NY DAILY NEWS...RUSH AND MOLLOY Kate Moss is finding out that hell hath no fury like a tabloid fined. Back in July, lawyers for the supermodel proudly announced that London's Sunday Mirror would pay her "substantial" libel damages for claiming that she once fell into a cocaine-induced coma. Yesterday, the Mirror had its vengeance - publishing photos that show Moss allegedly snorting coke with her boyfriend, Pete Doherty. The pictures show the proto-waif laying down about 20 lines of white powder from a "mammoth stash kept safely wrapped in her handbag," then "hoovering up every last grain of the Class A drug," the Mirror claimed. The paper said the damning pictures were taken last week in a recording studio as part of "an undercover investigation" while Doherty laid down guitar tracks for a new Babyshambles album. Moss spent six weeks in rehab in 1998 for an undisclosed addiction. Calls to a rep for the catwalk princess, who has a 2-year-old daughter, Lila, were not returned yesterday. Moss and Doherty got wind of the Mirror counterattack Tuesday, when a reporter and photographer buttonholed them as they came out of the restaurant Balthazar in New York. Moss and Doherty "tried to make a run for it," lenswoman Jennifer Gonzales tells us. She says Doherty threatened the reporter and "shoved me to the ground," breaking her camera. With the Mirror preparing another installment for today, executives at Burberry, Chanel, Dior and Rimmel, for which Moss models, have to be concerned. A Burberry spokesman told us yesterday: "Going forward when it comes to the next ad campaign, Burberry will look to choose the most relevant model for [print campaign] shoots. Beyond that, we can't comment." It remains to be seen whether Moss will turn up at the Hurricane Katrina benefit show that is planned by her friends Naomi Campbell, Iman and Linda Evangelista to close Fashion Week tonight. Arrest Warrant Issued for Dennis Rodman A judge signed an arrest warrant Wednesday for former NBA star Dennis Rodman after he missed a court date for an arraignment on two alleged traffic violations. Court Administrator Christine Yuhas said no effort would be made to seek out and arrest Rodman. "But if he shows up again in Colorado, we'll pick him up," she told the Rocky Mountain News. Rodman was charged with speeding and reckless driving after he was stopped July 26 in a $250,000 Lamborghini on a highway near the mountain town of Frisco, about 70 miles west of Denver. Officers allegedly clocked him going 98 mph. At the time, Rodman was participating in the 3,000-mile Bullrun USA 2005 charity auto rally. During the event, the former Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons star also was involved in a minor accident and was accused of leaving a Glenwood Springs truck stop without paying $40 for gasoline and a cap. A fan paid Rodman's bill, and authorities did not pursue charges.

Barroso has a daughter, Alexa, from a previous relationship. Damon's screen credits also include "The Brothers Grimm," "Ocean's Eleven" and "The Talented Mr. Ripley." Willis is set to guest-star on an episode of "That '70s Show" sometime during sweeps (a date hasn't been nailed down). Willis says he'll donate his fee to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina. FOX and producer Carsey-Werner say they'll match the donation. In the episode, one of four "'70s Show" appearances by Kutcher this season, Willis will play Vic, a skeevy, toupee-wearing guy who also happens to be head of security at Chicago's Playboy Club. Kelso (Kutcher), applying for a job at the club, has to interview with Vic. Willis, most recently seen in "Sin City," did a three-episode arc on "Friends" in the spring of 2000 for which he earned a guest-acting Emmy. Sequels frighten Depp, but he said the chance to reprise his role as the suave Sparrow in the next two editions of "Pirates of the Caribbean" was too delicious to pass up. For an actor who has received far more critical praise than box office success, it is not about the money. "More than it having anything to do with money, or franchise, or hopefully continued success, it actually had ... more to do with selfishly being able to meet up with that character again," Depp said in an interview at the Toronto Film Festival on Sunday. He was in town to promote "Corpse Bride," an animated feature made by his longtime friend, director Tim Burton. Depp said he's often felt separation anxiety when he finishes a film, notably after his breakthrough performance in "Edward Scissorhands," also directed by Burton. But he said he developed a deep affinity with Jack Sparrow, a character based on Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards. Depp was nominated for a best actor Oscar for the role. Depp had a sneaking suspicion he'd see Sparrow again after Pirates was released in 2003, but never imagined he would be part of a franchise. Two Pirates' sequels are filming in the Bahamas and are slated for release in 2006 and 2007. MANY ODD CHARACTERS Over the years, Depp has played many odd characters like Hunter S. Thompson in "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas," the cocaine trafficker George Jung in "Blow," and Peter Pan author J.M. Barrie in "Finding Neverland." "I've always considered myself very lucky to still be getting jobs after all the weirdness I've put people through in terms of having to watch my films," he said. The critical acclaim didn't make him a bankable property though and studios were nervous about using him. "He's basically a great character actor in a leading man's body. He's always kept that integrity. To me, it's something I find that's really amazing in this business," said Burton, who has cast Depp in five movies to date. For years, Burton clashed with studio executives over casting Depp, but with the actor's hilarious turn as Sparrow, the studios took notice and actually asked Burton about Depp as a lead in summer 2005's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." Their latest collaboration, "Corpse Bride," is a stop-motion animation film based on a Russian folk tale about unintentional unions between an unfortunate man and a dead bride. There will likely be more projects together, but where would Depp's career be if not for Burton? "I don't want to do anything to embarrass future generations of Depps to come, but I don't know that I would have had this much luck or success without a Tim Burton. I owe him a lot."

SIR PAUL McCARTNEY's brother has been charged with sexual assault after allegedly groping a waitress. MIKE McCARTNEY, a 61-year-old father of six, was arrested when police were called to a party held in the upstairs room of a public house. A waitress at the party claimed he had fondled her bottom. Mike denies the charge, saying, "I have been waiting for this to come up in court for a year and I want to clear my name. It's all very upsetting." The singer was arrested last week for violating her probation from a drug conviction and discovered she's with child, according to the tabloid National Enquirer, after a medical check-up at the Pinellas County Jail in Florida. It isn't known who the father is but McCready is reportedly back in the arms of ex-boyfriend Billy McKnight, who she charged with attempting to beat her to death earlier this year. McCready has had a controversial summer -- she was charged with identity theft, arrested for drink-driving in May and she reportedly attempted suicide in July by taking an overdose of prescription pills.

An onlooker said the pair - who had been dining together - "gave quite a show of punches and slaps," according to America's MSNBC.com website. Marcelle later told a Sao Paulo journalist she had confronted Naomi over claims the model had punched and kicked a mutual friend and model booker - causing him to get sacked. He confessed: "I promised myself to confront her about that next time I saw her." Naomi's representatives have denied the story, blaming the fracas on Marcelle behaving strangely in the restaurant. Earlier this month, Naomi allegedly attacked her best friend - for wearing a similar dress. FRANKLIN, Tenn. - An arrest warrant issued for Mindy McCready says the country singer has violated her probation on a drug charge, authorities said Wednesday. A judge signed off on the warrant Monday because McCready left Tennessee without getting permission from her probation officer and didn't report to the officer during July, according to Williamson County Sheriff's officials interviewed Wednesday. Authorities said this was McCready's second probation violation, which means she cannot post bond this time and likely will have to serve time in jail. The probation violations stem from charges brought against the singer last year, when she pleaded guilty to fraudulently obtaining the painkiller OxyContin at a pharmacy in Williamson County. She was fined $4,000, sentenced to three years of supervised probation and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service. McCready violated her probation on May 6 when she was charged with driving under the influence in Nashville. She posted a $5,000 bond in Franklin, according to sheriff's records. A few days later, McCready's boyfriend, William McKnight, was charged with attempted murder after allegedly breaking into her home and beating her. Last month, McCready was released from a Florida hospital after an apparent suicide attempt at an Indian Rocks Beach hotel, authorities said. The 28-year-old singer had a No. 1 hit in 1996 with "Guys Do It All the Time."
