According to new reports, the former Girl Next Door is dating Paris Hilton’s ex, Benji Madden. Life & Style is reporting that after months of flirting with each other on Twitter, Holly and Benji are officially a couple. Holly spilled the news herself on Dec. 3 at the opening of the Crystals Retail and Entertainment District, saying, "You can say I'm hanging out with someone I have a crush on.” But Holly is making sure she doesn’t get too ahead of herself. She continued saying, "[benji] is just someone I have a crush on...for now!" Eyewitnesses also caught the lovebirds grabbing a coffee at Starbucks, and said they were definitely acting like a couple. "It was obvious something was going on between them," says an eyewitness. "Benji stood next to Holly with his arm around her. He was rubbing her lower back and the top of her butt, and she was hanging on his shoulder. They were laughing and flirting the entire time. They couldn't take their hands off each other!" The possible coupling comes after the duo were spotted in Los Angeles at a coffee shop. The two have also flirted over Twitter, with Madden even hyping Madison's E! show with Tweets. Though Madden was spotted in at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino on Sunday Las Vegas – which is coincidentally where Madison lives and the site of the Holly's World viewing party – the blonde bombshell wouldn't say whether she and Madden are an item, calling him simply her "mysterious adventure buddy." The Good Charlotte rocker prompted rumours he was dating Hugh Hefner's ex in December (09) after they were spotted showing public displays of affection in Madden's hometown of Los Angeles and in Sin City, where the busty blonde is starring in Vegas revue Peepshow. Reports suggested the couple had been keeping the relationship under wraps prior to stepping out in public together, but now the sparks have allegedly died down and the stars are going their separate ways. A source tells America's Star magazine, "Benji had been flying and driving out to Vegas to spend as much time as possible with her. "But he's getting sick of the Vegas lifestyle - plus now he really needs to be in L.A. Don't expect them to spend Valentine's together. It's a shame, but that's just not going to happen". Madden previously dated socialite Paris Hilton, while Madison was briefly linked to illusionist Cris Angel following her split from Hefner in 2008. A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "Benji cares very much for Holly. They have been talking about living together." Holly - who is a former girlfriend of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner - is currently starring in Las Vegas burlesque concert 'Peepshow'. Last week Benji, 30, also recruited her to appear in a video for band IT BOYS! - who he discovered- and the couple amazed onlookers with their flirty behaviour. A source on set said: "Benji kept telling her how amazing she looked. They couldn't keep their eyes off each other." Benji may be looking to settle down with Holly, as he recently revealed he is worried he is getting old. The former Playmate insisted her rumoured romance with Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden is not as serious as it has been made out to be, but they enjoy spending time together when he isn't busy. She said: "We're hanging out. We're getting to know each other. He's really an awesome guy, but he's in L.A. and I'm here. And he works a lot. My problem is I'm always attracted to workaholics and I'm a workaholic, so that doesn't make a lot of time for togetherness." Despite her closeness to Benji, Holly - who is to be the subject of a new reality TV show 'Holly's World' - insists she has "nothing serious" going on in her personal life. She added to E! News: "I don't have anything really steady or serious right now, so we'll see what happens." In addition to her TV show, Holly is also writing a book about Las Vegas, where she is currently starring in burlesque production 'Peepshow'.
