I think Lindsay looked really cute when they were going for that Ann Margaret look when her hair was kind of an auburn red. I think they had her make-up right and she looked good. Lindsay doesn't have the skin to pull off the blond hair. I dont think she has looked good at all in awhile. It just doesnt' look right. It washes her out. She has that platinum blond thing going on and it doesn't work well. If she wants to be a blond she should go for a strawberry type blond ala Nicole Kidman. It would be better w/ her skin tone. She needs to lay off the fake tanner. Some can do it like Nicole Richie. It looks pretty on her skin tone despite that she is skin and bones, the color is at least good. Lindsay is too pale and it makes her look orange.

The former Heavyweight champ, who has fallen on hard times lately in the ring, is reportedly in talks with representatives of the porn star, Jennifer Jameson, to co-star in an upcoming X-rated film. Lucyna Turyk-Wawrynowicz showed up for her arraignment in Manhattan superior court in shackles. A grand jury indicted De Niro's former maid on 24 counts for stealing from him, Bergen and others. One count of grand larceny and one count of criminal possession of stolen property are connected to De Niro's wife, Grace Hightower. A previous criminal complaint listed the property as a pair of $95,000 earrings. De Niro's former maid is also facing three more counts of grand larceny, related to alleged crimes against Candice Bergen, Renee Rockefeller and the upscale Barney's New York store. Turyk-Wawrynowicz also got hit with 18 counts of forgery and another one for coercion. But despite the serious allegations detailed in the document, the Polish immigrant's attorney entered a plea of not guilty. The former Nashville darling had been scheduled to be arraigned on charges of unlawful use of a means of transportation and hindering prosecution in Mohave County Superior Court, in Kingman, Arizona. The charges stem from an alleged pickup-jacking incident in the resort community of Lake Havasu. Local police haven't elaborated on the nature of the crime, but say McCready and a man named Guillan Cissin-Deangelo stole a truck and forced a woman to accompany them against her will. McCready's lawyer had called prosecutors to tell them the singer wouldn't be able to make the hearing. Judge Bob Moon reset the arraignment for Aug. 30. On Tuesday she checked out of a Tampa-area hospital, where she had been treated for an overdose. The 29-year-old was discovered unconscious in a hotel after ingesting large amounts of alcohol and two unidentified substances. She was found by aspiring country singer William McKnight, who identified himself to authorities as her fiance and provided them with what seemed to be a four-page suicide note. McCready had reportedly gone to Florida, where her mother lives, after being arrested in Arizona. McKnight was arrested in Nashville in May on charges of attempted murder after he allegedly broke into McCready's home in a jealous rage and beat and choked her until she was unconscious. Last month, he posted $130,000 bail and was released. The couple have apparently since reconciled. Police said on Wednesday that neither McCready nor McKnight would face criminal charges for the overdose, the latest incident in what has been a yearlong downward spiral for the onetime rising star. McCready burst onto the Nashville scene in 1996 with the chart-topping "Guys Do It All the Time" off her hit debut, Ten Thousand Angels and seemed poised for superstardom. But within a year she had split with her Hollywood hunk fiancé Dean Cain. Her music career went in the tank and then the wheels came off. She pleaded guilty last year to using a fake prescription to obtain the painkiller OxyContin at a pharmacy in Tennessee. She was fined $4,000, sentenced to three years of supervised probation and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service. In May, McCready was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. The songbird had been due in a Tennessee courtroom Monday for a probation-violation hearing. A judge ordered her attorney to produce a doctor's note to excuse her absence. While details in her Arizona case have been scant, the charges could lead to jail time. Her codefendant Cissin-Deangelo, meantime, pleaded innocent during his arraignment on Monday. In that regard, the 17-year-old isn't much different from so many others his age. Except for one thing: He's blind. And as he easily dispatched foes who took him on recently at a Lincoln gaming center, the affable and smiling Mellen remained humble."I can't say that I'm a superpro," he said, working the controller like an extension of his body. "I can be beat."Those bold enough to challenge him weren't so lucky. One by one, while playing "Soul Caliber 2," their video characters were decapitated, eviscerated and gutted without mercy by Mellen's on-screen alter ego."I'm getting bored," Mellen said in jest as he won game after game.Blind since birth when his optic nerve didn't connect because of Leber's disease, Mellen honed his video game skills over the years through patient and not-so-patient playing, memorizing key joystick operations and moves in certain games, asking lots of questions and paying particular attention to audio cues. He worked his way up from games such as "Space Invaders" and "Asteroid," onto the modern combat games."I guess I don't know how I do it, really," Mellen said, as he continued playing while facing away from the screen.
