She is a control freak and she is going to lose her kids if he asks for a 730 evaluation.

Heard a rumour there were some pap photos of Asia Argento dancing with an actor a couple days before Bourdain's death :-( Also, his divorce from 2nd wife was never finalized....

According to article I read they had an open relationship, but giving mouth to service to that idea and actually living it are two different things.

Excuse me, I think I must have missed the memo.

We care about this person, why?

  :)

I haven't watched the new season of Parts Unknown yet - I have it recorded. Not sure if I'll be able to handle watching now :-(

i have been crying on and off about this all day.  Obviously I never knew him personally, but I fell in love when I read his book and his balls to the wall fuck you attitude was something that I always found attractive (I have thing for bad boys) I loved his show and to think there won't be any new ones is just devasting.

#337996 Divorce in 2018: Who'll do it, soonest?

Last week I read an article about Vanessa Trump dating (and assisting) a gang member as a teen. Today this article about her living with a Saudi Prince who the article implies was linked to 9/11. https://www.inquisit...september-11th/

The Trump family character assasination crew is out in full force. It allows his faithful to say “He was so good to stay with her in spite of how awful she was. No wonder he had to seek solace with other women” kind of thing.

They might want to be careful about pissing off the Saudi's considering they are shopping loans from that country.

Jeez I feel bad for her. The whole ugly white trash American show in full force.

But more importantly, my nightly news said the rumor is Eugenie is pregnant. Any thoughts on how much she hates her family if she really is and now cant get married until October?

That whole side of the family is a bit off -- Fergie is all bent because she wasn't invited to some dinner.  Something about Charles being embarrassed about the toe sucking pics -- this coming from a man who said he wished he was Camilla's tampon.

As far as Meghan's family -- they are all bent because they were not invited.  Given they way they are acting I don't blame her.

Any word on who will walk her down the aisle?

That younger (youngest? Forget it, don't care) just had a baby. Girl. Not sure if the boyfriend was there or was banned because he was cheating on her earlier this week. Boy, they sure have great taste in men/baby dadies, don't they?

I have a theory.  You know how cockroaches are supposed to survive the end of the world.  Not cockroaches - Kardashians and they will inbreed.

Olivia deHavilland suit dismissed http://tvline.com/20...ryan-murphy-fx/ But they're assuming there will be an appeal and it will move up the judicial food chain....

OMG I didn't even know she was still alive.  She is 101

Im not going to mourn Billy Grahams death. He was antisemetic, and IMHO did not deserve the praise he got. Not only was he antisemetic but when he was confronted by others he denied saying anything and was believed until nearly a decade later the Nixon tapes were released and he was recorded saying all sorts of vile things about Jewish people.

https://www.google.c...cLawWL/amp.html

Yeah, he was a true scumbag. He can rot in hell where he belongs. Sorry, but not a good person.

I am not going to disagree and will add that his son seems to be carrying on a questionable legacy justifying certain behavior by certain politicians because they fit their agenda.

ok so if this is true and it's known well enough to let it slip to ENTY, OF ALL PEOPLE, then why can't someone go to someone, like, say, Ronan Farrow, who could do an expose and blow the shit open?

I mean, I don't doubt for a second that there's a huge group of pedos in Hollywood, but it's 2018 -- time to burn it all down and stop writing blind items about the shit

i have another question:  why in the fuck hasn't this info  been turned over to the LAPD?

Robert Wagner "person of interest"

At 87 years old, does anybody realistically think that the LA DA office is going to prosecute him.  How long before Christopher Walken is named a person of interest?

I am voting for Allison Janey.  Just because its Allison Janney and she is terrific in everything she does.

I am thinking Lewis will be the sentimental favorite because Phantom Thread is his last movie But I am thinking Oldman might get it.

#337491 Golden Globes 2018

Posted by tyler on 14 January 2018 - 10:49 AM

Films are made about "bad" people all the time. And people win awards for them. There's never been a rule you have to be an angel to make a good movie. Matter of fact, Hollywood seems to like it better if you're NOT good ;-)

As for I, Tonya, I haven't seen it (I never see movies in theaters) but have enjoyed the reviews on Lainey's website. A LOT about what Tonya faced in terms of class issues in the skating world and abuse from her mother. Reviews are that the movie is quite balanced in its portrayal and is not a whitewash of Tonya, making her into a saint, but showing her realistically as a troubled person who made some bad choices but probably didn't feel she had a lot of good choices to make in the first place...

So, while of course you're welcome to whatever you want to believe, I personally disagree with your assessment.

I would also add that there is two different kinds of abuse here:  the "Me Too" movement is about the systematic sexual harassment that takes place in the work place by men in power that has been ignored for forever as opposed isolated acts of violence and crimes of violence whether they take place man against man, man against woman, child against adult or any combination of the above.

The Golden Globes, Oscars, etc. do not celebrate the act of violence, they celebrate the portrayal of the individual by another individual.  If there is no recognition of the distinction, Charlize Theron should not have been recognized for her portrayal in Monster which was the portrayal of a woman's violence against men, Sean Penn for Dead Man Walking, Halle Berry for Monster's Ball, etc.

Hoya brings up a good point about the class distinction between Tonya and Nancy -- I remember watching those olympics and the difference between princess Nancy and working class hero Tonya was very evident and as much as I think Nancy was the better skater a little part of me wished that Tonya would unsurp her.  Nancy to this day impresses me as self entitled righteous condescending bitch and her whining "why why why" still makes me cringe.
