I think most of the revelations are things that we, and people who pay attention to Hollywood gossip, aren’t really surprised by. But it’s still shocking to see it all in one place like that. Last year, I read Jennette McCurdy's I'm Glad My Mom Died and wow, barely made it through that (which is both more broad AND more narrow than the Quiet on the Set documentary, of course, though linked).
