Report: Jennifer Hudson angers Oprah Oprah may have been laughing on camera, but behind the scenes, she was reportedly pretty steamed at Jennifer Hudson. The former "Idol" contestant was supposed to perform on "Oprah," but according to a clip from "Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes," she was very, very late for the scheduled taping. The reason? According to realityblurred.com, JHud left Chicago after rehearsal and headed to Dallas for a private party without telling anyone. Realityblurred reports that Oprah was so displeased, she gave a "smackdown" to the singer after she finally arrived hours late, thanks to an ice storm. Tim Gunn, who was also a guest that day, was present for the drama and lightened up the situation with a few laughs.

    Gwyneth Paltrow & Chris Martin

Aaaaaand this is why I hate Gwyneth Paltrow. Born on third base and think you hit a triple much? I have no doubt she works hard, but PLEASE. When Michael Douglas pulls strings to get you into UCSB (I mean, seriously....UCSB?), you do NOT get to act like you are a self-made woman. When you get your start in acting because your mother arranges for you to play the young female lead in a summer-stock production in which she is the star, you do not get to act like you are a self-made woman. When you go to Spence, you do not get to act like you are a self-made woman. When you can spend thousands an hour on a personal trainer like some of us spend $4 on a latte, you do not get to act like you are a self-made woman. It's not charming to be so clueless about the struggles that the vast majority of people endure to attain half what was handed to you on a silver platter. It's ignorant. It's narcissistic. It's monstrously self-involved. Damn, I'm crabby today. Brilliant.

    Gwyneth Paltrow & Chris Martin

The problem is that she is her own worst enemy. She has this disconnect with the audience and she doesn't realize that this the case when she does interviews or promotes a website. She puts her personal life out there...and she doesn't think there will be some criticism? It would be interesting if she had a website that details her running of a non-profit organization or charity...that would be kinda cool. Or maybe cooking recipes that aren't kinda elitist. She probably shouldn't be talking. Her talks usually begin with her complaining about something, (English people are better than Americans) or discussing her life as if she is really, really, is that interesting(someone should tell her...uhhh....she's not). She just doesn't get it. We don't like our celebs to talk about themselves and what makes them so great or the daily "struggles" they have to persevere. Unless she's telling the story of living in a car with in Hollywood...trying to go to auditions, for that big break. She's torpedoing the illusion that celebs are relatable to the average person. You don't tell the audience how down to Earth you are, how people are unfair to you, or reveal your "stressful" schedule on a website about YOU, living the life of a celebrity...You don't talk about how hard you work...YOU SHUTUP AND SHOW IT THROUGH YOUR ACTIONS. All of that...and your name your kid Apple....c'mon...Apple?

Gwyneth Paltrow: 'I Worked My Ass Off' for Happiness By Nicki Gostin Posted Apr 14th 2011 There are people who love the force of nature that is Gwyneth Paltrow -- working mom, actress, cookbook author, lifestyle guru, distributor of GOOP -- and there are those who absolutely hate the girl. The Oscar winner, 38, is here to deliver her theory on naysayers: folks are "pissed off" because she's driven and unafraid of change, while they're not. "It's easier to not change, not do something good for you, not work on your relationship, not make yourself a meal, not work out," she tells PopEater. "Everything in my life that's good is because I worked my ass off to get it and to maintain it." That life of hers is good indeed, and in our full chat, Mrs. Chris Martin reveals she's still "mulling over" a music career after a recent bout of hit-making, talks about her inspiration for writing the new cookbook 'My Father's Daughter,' and has a few laughs about recent rumors hitting the tabloids: 1. She hooked up with 'Glee's' Matthew Morrison, and 2. She's pulling an Oprah and starting a magazine. "Matthew's become a really good friend of mine," she admits. "It's funny, the press likes to write things. They say I'm starting a food magazine but it's like, the truth is I don't have time to get a blow dry, how am I going to start a food magazine?" Okay, seriously, do you do anything but cook? It sounds like that's all you do. On a normal day that's what I do. I'm always making at least two meals a day. If I'm home and in my London routine with the kids and dropping them off at school that's what I do. There are definitely days when I don't cook, but I cook a lot. I like doing it. It's very grounding and kind of relaxing for me. Were you always interested in cooking? No, not really. I started cooking with my dad when I was like 18, 19 years old. I was going to college in Santa Barbara and coming back into LA a lot and we started cooking together and got super into it. We would watch the Food Network together or call each other, "Oh I learned something so cool," because we were starting really from the beginning and had to learn all the basics. It was such a connection point for us. It's weird sometimes when I'm chopping I'll feel him behind me. I feel his presence, the love. It's so important to cook with kids as you say. Absolutely, and that's one of the reasons I wrote the book, [to] try to inspire people to make easy food at home, which is better for you. Kids really need to know what they're eating. They need to be interested in food. You determine your health by what you put in your body. So, there is a contingent of people who are for some reason irritated by you. Do you know what I'm talking about? Uh huh. Why do you think that is? I have my theory, but I'll say afterward. My theory is twofold. I think there's a part of me that because I think I do a lot, I think my work ethic is the reason why I'm successful. I think that a lot of people don't want to put in effort and it's easier to not change, not do something good for you, not work on your relationship, not make yourself a meal, not work out. [They're just] pissed off at someone else doing that. Everything in my life that's good is because I worked my ass off to get it and to maintain it. I also think, for example, like Mario Batali used to make fun of me all the time if I had soy milk in my coffee or if I was doing a cleanse or something. He used to grill me like, "Oh what are we eating? Squeezed out asparagus and seaweed?" And now he's the one doing a cleanse and having almond milk. I think people mistake me trying to be the best version of myself for me telling them you're not, or they just think well, what does that make me then, you annoying f**king person on the soapbox. But I can't please everybody, all I can do is focus on the people who seem to appreciate what I do and put into the world. I'll just do what I'm doing because, especially now, we live in a world now where everybody is able to express their opinion. And anonymously. Yeah, which almost sort of rules out the opinion. If everyone has an opinion then no one has an opinion. Ultimately, it's not about me. It's about themselves. Exactly. It's a projection. Sometimes if I hear of something really unkind or somebody's really misunderstood me or something like that for a second I'll be like, "Oooh wow that hurt," but almost immediately I'll be like, "poor guy." What state are they in that they're seeing that or projecting that. Can we talk about...? What's your theory? Oh, that people are jealous. I know I'm going to sound like a suck up, but you're gorgeous, have a great career, two beautiful children, married to a big rock star. It all looks so effortless. You're well spoken. It just rubs people the wrong way. You look perfect. It's funny because I'm so not. Of course, some of it is luck. My parents had money and they sent me to a good school, but it's like, what do you choose to do with that? You can rely on that and not do anything with it or you can say, "How am I going to justify that good fortune? How am I going to say my parents didn't waste their money on me?" I just think I'm really all about hard work and I honestly feel like anyone can have or do what they want as long as they put their mind to it. When you admitted you had the baby blues (after the birth of son, Moses), it really went a long way. It's weird because I'm as insecure as anyone. I know I don't project that but I am. [Gwyneth interrupts the conversation to speak Spanish to someone.] See that! You just spoke Spanish beautifully and I can barely say gracias. (Laughs) Can we please talk about your new career? Hello Miss Singing Superstar! It's been really fun. Now you want to announce that you're divorcing and marrying Matthew Morrison right? Is that what they're saying? Oh, I don't know, an affair maybe. That's hilarious. I'm definitely not declaring that. I'm lucky -- [Gwyneth talks to her daughter Apple.] -- I have to do a tiny bit more work. How's your tooth? Let me see. Apple had a tooth pulled. She had an abscess. Ouch. Anyway Matthew's become a really good friend of mine. It's funny the press like to write things. They say I'm starting a food magazine, but it's like the truth is I don't have time to get a blow dry, how am I going to start a food magazine? It's like I was out, I was out at a dinner with six people. They have to fill up all these pages. You know what? You'll see me out for dinner with Matt Morrison again, he's a great friend. I adore him. You have to just live your life. Does Apple think you're the coolest thing ever for being in 'Glee'? Um, I'm not sure. Apple, do you think it's cool I'm on 'Glee'? Apple: Uh-huh. Well it is cool. It is cool. I love it. You're doing an album now, right? I have not decided. I haven't figured out if I'm going to do that or not. I'm just mulling it over. I would like to. I'm just in a thinking-it-all-over phase. I'll let you go. I think Apple needs you. I know, I'm sorry!

Kings of Leon accept 'Glee' creator's apology Following a heated war of words, Kings of Leon and Ryan Murphy are back in tune now that the band has accepted the "Glee" creator's public apology. "We don't hold grudges," frontman Caleb Followill tells Rolling Stone. As Marquee reported in January, Murphy lashed out at the music group for refusing to let his cast sing "Use Somebody" on the show. "F— you, Kings of Leon,” he said. "They're self-centered a-—s, and they missed the big picture. They missed that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song, which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument." Drummer Nathan Followill then suggested that Murphy "let it go. See a therapist, get a manicure, buy a new bra," while Caleb told CNN that Kings of Leon had simply turned down Murphy's request because the band was unfamiliar with "Glee" and "Use Somebody" was being over-promoted at the time. Murphy has since apologized, admitting that he was quick to judge. "Who am I to say 'F— you?' That's not what I meant," he said. "I completely understand when artists don't want a show or another artist to interpret their songs. In fact, I respect it. It's their personal work and I'd feel the same way. We get turned down all the time and I don't fight it or even go back after a rejection." For their part, the guys of Kings of Leon say all is forgiven. "I'm glad he said something," Caleb tells Rolling Stone. Adds Nathan, "I'll just be glad when I can check my Google alerts and don't have to read anything about us and 'Glee.' That'll be a wonderful feeling."

    Why won't they STFU?

Again, no offense, but if you didn't listen to the interviews, then you might not get a clear view of what he's said. And though he was very funny on the show, he wasn't taking the loss of his family or his sobriety as a laughing matter. Much of it was quite sad, actually. But he seems like an upbeat kind of fellow. And the fact that Courtney is standing by him is admirable. I think the timing, which started quite a while ago, had more to do with the cheating allegations by the press then the movie release. They were on last week because of the release, but it wasn't the first time David sat in for a week on the show, and he was talking to Stern about a lot of personal stuff months and months ago. This all isn't a new thing that started last week - except for the silly Disney story. None taken, BD. You are right to a certain degree, I haven't listened to this recent interview. I am only coming from a place from where he has always given an honest interview on Stern. I've listened to Stern up until he joined Satellite radio, I still love him...but I don't listen as much. Arquette was very honest back then, in fact I thought he was one of Stern's best interviews. However, I'm now coming from a place (where we can disagree) where I think it might be time for Arquette to clam up. I mean, he finished up a stint in rehab, separated from his wife, now raising a little daughter. His wife had said in an earlier interview that she thought he needed to grow up, which contributed greatly to their split. I would normally think that going on Stern (as great as he is)...and blabbing about your most intimate details (as Arquette did in the past) may not be a grown-up or therapeutic way of dealing with your struggles or relationship problems. Not saying Dr. Phil or Oprah are any better either...just might be time to sit down and chill on that behavior that some might consider childish...yet another brutally honest interview on Stern can be part of that. Plus it adds a comedy value to someone's serious problems...or call it satire. In a nutshell, we both like Arquette. We both might only differ on how we might think his frankly honest interviews on Howard Stern could be hurting or helping his stituation.
  7. I'm anxious for Thor. Hands down it had the best trailer I've seen this year. Women here are going nuts for that Chris Hemsworth dude...yes, having seen him...he's the real deal in person. Like a sexy, walking, tree trunk. LOL. Kenneth Branagh directed this flick, so it may have some professional credibility. I will admit that the second trailer for Green Lantern released last month has improved a whole lot. The first one was hideous. I think Potter probably wins this poll, since it is the final one.

    Why won't they STFU?

I like him (Arquette) and I can also appreciate the honesty of celebs. But I seriously think they need to shutup. These stories might be cute and hilarious for maybe a young couple....or a celeb couple that we are all craving for intimate details of their relationship(maybe if they displayed this honesty some time back). But we know all this comes out in the midst of their major movie release that needs to make $$ (and it isn't doing so well). I also throw in the factor that Arquette is now fresh out of rehab and dealing with sobriety issues, which is very serious, perhaps more than Lohan since he is a Father of a little girl....and not a laughing matter. IMHO.

    Why won't they STFU?

Who is "they" and where are "they" lashing out? I think BD is referring to "they" as the media. But I don't think it's the media alone that paints a picture of David/Courtney cheating alone. They do a pretty good job of doing that to themselves, her beach pictures with her shirtless co-star...as well as his rehab stint and his honesty of his dating habits when he was on Stern before. It's a case of putting too much out there. They do have a child and they both are acting like a couple of teenagers. Reminds me of the Kutchers.

Courteney Cox: Arquette wants sex too much Star tells Howard Stern that estranged husband doesn't know how to fill emotional needs Courteney Cox and husband David Arquette dished on their issues to Howard Stern on Thursday. updated 2 hours 49 minutes ago Apparently over-sharing is a common trait in the Cox-Arquette household. Courteney Cox joined estranged husband David Arquette for a raunchy Thursday radio interview on Howard Stern's Sirius XM show — and shockingly revealed even more about some of the sexual and emotional problems that led to their trial separation. The "Cougar Town" actress, 46, didn't flinch when Stern grilled her for details about the instantly infamous Disney World trip with Arquette — when she shut down his frisky advances. "It was early in the morning," Cox explained of the incident. (The couple were in the Magic Kingdom with their daughter Coco, 6.) "This is one of our problems in our relationship. Whenever I would need consoling from David, he could not literally put his arm around me for one second without completely getting (excited)." She added: "[He] was never like, 'Oh, I'm so sorry your Dad is dying. Can we f---?'" Arquette, 39, interjected: "Come on!" "No, that's the truth," she countered. "That time I was good," Arquette said. (Her father, Richard Cox, died of cancer in 2001.) "Okay, maybe that one time," Cox acquiesced. "So [Disney World] just wasn't the right time and I don't want to confuse the issue. We're going through a hard time." "He should be able to console you without it having to result in sex," co-hostRobin Quivers noted. "Exactly!" Cox said. "I'm always ready for [Courteney]," Arquette explained. "I know I'm more in touch with what she needs now...She takes one sort of thing and she clumps it [and says] that's what happens all the time in our relationship. It's not really true." As the chat progressed, Arquette got even more frank (and despairing) with Cox: "I think you're over it, baby. You just need to admit it and we just need to figure out next steps." "Wow, that's heavy," she said. "You can't count [Disney World] as the place where you know I'm not into you. I had just woken up. I don't think [sexual attraction] is the issue. The truth of the matter is that we love each other so much. We have such affection for each other but we are very different." One thing that's not an issue for the pair, who wed in 1999: "We are not fighters," Cox said. "We probably don't get as real as we needed to as we do now. there are a lot of things that David likes to do completely the opposite things I do. I'm a homebody. David...doesn't drink anymore, he's completely sober, but he likes to go out and dance. " "I don't want to inhibit him in his life," Cox explained. "He really is a very gregarious guy, he's very outgoing. I'm much more of an introvert." Has Cox had sex since their announced split? "I have not had sex," she insisted. She also added that she's not romantically involved with any of her "Cougar Town" costars (despite speculation about flings with Josh Hopkins and Brian van Holt). "They really don't want to get involved in this mess. These guys actually really like David, and I'm also Executive Producer of the show, it's kind of an awkward thing." During her sexy-looking St. Bart's getaway with Hopkins, she said, "I was a little surprised, to be honest with you, that I didn't get hit on at all. I think [my costars] like David too much and it's too weird of a situation." Copyright 2011 Us Weekly

Lindsay Lohan on Betty White's Randon Slam: "Wow" Today 3:42 PM PDT by Natalie Finn and Katie Rhames Getting slammed by the nicest Golden Girl has got to feel pretty weird. "Wow," Lindsay Lohan said exclusively to E! News in response to Betty Whitetelling London's Daily Mail that she "cannot stand" celebs like Lohan and Charlie Sheen. "I've always been a fan of hers," Lohan continued. "It's just a bit strange when people feel they must speak publicly about others. Especially a grown woman." Ooh...burn? No, not really. Lohan genuinely seemed rather perplexed by why White seemingly name-checked her out of nowhere. White's comments, according to the Mail's article, appeared to come after she was asked her opinion about "today's celebrities." "They party too much, don't learn their lines, are unprofessional and they grumble about everything," the Emmy winner said (supposedly with "eyes flashing," per the report). "I think they are terribly ungrateful. I cannot stand the people who get wonderful starts in showbusiness, and who abuse it. Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen, for example, although there are plenty of others, too. They are the most blessed people in the world and they don't appreciate it." Seems kind of harsh for the usually more discreet actress, whose insults tend to come out in the form of jokes told at award show podiums. "She is such a wonderful one," White said at the SAG Awards, referring to her Proposal costar, Sandra Bullock. "Isn't it heartening to see how far a girl as plain as she is can go?" Sheen, surprisingly, has not tweeted or otherwise issued a reaction to White's comments. Lohan had nothing to say on Sheen's behalf, but she is apparently a fan, having tweeted yesterday: "'Youre with a winner, you wont regret this'"-charlie sheen as bud fox in Wall Street (winner-winning!) made me laugh lol." Lindsay Lohan still broke and a mess

Lindsay Lohan 'in talks' to play Sharon Tate Lindsay Lohan playing the victim? Celebrity photographer Tyler Shields is hoping to make it happen. Shields has confirmed to CNN that he’s directing a film about Charles Manson called “Eyes of a Dreamer,” in which he’ll star as the murderer himself. According to Shields, he’s currently “in talks” with Lohan to play the role of Sharon Tate. Although no deal has been made, Shields added that he thinks Lohan is the right actress for the job, telling CNN that "she would be great" in the role. He explained to Entertainment Weekly that her very public ups and downs are part of the appeal. "Sharon Tate was a movie star,” he told EW. “So I want [an actress who] you already have a backstory with. People have a backstory with someone like Lindsay. And I think it’s very relatable.” Well, she did say she was ready to get back to work again, but no word yet if Lohan will take the job.

'Glee' creator regrets his Kings of Leon outburst 'I didn't speak with as much clarity as I would have liked,' Murphy says Hollywood Reporter Hollywood Reporter LOS ANGELES — Ryan Murphy's feud with Kings of Leon has taken on a life of its own since the "Glee" creator labeled the band "self-centered a--holes" and said "F--- you" for refusing to license their music to his TV show. "I didn't speak with as much clarity as I would have liked," Murphy said on the set of "Glee" Friday, referring to his initial comments in January. "Who am I to say 'F--- you?' That's not what I meant. I completely understand when artists don't want a show or another artist to interpret their songs. In fact, I respect it. It's their personal work and I'd feel the same way. We get turned down all the time and I don't fight it or even go back after a rejection." "I didn't speak with as much clarity as I would have liked," Murphy said on the set of "Glee" Friday, referring to his initial comments in January. ..Murphy noted that he was recently turned down by Icelandic singer Bjork. "She read the scene and didn't think it was the right fit for her song," he said. "I told her, 'That's completely cool,' and she said to come back to her down the road. We deal with that every day." Last month, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl sided with Kings of Leon, whom Murphy had chided for "missing the big picture: that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song, which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument." Said Grohl: "It's every band's right... F--- that guy for thinking anybody and everybody should want to do Glee." Grohl's words evidently stung Murphy, a Foo Fighters fan. "I've never felt that if you don't give 'Glee' your music, there's something diabolical about you," said Murphy. "To the contrary: I support artists and what they choose to do... I think Kings of Leon are cool as s---. The Foo Fighters are brilliant. We'd love to do one if their songs, if they were ever interested. But if it's not their thing, then OK." Lesson learned? "Don't say f--- you to someone in the press," Murphy cracked. But on a more serious note, he added: "I'm really proud of the fact that we can introduce songs to younger kids or their parents because I'm the biggest music fan. The show is about the love of performing and arts education — things I think are very special."

Not saying I'm Team Sheen...but I was taught to never pick a fight with a junkie (ex or current). Who Is Chuck Lorre, the Mysterious Producer Who Enraged Charlie Sheen? By Meaghan Murphy Published March 02, 2011 | FoxNews.com Jan. 2010: Chuck Lorre, executive producer/co-creator of "Two and a Half Men" and "The Big Bang Theory", participates in the CBS Comedy Showrunner Q&A. (Reuters) Charlie Sheen has been on the warpath this week, publicly lashing out against his boss, “Two and a Half Men” producer Chuck Lorre, on the radio, Internet and almost any television news outlet that will have him. Pundits have characterized Sheen’s rants as everything from “delusional” to “manic” -- but who is Chuck Lorre, the man who has enraged the actor enough for him to label Lorre a “charlatan” and his actions “deplorable.” A television heavyweight, Lorre is the man behind some of television’s most successful sitcoms, including “Dharma and Greg,” “Grace Under Fire” and “The Big Bang Theory.” But aside from his hit-making formula, Lorre has also become known for his tendency to make outlandish and bizarre statements, almost exclusively via his “vanity cards.” All television shows have vanity cards -- usually just a brief flash of the production company’s logo. Since the premiere of “Dharma & Greg,” Lorre’s signature has been a written message where he shares his “personal beliefs” with viewers. While Lorre’s vanity cards are only readable during the broadcast if paused, he has posted an extensive archive of his musings, viewable at chucklorre.com. During the end credits for “Two and a Half Men” on January 17, ten days before Sheen’s hospitalization for a hiatal hernia, Lorre took an apparent dig at the actor. “Keep in mind that we employ a highly paid Hollywood professional who has years of experience with putting his life at risk. And sadly no, I'm not talking about our stunt man.” “Chuck Lorre really fired the first shot with those vanity cards,” a successful television producer tells FOX411. “That’s really not the place for those opinions to be aired. I can understand why Charlie Sheen would be angry about that. No one wins when you air those private battles in public.” On Valentine’s Day, Lorre added fuel to the fire with this vanity card: “I exercise regularly. I eat moderate amounts of healthy food. I make sure to get plenty of rest. I see my doctor once a year and my dentist twice a year. I floss every night. I've had chest x–rays, cardio stress tests, EKGs and colonoscopies. I see a psychologist and have a variety of hobbies to reduce stress. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. I don't have crazy, reckless sex with strangers. If Charlie Sheen outlives me, I'm gonna be really pissed.” Even before he was taking digs at Sheen, Lorre was making disturbing statements. A 2008 card read, “Recently the magazine Entertainment Weekly had an article entitled "The 25 Smartest People in Television." Yours truly was ranked at number twenty … Now I'm just thinking out loud here, but if something were to happen to those nineteen people... if say, they were to, one by one, have horrible accidents, or mysteriously disappear, then that would make me, ipso facto, the number one smartest person in television. Then I'd just have to keep an eye on number twenty-one. Christina Wayne, Senior VP of original programming at AMC, looks like the kind of woman who would stop at nothing to move up a spot.” “Everyone who gets to that level in a creative position in Hollywood is going to be a little nutty,” a Hollywood insider tells FOX 411. “In Chuck Lorre’s case, I know several people who have worked with him and they all say that he makes great shows, his productions are well-run and the production process with him is a creative and collaborative one. “That said, Charlie Sheen’s beef with Chuck may be that highly creative people have eccentricities that some people find enduring and others find irritating -- and Charlie clearly falls in the later camp with Lorre.” What's clear is that there’s no love lost between the two high-powered multimillionaires. "It was a fake friendship,” Sheen told ABC’s 20/20 of their relationship on Tuesday. “I never felt respected in a way that I should have been.” Sheen continued his rant against Lorre yesterday with a newly opened Twitter account, “Just got invited to do the Nancy Grace show... I'd rather go on a long road trip with Chuck Lorre in a '75 Pacer...” But with millions of dollars at stake, is it possible that Sheen and Lorre can figure out a way to work together and save America’s No. 1 comedy? “I don't know if Chuck and I can ever work together again,” Sheen said during his 20/20 interview. “But maybe guys just sit in a room and just go, 'Look, we hate each other. Let's continue to make some great television.' Maybe that's possible. I don't know." “Plenty of people who loathe each other in Hollywood put aside their differences and get to work,” the insider told FOX411. “I suspect eventually, that’s what’ll happen with ‘Two and a Half Men.’”

Totally agree. The Tributes I have seen here in Hollywood, have been mostly about her film career. She was one of the last true movie star. Now we are left with Kristen Stewart and Jennifer Aniston? THE HORROR!

    Charlie Sheen

We normally agree, 99% of the time. This maybe part of the one percent time where we may differ. I'm going to try to phrase this in a way that doesn't offend others. But I have stated before that Denise Richards, along with Mel Gibson's ex, with an assortment of porn stars, professional women, etc...all made choices to become involved with these men who have...."baggage" (putting it lightly). Let's say these men have tremendous issues that may have put their own safety at risk. Again, not saying the women asked for it (abuse, violence, nasty divorces)...but they had to know that relationships with these men weren't going to end well. And even have kids with them? And they got kids and $ settlements. Denise needs to shut up (IMHO)...someone could easily ask her if/when, she decided to have kids with Charlie, he must've been a kindler, gentler, and sober, Charlie Sheen?

Lopez apologizes for pig joke, but Alley fires back By Ree Hines Remember that pig-related dig late night host George Lopez delivered after Kirstie Alley's “Dancing With the Stars” debut? The one where he commented on the star's “little hooves” and made other piggy comparisons? Well, Lopez certainly hasn’t forgotten about it. After making headlines for his questionable choice of material and getting slammed by the actress herself, it seems he’s had a change of heart. “I misjudged the joke,” the “Lopez Tonight” leader recently tweeted. “No malice was intended and I apologize to Kirstie.” But Lopez's public about-face isn’t welcome, as far as Alley’s concerned. On Friday morning she responded, this time with a low-blow of her own. “@georgelopez I don't need or want ur apology,” Alley wrote back Friday morning. “I want your kidney dude..on behalf of ur X and all the women uv insulted...give it back.” Ouch! For those unfamiliar with Lopez’s health history, the comedian received a kidney transplant in 2005 from then-wife Ann Lopez. The couple announced their plans to divorce in September of 2010. Updated at 10:07 a.m. PT: And as soon as the feud picked up, it seems to have ended. "Take life as lightly as u can and then move on ...even u George ....u are forgiven," Alley tweeted.

Jason Patric on Julia and Kiefer, 'arrogant' Ashley Judd Jason Patric has always been a fiercely private actor — that is, until now. In a new interview, the star reveals all about his '90s love triangle with Julia Roberts and Kiefer Sutherland, his dislike of former co-star Ashley Judd, and his iconic grandfather Jackie Gleason. Patric is currently starring in Broadway's "That Championship Season" with Sutherland, his co-star in 1987's "The Lost Boys." The two became pals while making the classic film, but just four years later, Patric flew off to Ireland with runaway bride Roberts after she called off her wedding to Sutherland. "They had a relationship that ended and I was with her for a little while and it ended," Patric tells Vulture. "They've both been subsequently married several times and I think they're fine." Patric adds that he and Sutherland never had any issues at the time and still get along great. "We had drinks last night and he said that was one of the best summers of his life when we did 'Lost Boys.' Twenty-five years ago," he says. "A quarter-century later there’s Kiefer and now he’s playing my brother. Something interesting about it as far as the cosmos go." One co-star Patric isn't so fond of is Judd, who appeared on stage with him in the 2003 Broadway revival of "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof." "I loved saying the words and working with most of the people every night. I didn’t like my leading lady," he says. "Ashley is just a lazy and arrogant actress. Let’s just leave it at that." And while most people know Patric's grandfather as Ralph Kramden in the iconic TV series "The Honeymooners," Patric says he hardly knew Gleason at all. "I didn’t grow up with him," he explains. "I only saw him a handful of times in my life. He’s had as much effect on me as he’s had on you. He has nothing to do with me or my bloodline; I’m not a thoroughbred or purebred dog or something... He was just more of a hermit."

Lindsay Lohan still broke and a mess

Michael Lohan arrested, could face felony domestic violence charges March 22, 2011 | 3:36 pm Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, was arrested Monday after allegedly holding his girlfriend against her will and preventing her from calling authorities. He could face several felony charges for the dispute. Michael Lohan, who will appear on an upcoming season of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew" for anger-management treatment, was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment, corporal injury on a cohabitant and preventing a report of victimization, L.A. County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore told L.A. Now. Lohan, 51, was booked and bail was set at $200,000. Charges have not yet been filed by the L.A. County district attorney's office. Deputies answered a call to Lohan's West Hollywood apartment at about 9 p.m. in relation to a domestic dispute, Whitmore said. Lohan was arrested later when deputies saw him roaming Santa Monica Boulevard near the sheriff's station. After he was booked, Lohan was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to be treated for a "medical condition not related to the incident," the sheriff's department said in a statement. The alleged victim declined medical treatment. Other reports have said that the altercation involved Lohan's ex-girlfriend Kate Major, whom he allegedly tried to choke with a towel after a violent argument. Major filed a police report against her then-fiance in July, alleging that he'd shoved her over a chair and kicked her during an argument. The charges were dropped in August at Major's request. Michael Lohan, who has twice done prison time, including once for attempted assault, divorced Lindsay's mother Dina Lohan in 2007. We've heard "like father, like daughter," but what a way to continue to ride on your kid's coattails -- unless, this is all some twisted plug for the VH1 show. Dr. Drew Pinsky, incidentally, was in Hollywood at the "Super" premiere Monday night.

Dave Grohl fumes, 'Not everyone loves 'Glee' Foo Fighters frontman rips show creator Murphy for attacking bands who withhold songs By Jay A. Fernandez and Shirley Halperin Hollywood Reporter Don’t count on hearing the Foo Fighters hit “Times Like These” on "Glee" anytime soon. Frontman Dave Grohl says he and his bandmates are squarely in the corner of Kings of Leon and Slash. As in, they want no part of the Ryan Murphy-helmed show. “It’s every band’s right, you shouldn’t have to do f---ing 'Glee,'” Grohl told THR following the premiere of "Foo Fighters: Back and Forth," the new Foo Fighters documentary which just made its South By Southwest debut. “And then the guy who created 'Glee' is so offended that we’re not, like, begging to be on his f---ing show ... f--- that guy for thinking anybody and everybody should want to do 'Glee.'” THR: Behind the scenes on the set of 'Glee' Has Grohl ever actually watched the show? “I watched 10 minutes. It’s not my thing,” Grohl grizzled. But he doesn’t have as much of a problem with the series as he does with its creator. Recounting anti-"Glee" comments made by Slash earlier this year and subsequent retorts by Murphy, reported by THR, Grohl explained to drummer Taylor Hawkins: “The 'Glee' guy, what a f---ing jerk. Slash was the first one. He wanted to do Guns ‘n’ Roses and Slash is like, ‘I hate f---ing musicals. It’s worse than 'Grease.'’ Then [Murphy's] like, ‘Well, of course he’d say that, he’s a washed up ol’ rock star, that’s what they f---ing do.’ And then Kings of Leon say, ‘No, we don’t want to be on your show.’ And then he’s like, ‘Snotty little assholes ... ’ And it’s just like, Dude, maybe not everyone loves 'Glee.' Me included.” Said Hawkins: “Yeah, f--- that s---.”

Sources familiar with the report tell TMZ ... Lindsay fessed up to her probation officer ... she was drinking Kombucha tea, which has an alcohol content of 0.5% or less ... and now the L.A. County Probation Department added it to the list of reasons why the judge should violate her probation and send her to jail. Lindsay was so bold ... she actually left one of her alcohol ed classes clutching a bottle of Kombucha. That plea bargain's sounding better than ever.
