princess Russell Crowe won for Gladiator before he was nodded for A Beautiful Mind.He lost for A Beautiufl Mind because he insulted some one at The BAFTA awards..That's too bad because it was one of his best work IMO and he was definitely robbed that year in 2002.

I do belong to PETA and have the last 2 years, but I still don't think throwing blood is the answer. I belong because I fully believe in better treatment of animals and the good work the organization does on Capitol Hill. I especially am impressed with "Meet your Meat" narrated by Alec Baldwin. I do not knowingly buy and music by celebraties that wear fur and try not to support movies etc. by actors that do the same. I am a semi-vegan - still eat cheese etc. Love most soy products and only drink Silk. That being said, I think protests are in often in order, peaceful protests. Tell me something, what kind of blood are they throwing? Animal? Does that make PETA any better for doing that? Tomatoes can be thrown, but not blood. Bless you Temptrous.
