Utah from a brain hemorrhage at age 42. His former manager and family spokesman Victor Perillo said Coleman's parents, Sue and Wille Coleman, are the legal custodians of his body because Coleman was divorced from his wife, Shannon Price, in 2008. It was Price who ordered that Gary Coleman be taken off of life support. Utah Valley Regional Medical Center spokeswoman Janet Frank said Price was named in an advanced health care directive that allowed her to make health care decisions for Gary Coleman when he couldn't make them for himself. ..His parents have said they learned about his hospitalization and death from media reports and that they had wanted to reconcile with their son before his death. In 1989, when Gary Coleman was 21, his mother filed a court request trying to gain control of her son's $6 million fortune, saying he was incapable of handling his affairs. The move "obviously stems from her frustration at not being able to control my life," he said. Perillo helped launch Gary Coleman's career from Chicago around 1977 and worked with him for 15 years. Gary Coleman is originally from Zion, Ill., a small town about 50 miles north of Chicago near the Wisconsin border. Perillo said his parents have discussed having a small, private ceremony and that his body could be returned to Illinois as soon as Friday. "The arrangement we're working on now is to get Gary back to his next of kin, which is his parents. The funeral home has been notified, the sheriff's office, we've notified them that there is to be no communication on where the body is to go unless its dealt with legally with Gary's next of kin, and that's the way it stands right now," Perillo told The Associated Press in a telephone interview from British Columbia. Frederick Jackman, a Utah estate attorney that Perillo said is representing the Colemans, did not immediately return a message Thursday. ‘I just don’t want him to die’ It's unclear whether Price and Gary Coleman ever remarried after their divorce. On the 911 call from May 26, the day the actor apparently had a seizure or hit his head and fell, Price refers to Gary Coleman as her husband. She can be heard asking a Utah emergency dispatcher to send help for him because he was bleeding from the back of his head and "bubbling at the mouth" after falling at their Santaquin home about 65 miles south of Salt Lake City "I just don't want him to die," Price said in the call. "I'm freaking out like really bad." Gary Coleman was conscious at the hospital the day of the 911 call but slipped into unconsciousness the next day and was taken off life support Friday with family at his side. In an interview on celebrity website TMZ, Price said she chose to take him off life support because doctors had told her that even if they had done surgery he would have died or never been the same. "I don't want people to be so hard on me thinking that I had to pull the plug too early. He wouldn't have made it anyway. His heart would have just given out," she said. "But you know, be in my situation. I mean look what happened with Terri Schiavo. I always think of her case — always when it comes to this. "I mean Gary was gone. His eyes were dilated. He wasn't ... he was just gone." Rocky union Police records show Gary Coleman and Price had a tumultuous relationship from the very beginning of their courtship, which started when they met on the set of the 2006 comedy, "Church Ball." In January 2007, he called police because he was worried she was going to bring her three brothers to confront him following an argument. Then in July of that year, he exploded at Price in a clinic parking lot in Provo, for which he was charged with disorderly conduct and eventually placed on probation. One month later, Gary Coleman whisked Price to a Nevada mountaintop to wed. By August 2008, the two had divorced, but they remained close and their legal problems continued. In February, Gary Coleman pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge related to a domestic violence incident in April 2009. No details are in court documents, but defense attorney Randy Kester told The Associated Press that the couple had an argument which got out of hand. "It was just a disagreement," he said. Gary Coleman starred for eight seasons on the sitcom "Diff'rent Strokes," starting in 1978. The tiny 10-year-old's "Whachu talkin' 'bout?" was a staple in the show about two African-American brothers adopted by a wealthy white man. He played Arnold Jackson, the younger of the two brothers. © 2010 The Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.

Lohan's ankle bracelet has breathalyzer tech Bracelet samples perspiration to check for alcohol and sends data to courts AP By Stephanie Nano updated 6:50 a.m. PT, Tues., May 25, 2010 NEW YORK - If an alcohol-monitoring bracelet can keep celebrities like Lindsay Lohan from drinking, some parents may wonder whether they can get some for their children. :4biggrin: The answer is no. For the time being, the ankle bracelets are only sold to the courts, probation officers and others who want to make sure drunken drivers or anyone involved in alcohol-related offenses don't drink again. "That might be a market down the road," said Kathleen Brown, a spokeswoman for Alcohol Monitoring Systems Inc., which makes the only alcohol ankle bracelet. In the meantime, the Denver-based company is focusing on the corrections market, she said. One of the devices was slapped on Lohan's ankle Monday by a judge angered because the actress didn't show up for a hearing last week in Beverly Hills, California, and instead attended the Cannes Film Festival in France. It's her second go-around with the bracelet — and she's not the only celebrity to sport one. Rapper-actress Eve wore one and ex-basketball star Jayson Williams was forced to earlier this year. The gadgets are much like the better-known electronic ankle bracelets that have been used for years to restrict suspects or parolees to their homes. (The alcohol bracelets can now do that too, if needed.) The bracelet uses the same technology as a Breathalyzer, but instead of checking the breath for alcohol, it samples the perspiration on the skin. After alcohol is consumed, it eventually enters the bloodstream and a small amount is expelled through the skin. The bracelet tests the skin every half hour. If there's alcohol, it causes a chemical reaction in the device's fuel cell. Usually once a day, the information is sent over phone lines to the company, which alerts the courts or probation officer if alcohol is detected at a blood-alcohol level of 0.02 or higher. It won't pick up very small amounts and it takes a while to be reach the skin. A 180-pound (82-kilogram) man would register 0.02 if he has two 5-ounce (142-milliliter) drinks in less than an hour on an empty stomach, according to Brown. The alcohol bracelets — called SCRAM for Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring — have been available since 2003, and are in use in every U.S. state except Hawaii. To date, they've been worn by 136,000 people, for an average of 90 days, Brown said. It costs about $1,500, she said. South Dakota has about 600 units and uses them in its 24/7 Sobriety Project, which requires daily monitoring for alcohol — either two trips to the county jail for a breath test or wearing a bracelet. "Some people don't want to look at a deputy sheriff two times a day. It's a humbling experience," said South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley, whose office successfully defended a court challenge of the device in South Dakota Supreme Court. Given a choice between the sobriety project or jail, "Most people will obviously chose to go back to their family, go back to their job, to go be a parent and work it out," Jackley said. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore said the SCRAM is used frequently and is very effective. He said there are many stories about people trying to disable the signal. "I heard about someone who tried to put chicken skin between the signal and his skin, but it didn't work," Whitmore said. Brown, the company's spokeswoman, said there are sensors that check for tampering. Stephen Bouchard, a judge in Missouri's Jefferson County near St. Louis, handles drunken driving cases, and says he's a fan of the bracelets. They are often required of anyone released on bond, and defendants are charged $12 a day. "You sure don't want to have the person on bond on an alcohol-related offense going out and getting drunk and hurting someone else. That pretty much stops that," said Bouchard. He said the bracelets are also used in other alcohol-related offenses, like domestic violence. And on a few occasions, someone has asked to keep the bracelet longer than required. "It's kind of like their security blanket. As long as they know they've got that SCRAM monitor on, they feel more in control of their drinking," he said. In Los Angeles, defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan, who represents many DUI defendants said the problem with the device is that it is bulky and very uncomfortable. Flanagan said one of his clients had the option of wearing the device or going to jail. After a few days, he said, the man complained that it was irritating his skin and was so uncomfortable he couldn't sleep. He took it off and went to jail, he said. The latest version is smaller — about the size of a deck of cards — and lighter than the first device. Copyright 2010 The Associated Press. All rights reserved. Lindsay's Dad -- She Shouldn't Quit Cold Turkey Originally posted May 25th 2010 12:45 AM PDT by TMZ Staff Lindsay Lohan's father believes that forcing Lindsay to cut herself off from drugs and alcohol ASAP is a bad thing -- and he's getting support from an expert. Michael Lohan tells TMZ he thinks Lindsay has a problem with prescription pills, but he "doesn't think it's a good idea for her to detox on her own." He feels Lindsay would be best served by "being under a doctor's care." And according to addiction recovery specialist Marc Kern -- Michael's logic ain't too far off. Kern tells us if -- and only if -- Lindsay has a drug problem, "There probably should have been an assessment of her reliance and dependency of substances before they took her off of everything. That would have been a safer method." Of course, this all assumes that Lindsay actually has a drug problem. Read more: http://www.tmz.com/#ixzz0owxPvKBp

Lindsay Lohan's SCRAM Bracelet: How Does It Work? :4biggrin: Lohan's alcohol-monitoring bracelet collects data regarding the wearer's alcohol consumption by measuring perspiration. By Josh Wigler Lindsay Lohan appeared in court Monday (May 24) seeking to ease restrictions on the terms of her probation stemming from two drug- and alcohol-related arrests in 2007. To Lohan's disappointment, Judge Marsha Revel ordered the 24-year-old actress to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet that will require her to undergo mandatory drug testing in Los Angeles on a weekly basis. Lohan must attach the bracelet to her ankle within the next 24 hours. The device is called a SCRAM bracelet, and it's hardly an unfamiliar fashion accessory for Lohan, who volunteered to wear the bracelet as part of an outpatient care program following her DUI arrest in 2007. The SCRAM bracelet, short for Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor, is a lightweight ankle bracelet designed to keep track of the wearer's alcohol consumption through measuring his or her perspiration. After data regarding the wearer's blood alcohol content is collected, the bracelet sends the information to the manufacturer, Alcohol Monitoring Systems. The SCRAM bracelet is virtually tamper-proof, thanks to "an internal mechanism that if you do tamper with it, it'll notify the remote location immediately," attorney Mark Geragos told MTV News. As a result, SCRAM wearers are cautioned not to submerge the device in water, as the bracelet would no longer be able to record perspiration, which would be flagged by remote monitors as "an attempt to defeat" the bracelet. Said Geragos: "You've got to take some precautions when you shower." Another inconvenience presented by the SCRAM bracelet involves air travel, as the official website for Alcohol Monitoring Systems notes that the device's presence would likely require special attention and swab testing from airport security officials. Given Lohan's weekly Los Angeles testing, however, air travel isn't likely to propose too much of an inconvenience if she wishes to remain free on bail. Additionally, SCRAM wearers are instructed against ingesting alcohol of any kind — that means not just beverages, but also mouthwash, colognes and perfumes, certain types of lotion and other similar products containing alcohol. Of course, there's the visually distracting nature of the device to consider as well. "Depending on whether or not you think it's a fashion statement, you'll generally wear pants while wearing [the bracelet]," Geragos told MTV News. With summer rapidly approaching, Lohan, a California resident, faces a physically uncomfortable time to wear pants on a daily basis. Lohan has 24 hours to start using the SCRAM bracelet. She'll have to actually wear the device for significantly longer than that, however, as her next probation hearing is scheduled for July 6.

I don't think there are any more secrets left to spill. The affairs have been widely publicized, milked and made fun of. It's not like the children won't be able to read juicy details on dad and his girlfriends (who have been more than willing to talk and be seen at every opportunity afforded them) on the internet or in Vanity Fair magazine, so they might as well hear the truth as Mom saw it and lived it. Better than speculation and gossip. I do think hearing the so-called "truth" from Mom makes it all the more ugly than media reports. We all know she's going 2 trash him in her book and at the end of the day...the slime that he is, he is still the Father of her children. He will be their Father and she'll be able to use the media to trash him unlike other regular women who have been cheated upon. Her taking $750 and still trashing him could backfire on her. Tiger's affairs are now old news. We've heard it all(or at least all we care to know). How much more money does she really need? We know the book deal is for more $ to go with the $750million! I also seriously doubt she's going to write about what she did or what really happened on the night of the initial car accident. Wouldn't she have to include that in her book about the "truth?" Tiger should've had a confidentiality agreement prior to getting married. Think about it...even Heather Mills (Sir Paul's Ex) took the money and signed the confidentiality agreement...if that hideous hag did it(when she could've scored considerable amount of $ from a book about being married 2 a Beatle), so should Elin. IMHO.

If this is true...I think she's wrong. She needs to sign the confidentiality agreement and move on.

Oh I can absolutely relate to that but I am questioning the desicion to have babies that late in life. Here in Sweden, if you have a baby at 40 you´re practically declared insane. Plus...isn't having a baby in life dangerous to herself and the baby? I mean the kid could have a birth defect?
