Instead of thinking that Hudson "escalates a relationship" quickly, how about just thinking she's a single mom who wants to spend time with her son, so if you want to date her, you need to be prepared to spend time with Ryder as well? Why is this a bad thing?? Whether or not she really is clingy, I don't know. I've never dated her. But she has ALWAYS been family oriented--with her parents & brother to her own son. They do things together, like spend vacations together and go shopping and out to eat, etc. Most people think that's a good thing to have a not-totally-dysfunctional family Crap, now I sound like a superfan

I suspect that, as well as a "why bother" attitude regarding exercise. He's not working right now (as far as I know) so what does he have to look good for? Well, getting another job springs to mind, but maybe he's just taking it easy and trying to deal with the drug issues.....

Anti - no surprise that a woman who`s got a banana as her avatar would have this concern : ) Too funny Maybe he's a grower...... Middle age doesn't bother me (my husband just turned 40 and I think he's plenty hot ) I am attracted to actors with less than perfect bodies all the time. I think with this one it's the HUGE change from just a few months ago, when he was all ripped abs & biceps......And yeah, the suit is NOT helping at all. He could be a german tourist on a beach in the Caribbean

PS Lance's Austin house was the cover of July or August Architectural Digest (I just read it last weekend but I can't remember what month it was) LOVELY house, a little masculine (as you might expect) but I could easily live there!

Well, Ted definitely believes it was fake fake fake. Comments from his 8/1/08 column: [emphasis mine]

Just a warning that red jello WILL stain your skin and clothing. Which is why it's better naked, but then you still have to worry about your skin turning funny colors

I believe, from my reading of gossip sources, that they BOTH are players and had a short-term friendly, sexed-up affair. I think they both have strong personalities that aren't compatible in the long-term and that the ending of the fling was mostly mutual. But possibly he wanted out more so because she wouldn't play by his rules. I'm completely guessing but I'm happy with my beliefs

Bbbbbbuuuutttt--he was SOOOO hot not too long ago. How did he go to that so quickly??? I'm so sad......

I don't think Kate is the beard for hire type. You really think that's what it was? If that's the case, there are a ton of better options he could have picked.....
-
No rule you can't be both
-
Well, whatever he feels for her, you can tell he's thrilled with the baby and happy to be a dad, so I'm happy for him. I'm a sap that way
-
Well, I'm not shocked either, but the reason is...Kate wanted a summer fling, she had one. She's no Jessica Simpson declaring her undying love for every man she dates, telling magazines that this one is her future husband, etc. Kate just does her own thing. I like her for that She's a single, consenting adult. So is Lance. No marital scandal a la Sienna Miller. Just two people who look really good playing tennis together, and taking all their kids out for ice cream later.....Kind of like normal divorcees, almost

Maybe Matt only had sex with Camillla for the few days each month she was ovulating, because he was only interested in getting her pregnant and not so much in the actual boy-girl sex? Yeah, I could understand why you'd say it about McConaughey, but I never really saw Jerry as gay. Bi, curious, into threesomes, sure......

I am embarassed to admit I have seen that movie more than once I too loved it. And I don't think I was in grade school when it came out
-
It sort of also explains cutting back her Ugly Betty role--either they didn't/couldn't work the pregnancy into the script, or she just wants to be home with the babies. Good for them! How big of a tandem bike can you get????

I prefer jello wrestling to mud wrestling personally

I know, I understand what you're saying Tyler. But couldn't a prosecuting lawyer ask him on the stand "in this dayplanner it says there was a meeting of you, Anne, mr x. and mrs. y. Were you at this meeting?" Using it as a stepping off point to question him, as directions to dig/investigate before the trial, too. If questioned under oath, and he lies (as confirmed by someone else at the meeting, for instance--that's not hearsay) his response would be perjury..... And unless there's video/audio recording of a meeting (and even then....), you can't really "prove" what goes on--it's going to be his word against someone else's. But more evidence is better than less evidence, even if some of it is circumstantial. I'm certain we're blowing this diary thing out of proportion, too
-
True, but if it is more a dayplanner than a "dear diary" sort of thing, and they're trying to show who he was meeting with or trips out of the country or things like that--factual things, not "hearsay", that might be why they wanted the books.

I keep a travel journal, but that's not quite the same thing..... I could see her leaving things behind in his apt--esp. if this was "last year's diary" or whatever. When he was arrested, they probably sealed off his apt immediately so no one could go in and destroy anyting incriminating. So Anne wouldn't have been able to remove anything without permission. And if she did set him up, could be a plant. Or just a simple oversight. I was subpoenaed a few years ago in a politician's fraud case and the FBI wanted the weirdest stuff from me--photos of my apartment, etc. Not being a lawyer, I have no idea how cases are constructed....

I have gone through many a Lola Granola phase. These days I prefer a neater option. But I don't like the idea that all women HAVE to look the same way. Plus porn from the 70s and early 80s is way more interesting than it is today--everyone looks the same today. I prefer a little natural variety

No no, I wasn't giving up personal TMI, I was just paraphrasing the hilarious press release. Sorry to confuse you. But that does remind me to schedule another laser hair removal appt
-
Now THIS is the kind of press release I love to read!! My bush is loud & proud. But only through the wonders of digital technology

I thought his description was pretty honest, for a celeb--we wanted to do no drugs, but we needed to use drugs. We tried vaginal, but the vacuum didn't work, so we ended up doing a c-section. It was pukey, sweaty, bloody. That doesn't really sound all that pleasant to me
-
Well, I've said it before, it takes two people to make up a relationship, so we cannot place ALL the blame on Balthazar. What if he wanted out of the marriage and she got pregnant to try to hold him longer? We just don't know the details....

Yes, he has a small daughter named Emmaline--Lainey had family photos yesterday or the day before I think. Totally adorable.
