NaOnka is GONE! In a preview for next week, when Jeff introduces the jury, he announces "Alina, Marty, Brenda and the two QUITTERS". He doesn't even name them! Bwwaahhaahhaaa!

Can I just take a moment to just bitch and moan? I post at another site where I can't say what I really feel because I'll get banned and I really like the place. You see, a few people have gotten their feathers all in a tizzy simply because I stated that I didn't like a particular reality star. You would think I had threatened their first-born child with their reactions. Now mind you I wasn't rude or don't feel I was rude. I simply stated that I didn't like the person. I didn't put down anyone else's opinion for liking her - simply said I didn't like the woman. So one poster "quotes" me saying that and explains why this person is (in so many words) a saint and therefore how wrong I am to not like them. I will admit I was perhaps not as polite in my next post stating I had a right to my opinion as the mods deleted it and now all that's left are mostly posts praising the glory of that reality star. So I'm wondering . . . . do these people fantasize that they are somehow attached to this celeb and a part of their life that they get so upset simply because another poster on the internet doesn't like that celebrity? Shoot, people put down celebs I like all the time and I just find it funny at how different we all are, not upsetting. I'm sure these people are very normal in real life but sometimes I wonder. End of my need to bitch and moan on a Friday. On this other site - I could never say Bitch! :4biggrin:

Good movie! This is the first one all year where I can even see an inkling of any Oscar potential. What a long dry spell! Even Timberlake couldn't ruin it! :2cool:

Caught this a week ago and really enjoyed it. The lead did a great job!

Never had any interest in the first one even though I love Mr. Bridges. I've seen the trailer for the new one and still have no interest of any kind. But then I'm a female with zero interest in video games so I'm obviously not the target audience. My 20-ish son, however, who does love video games also does not appear to have any interest after seeing the trailer. Sorry, Disney

Yeah ~ What Branchop said! I agree that Thanksgiving has become more about celebrating the many cultures that have come together in our country. I also think most people focus on what they have to be thankful for in general more then the history behind it these days. I don't think that makes us ignorant - It's just that for those of us who weren't born rich, we've learned to be a little more appreciative then some.

Good episode! Gotta hand it to Jane for winning that II over Chase! Loved that Brenda didn't even bother trying to save herself. Poor Alina being at Ponderosa with only Marty and Brenda for company.

You don't remember most of the others for the same reason that I don't even know if Chase is still there. I'm sick of them only showing show-boaters & villain-wannebes. This is one of those rare times where I don't even care who goes home from week to week. So true. I guess by default I'd like to see Fabio win. At least he speaks up at tribal council about NayOnka's crap. Of course, Marty did too, but Marty ALWAYS had an ulterior motive. Fabio brought it up because it is CRAZY she's still there; Marty was trying to deflect votes. I love the way Jeff called it out so boldly: she's there because it is assumed she can't win. Exactly to all you just said. And yes, I'm liking Fabio too. He has a good heart and he's the only one to stand up to Nay from the beginning.

Have I mentioned how insane it is that someone like Dan is STILL there? I'd like to root for Jane but she just bugs me the minute she opens her mouth. I'd like to root for Fabio but don't know if it's all just an act. I'd love to root for Chase but don't know if he's even on the show anymore. I guess he's not rude or bully enough to take film of. Pity - at least he's good to look at.
