  1. Rihanna: 'Matt Kemp is my boyfriend'

Rihanna has confirmed baseball star Matt Kemp is her boyfriend after months of insisting the loved-up pair was not an item.

Reports of a romance spread in January when the singer and the Los Angeles Dodgers star holidayed together in Mexico.

They were then spotted at parties and basketball games together, but Rihanna was eager to report she was single the whole time, and insisted she and Kemp were "just good friends."

Kemp then threw the star a party in Arizona in February to celebrate her 22nd birthday, but she maintained, "I'm not dating anyone. I'm single."

And Kemp continued the ruse by telling reporters he had no time for romance: "I can't get distracted by that. When it's time to play baseball, that's my job. No distractions. Rihanna is just a friend, a good friend of mine."

But now the romance is out in the open as the Dodgers season gets underway and Rihanna plans to tour with Kesha.

The singer revealed the truth during a chat with Los Angeles DJ Ryan Seacrest on his radio show on Thursday (08Apr10).

She said, "He's my boyfriend. ... It's new and it's fun and it's nothing too serious. I don't want anything nuts that's gonna take up so much of my energy and time in a bad way."

Kemp is the singer's first serious boyfriend since she split up with R&B star Chris Brown in 2009. Brown was charged with assaulting the singer during a fight after a pre-Grammy Awards party.

Shiloh's request last month to cut her long blonde locks into a short crop was granted by her parents, while the youngster has referred to herself as 'John' for the past eight months.

The Daily Mail reports that Jolie shops for the three-year-old in the boys' sections of shops, explaining photographs which show her wearing a tie, fedora, bowler hats, hoodies and baggy jeans.

  4. Farrell: 'Lucky I Didn't Kill Anyone'

Colin Farrell has revealed that his experiences on the set of Miami Vice convinced him that he had to check into rehab.

The star said that he was "profoundly lucky" that he nor anyone else had died as a result of his "wild ways", according to WENN.

"I was always very functional, but that was the first film where there were a couple of days I missed because I was f**ked," he said.

The movie star uncovered that his family was far from surprised when he checked into rehab - many people close to Farrell thought he should have sought help for his issues years before.

"I had issues way before I ever stepped into an acting class - my family were worried about me for years and years. The stuff I used to get up to, the way I used to drive and what I used to have in my system - I'm profoundly lucky that I got out unscathed and that I didn't kill anyone," he added.

LEANN Rimes is planning to bankroll beau Eddie Cibrian’s divorce from his estranged wife Brandi Glanville, insiders say.

The singer/actress — who recently split from her husband of seven years, dancer Dean Shermot — is keen to fast-track a wedding to the hunky CSI:Miami star, so will dig into to her estimated $35m fortune in order to give Brandi a payoff to get her out of the picture.

  7. Driving Instructor Jay-Z

Jay-Z is teaching his wife Beyonce Knowles how to drive.

The 'Single Ladies' singer has been going out on morning drives in New York with her 40-year-old husband, avoiding the rush hour glare of commuters and steering clear of paparazzi.

A source said: "Jay and Beyonce normally go out mid-morning when it's quiet. Their bodyguards are always in tow but they never ride in the car with them."

Beyonce, 28, is doing so well in the lessons that Jay-Z, 40, is looking to buy a car for her - although she is keen to avoid anything too flashy, scuppering his plans to get her a Bentley.

The source added to The Sun newspaper: "Beyonce wants something smaller. Money isn't an issue but she doesn't want to feel like she's driving a tank.

"She does want a car that's big enough to take out her family and friends if she needs to though."

Beyonce has previously revealed she would like to start a family at some point in the future, and wants to be just like her own mother Tina - who helped nurture her talent in Destiny's Child as a young girl.

She said: "It's not time for that yet. But definitely there will be a time. I want to be a great mother, the kind of mother that I have. I want the same bond that I had with my mom and that would be enough for me.

"The security and love I feel being in a relationship, a marriage, it's absolutely incredible. Incredible."

  9. White: 'Internet Is A Nuisance'

JACK WHITE dreams of a world with no internet - because the web is "a nuisance" that trivialises music.

The White Stripes rocker - who famously records most of his songs using old-fashioned analogue equipment - appreciates that modern technology connects people around the world, but he's adamant it is harming the music industry.

He tells British rock mag NME, "In my head I'm still living and working as if there is no internet, and treat it as a nuisance and use it for whatever is good about it that we can scrape together after the fact.

"The internet is a beautiful tool for many, many things, but is in direct opposition to the art of music being treated with respect, and delivered to the majority in a tangible way. As every day passes music is more and more looked at as a soundbite and a trifle."

In December, Thicke told Essence.com he was looking forward to "[t]eaching him how to respect a woman. Teaching him music. Getting to play him Biggie Smalls at some age ... That's the beauty of having a child."

High school sweethearts Thicke, 32, and Patton, 34, will celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary in June.

  11. Aerosmith Saved By Crisis Talks

Rockers AEROSMITH managed to mend their relationship with frontman STEVEN TYLER and save the band by sitting down for crisis talks in February (10).

Tyler stunned his bandmates last year (09) when he announced his plans for a two-year hiatus before quitting the group.

The musicians immediately embarked on a mission to find a new singer to allow the band to continue touring, but their plans were thrown into chaos when Tyler's manager, Skip Miller, threatened to sue Aerosmith if the rocker was replaced.

Just two weeks after Miller's warning, the band appeared back on track, announcing dates in Europe and South America over the summer (10) with Tyler at the helm.

Bassist Tom Hamilton reveals the group managed to put the feud behind them by sitting down for a meeting and talking through their problems.

He tells the Boston Herald, "There was management there. (We were) all lawyered up. There was a lot of sort of reconciling and processing feelings and stuff. Everyone said how they wanted things to be in the future and it became clear that, for everybody, the coolest thing to do would be to resolve things with the band.

"The phone was ringing. People wanted to see the band. We finally realised, even with all the BS (bulls**t) flying around, that there was a beautiful thing right there if we had enough sense to grab it."

And Hamilton praises Tyler for his decision to enrol in rehab to treat an addiction to painkillers, because the band wouldn't have survived if he hadn't sobered up.

He adds, "(It was an) intensive sobriety treatment (program). He took a really big step and it was really great."

  12. Justin Bieber Left Heartbroken By Beyonce

Justin Bieber claims Beyonce Knowles "broke his heart". The 16-year-old singer has had a crush on the 'Crazy In Love' hitmaker for years and admits he was devastated when he learned she had married long-term boyfriend Jay-Z in April 2008.

He said: "I've been totally in love with her since I was seven. She kinda broke my heart when she married Jay-Z."

Despite his sadness at her marriage, the 'Baby' hitmaker got the chance to meet his idol at this year's Grammy Awards.

Recalling the encounter, he said: "It was amazing. I was a little nervous but I told her she was very good-looking. Actually she's super hot."

Although he has a crush on Beyonce, the 'One Less Lonely Girl' singer admits he hasn't experienced "real" love yet.

He told Interview magazine: "I haven't been in love yet. I've definitely loved girls. But it's kinda like puppy love. It's not the real thing, but that's what you think at the time."

However, the teenage heartthrob is hoping to acquire more female admirers through his music.

Explaining the tracks on his forthcoming album 'My World 2.0', he added: "They will be mostly about girls, again. I want them to hear my music and wanna play it again because it made their hearts feel good."

  13. Fergie: 'I Used to Be the Cheater'

She has a hit song about not "phunk"ing with someone's heart, but Fergie confesses she was once guilty of doing just that.

"When I was younger, I used to be the cheater," the Black Eyed Peas singer, 35, tells Elle in its May issue, on newsstands April 14. "I'm not talking about going all the way – I wasn't doing that in high school!"

She explains: "I'd have boyfriends and then spring break would come around and I'd be a little bit naughty."

But the performer's relationship style has, of course, completely changed, especially since marrying Josh Duhamel in January 2009. "I'm a relationship girl, a romantic," she says.

"You grow a deeper love for each other, besides the initial lust and falling in love and all of that," she adds about their marriage, which was rocked in November after a stripper claimed she had an affair with Duhamel. The couple denied the allegations.

"You come to know each other a lot better, you grow together," she says, "and it makes you love each other that much deeper."

  14. 50 Cent Condemns Video Censorship Rules

50 Cent has said that there are different rules regarding video censorship among music artists.

The rapper, who completed his world tour on Monday, used Lady GaGa's 'Telephone' video as an example of the double standards in censorship.

Speaking about 'Telephone', he told MTV: "I think it's hot. It's interesting how [the censors] let things go. Standards on each artist are held completely different.

"The 'P**sy [Wagon] - I'd like to see them leave that [license plate] clear and not blur it out when I make my next vehicle and it has the 'P**sy Wagon' in it. You know? It's interesting they let that fly.

"'It's Britney, bitch!' Nobody has a problem with that, but if I say, 'It's 50, bitch,' they say, 'Oh my God! You gotta edit that'."

The 34-year-old continued: "It's their personal perception of your intentions.

"There's actually a shot [in 'Telephone'] at the table in the diner where it's just [breasts]. It looks great. But if I shot the same shot in my music video, they would make me edit it immediately.

"Even if I had a female talent that was a recognisable talent that I asked to be a part of the project, they wouldn't let that go.

"They'd think in some way you are taking advantage of a woman for marketing purposes. It's interesting, the standards they place on each artist."

  15. Organic Mother Nicole Richie

Nicole Richie is "obsessed" with organic food.

The socialite is said to be a "strict" mother to daughter Harlow, two, and seven-month-old son Sparrow - her children with her fiance, Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden - and is determined to only use natural products when she cooks for them.

She also applies the same principles to other products she buys for her family.

A source said: "Nicole is obsessed with doing everything she can to try to keep her children healthy and safe.

"She insists on everything being organic. The food, the diapers, the clothing. She's always at Whole Foods.

"Her parents let her do whatever she wanted. Now she has strict rules."

Nicole - who grows her own vegetables - has also banned the use of mobile phones around her children because she is worried about the effect it could have on them.

The source added to Life and Style magazine: "She thinks the radiation can be damaging and won't let cell phones near her kids."

Nicole has also revealed she uses chlorine-free, non-toxic and hypoallergenic diapers for her children, as well as taking other steps not to damage the environment while caring for her youngsters.

She explained: "We don't use baby wipes - we use cloth with water."

Nicole previously revealed her priorities have changed since having children.

She said: "When you have the kids, everything changes doesn't it? It sounds cheesy to say, but it does.

"Your whole life changes and your priorities change 100 per cent... in the best way possible."

  16. Mickey Rourke's Pet Inspiration

Mickey Rourke prepares for sad scenes by looking at his dead pets.

The veteran actor - whose beloved dog Loki passed away last year - amazed his co-stars on 'Iron Man 2' with his unorthodox way of summoning up the emotions he needed to convey in his role as Russian hardman Whiplash.

Robert Downey Jr. - who plays lead character Tony Stark - revealed: "He would have someone holding pictures of recently deceased pets off camera to make him feel sad or whatever for a scene.

"It was all serious stuff. I've never seen anything like it. But we had a great time and we were very lucky to get him."

Robert enjoyed filming with Mickey, and says they had an equally fun time together off set.

He said: "How bad-a*s was Mickey with those whips? But, really, at the end of the day, it's just two schmucks in trailers and once in a while I'd be like, 'Hey, mind if I used your treadmill?' And Mickey goes, 'Yeah, you should try my weight vest. Helps you break the sweat quicker.' And I'd be, 'OK. See you on set, bad guy', and he'd say, 'OK, punk.'

  17. Shields: 'I Never Approved Agassi Book'

Brooke Shields has said that she did not give her approval to her ex-husband Andre Agassi's autobiography Open.

In last year's book, former tennis star Agassi confessed to his past use of cystal meth and suggested that he should not have married Shields.

When asked if she had been sent a copy for approval, Shields told Easy Living: "No, he made me sit in a room with his ghost writer and read what his writer had written.

"And of course he wouldn't change anything I remembered differently, so I was like, why did I read it then? So you can tell everybody, 'She read it'? Which means, 'She's put her stamp of approval on it'?"

She added: "I didn't put my stamp of approval on anything. It wasn't what I remembered. You also can't write a book and ask for people's sympathy, it just doesn't work like that.

"I mean, I don't know why he wrote the book. I'm not sure he's gotten the reaction he hoped for."

  18. Robert Downey Jr. Loves Married Life!

ROBERT Downey Jr. is amazed at how “fantastic” married life is.

The Iron Man 2 star — who married the movie’s producer Susan Levin in 2005 — credits his spouse for helping him turn his back on drug addiction and can’t imagine ever living without her.

“I don’t joke when I say she is my better half,” he gushed. “She truly is.

“I cannot believe what a fantastic life I have today. But here’s the thing, she didn’t change me at all. She just gave me an ultimatum at a certain point.

“Ultimately, we both changed a lot so that now I can’t ever imagine a life before her. I’ve certainly come to believe that Mrs. Downey and I together are definitely better than me alone or me and anybody else.”

The actor also believes his role as Tony Stark in 2008’s Iron Man finally helped him turn around his image, and hails his transformation as a miracle.

“It’s pretty miraculous,” he said. “Although I’m not sure the public’s opinion of me changed, it was more of a movie industry thing.

“Nonetheless, it’s mind-blowing to me because I always felt like I could do something like this, even when nobody else agreed. It’s wild.”

  19. Juliette Lewis Saved By Scientology

Juliette Lewis claims she was saved by Scientology.

The singer-and-actress - who turned to the bizarre sci-fi faith in 1996 for help during her drug addiction struggles - can't understand why the Church of Scientology receives so much criticism and is particularly upset about the way Tom Cruise, one of the faith's most prominent members, is ridiculed for his beliefs.

She said: "It's been written about in such an obscene way but it's very common-sense based and involves really basic stuff like using communication to try and solve your problems or differences.

"It's a progressive religion in that it's a body of knowledge. You can be a Jewish or a Buddhist Scientologist and people don't understand that.

"I feel so sad for the ridicule Tom Cruise got, and he's such a gracious, caring human being."

The 36-year-old star decided to embark on a music career six years ago and since she started releasing records she insists her experiences have been educational.

She added in an interview with the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Starting a new career has been a huge education for me. I've always been an outsider and never felt like I fitted in, so being a little bit of a freak of nature in rock 'n' roll suits me."

  20. Holly Madison Loves Busy Men

Holly Madison is attracted to "workaholics".

The former Playmate insisted her rumoured romance with Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden is not as serious as it has been made out to be, but they enjoy spending time together when he isn't busy.

She said: "We're hanging out. We're getting to know each other. He's really an awesome guy, but he's in L.A. and I'm here. And he works a lot. My problem is I'm always attracted to workaholics and I'm a workaholic, so that doesn't make a lot of time for togetherness."

Despite her closeness to Benji, Holly - who is to be the subject of a new reality TV show 'Holly's World' - insists she has "nothing serious" going on in her personal life.

She added to E! News: "I don't have anything really steady or serious right now, so we'll see what happens."

In addition to her TV show, Holly is also writing a book about Las Vegas, where she is currently starring in burlesque production 'Peepshow'.

She explained: "There isn't much of a visitor's guide for younger people out there. So I want to do that, matched with some Vegas history and tie it into my show as well. It'll help people plan trips."

  21. Teri Hatcher Looking For Love

Teri Hatcher wants her friends to set her up with a man. The 'Desperate Housewives' star is currently single and admits it's hard work trying to find love and is relying on a matchmaker.

She is quoted by website Absolute Now as saying: "It's tough to find the right one. I think you have to be set up.

"You have to know someone who knows someone. Maybe like a blind date but even that hasn't gone so well for me. I would love to eventually be in a lifetime relationship. It will happen."

While she is on the look-out for a man, Teri is busy launching a website for women.

The 45-year-old beauty has teamed up with Disney to work on a new online forum to create a place solely for females to allow them to chat and have "intimate conversations" with her about the problems they face in their lives.

Talking about GetHatched.com, she explained: "I just want to create a go-to respite for women where they can find a shoulder to lean on.

"I hope what you get from it is a sense of honesty, candidness and the understanding that wacky things happen to all of us. I love to get at problems through humour.

"I want to carry on an intimate conversation with people. There will be no audience, no publicists. This is not about promoting your next movie. It's about having natural conversations."

  22. Green: 'Fox And I Hate The Paparazzi'

Brian Austin Green has criticised the paparazzi for the invasion of his private life with girlfriend Megan Fox.

The Wild Girl actor told Parade that the law should be changed to better protect people who work in the public eye.

Green said: "Megan and I so despise the paparazzi. We value our private life and our time at home.

"The last thing I want is to be ducking in and out of places because I'm worried about my picture being taken, especially when I'm with my son. When they follow me in cars when I pick him up from school, that's really crossing the line."

He added: "I understand that they want shots of me with Megan, but we're pretty boring. They won't catch us out at clubs, getting drunk or being hauled in for DUIs. All they usually get is pictures of us leaving Staples or Target, or walking into a restaurant.

"But when they start taking shots of me taking out my garbage in the morning, I mean, what's that about? To my mind, the law needs to be changed to help create a safer environment for actors and celebrities."

"I tell her that I love her, and I will make her breakfast at times or at least coffee," he said of his wife. "I will also take out the garbage and empty the dishwasher. She definitely likes that, but let's put it this way, if I didn't do those [chores] – she would not like that!"

The 47-year-old added that his favorite nights with his wife are spent at home watching reality shows once their children have gone to sleep.

"For me the best date night is when we stay in, order a pizza and watch guilty pleasure shows," he said. "I followed my wife into these reality shows and cooking shows. It's fun."

  24. Gwyneth Paltrow Felt Like a Robot After Giving Birth to Son

GWYNETH Paltrow had “no maternal feelings” for her son Moses when he was born.

The Iron Man 2 actress admits she felt like a “robot” in the weeks after giving birth to her youngest child — who turned four today — but refused to admit there was a problem until her husband, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, asked her about it.

“At my lowest, I was a robot,” she said. “I just didn’t feel anything. I had no maternal feelings for him — it was awful.

“I had no thoughts of harming him, thank God, but I couldn’t connect, and still, when I look pictures of him at three months old, I don’t remember that time.

“My problem was that I never acknowledged anything was wrong. I just carried on as normal, and I just felt crazy. It was Chris, actually, who said out loud that something was wrong. And that was such a relief when he did because it was confirmation that it wasn’t just me.”

The 37-year-old beauty — who also has five-year-old daughter Apple with Chris — claims once he had broken the ice she began to consider her return to work after a break from Hollywood.

“That was the beginning,” she said. “That was when I cracked it — I started exercising and I started thinking about working again.

“That’s my problem, though. Sometimes I have a hard time saying what I need to say. I’ll be annoyed. I’ll stew. I’ll build a wall around me and give off the silent treatment — and I know that’s not healthy.”

He said: "I like to read about different religions - Judaism, Islam, Christianity, Hinduism and Buddhism. I mainly buy books in my free time.

"It was actually my martial arts training that got me into it - after all it's quite spiritual. And at the theatre they always tell you what you're not. That' actually made me wonder who I actually am."
