HoneyBunny 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2009 Ummm, this season's title sounds like a WWE Pay Per View Special. ANYWAY, this season starts Thursday 9/17, check your local listings. Click on the link below to get some scoop. http://samoa.survivor.com/ SPOILER!!!! On the website, there is footage of a contestant pouring out everybody's water as they slept. Who is this asshole? Some people are so desperate to be reality show "villians". Sounds like Coach but only 50 times worse. I won't be able to watch that idiot for long. I hope they vote him off soon! Before they pass out from dehydration....
l1zz1e 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2009 I believe it was Russell with the missing tooth, seems he's a cross between Jonny Fairplay and Rupert, lol.
kappy22 1 Report post Posted September 18, 2009 Egads ~ From the Gnat and Ronny on BB to this Russell on Survivor? WTH, producers?
HoneyBunny 0 Report post Posted September 20, 2009 Russell on the Yellow Foa Foa Tribe is a repugnant troll. Why he would want to purposefully sabotage his team on DAY ONE before it's an official individual game is beyond me. What an asshole!!!! The person who was sent home had the ejection orchestrated by Russell. NOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooo!!!! That's all anybody needs, to have this idiot feel like he has power over the show/competition. Even worse, it creeps me out to watch this guy attempt to bully & manipulate the female tribe members. It appears pretty cowardly to me. I don't know how long I'll be able to stomach this season. Too bad. Some other contestants seem interesting.
kappy22 1 Report post Posted September 20, 2009 I don't know how long I'll be able to stomach this season. Too bad. Some other contestants seem interesting.I hear yah, bunny! I was so looking forward to Survivor and then this *&6%# appears. After BB, it's just too much.
HoneyBunny 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2009 kappy, I am so OVER short stocky bald dudes with rage issues. It IS like watching BB all over again, only WORSE.
e-lin 1 Report post Posted September 21, 2009 I feel they will see through him soon. That one woman already said she had a bad feeling about him. I hope so.
iluvgossip 1 Report post Posted September 22, 2009 I feel they will see through him soon. That one woman already said she had a bad feeling about him. I hope so. Yeah but isn't the one who saw through him the one he got rid of? I agree, if they don't get rid of him soon I don;t think I can stomach watching it.
e-lin 1 Report post Posted September 23, 2009 no it was the little bit older police woman..she is still there. The one he got rid of did start to question him and voiced it out loud but the other one just voiced it to the camera
kappy22 1 Report post Posted September 26, 2009 2nd Week and I still can't find anything good to say. This is not a good thing.
l1zz1e 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2009 it seems Russell really is running the show
HoneyBunny 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2009 (SPOILER ALERT!) Foa Foa deserves whatever they get. Keeping another obnoxious jerk (with a lucky machete!?!?) while you already have a bully is beyond me. Also, I really think a producer/editor (SOMEBODY) is helping/encouraging Russell. How he could have found the idol without any help that quickly is just SUSPICIOUS..... And the chick who visited the other camp and spent most her time mouthing off rudely- well, I don't think there's anybody I want to cheer for or watch this season. I guess I have offically gotten tired of Survivor. Reality TV overload. PEACE I'm outta here!!!!
kappy22 1 Report post Posted September 27, 2009 I'm right there behind yah, Bunny! I also found it way too suspicious that Russell found the HII. I know there's always been some nudging here and there by the producers but this is too much following on the foot steps of what happened on BB. It's probably just as well that I tune out but I will miss it as I've watched every Survivor with the exception of All Stars. Now I'm afraid to watch TAR because they're probably following the same formula.
HoneyBunny 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2009 Kind of sad because that's the exact reason why I didn't watch The Amazing Race premiere. Going to watch old DVD collections for a bit (I'm getting into the 90s with classic Melrose Place, Felicity, ThirtySomething, & Martin), catch a movie, maybe even read a book for a change after dinner. I'm also watching classic Julia Child shows from Netflix. Survivor? Who cares. See ya on other threads!
annabeast 24 Report post Posted September 28, 2009 I agree that the producers are nudging Russell along -- that was obvious from the previews even before the episodes started. Which is why I stopped watching after the first episode. See ya guys in the snark sections.
e-lin 1 Report post Posted September 29, 2009 Survivor has officially jumped the shark if the producers are helping Russel. So sad...too bad...it was a good show while it lasted. Well, they did say this was the last season so I guess they want to go out with a bang, unfortuatley it seems like it will go with a whimper cause they will lose their dedicated viewers
WiLdFiRe 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2009 (edited) I didn't know this was the last season of Survivor. Russell has such a low opinion of women. He told them he wanted to vote out the female because if they did not, women would have more votes than the men and he did not like that idea. Plus, the real problem was that the women were seeing through him and that scared him. Edited October 6, 2009 by WiLdFiRe
e-lin 1 Report post Posted October 6, 2009 Someone at work told me that jeff was on a talk show saying this was probaly going to be the last season. I think this is 20.

WiLdFiRe 0 Report post Posted October 18, 2009 (edited) I was not at all sorry to see that annoying/ignorant male leave (2?) weeks ago. The blond who just left, I understood that because she cost them the game. Although, I cannot believe they have to drink that stuff. So gross. to the leader of the winning side who sent the woman to the other team so she missed out on the feast because she lost them a chicken. That woman seems o.k. but she has some strange ideas where the chickens are concerned. Edited October 18, 2009 by WiLdFiRe
e-lin 1 Report post Posted October 27, 2009 but if she is still there when they merge she will side with the other team in a nanosecond and frankly...I don't blame her , she has been treated bad by her team. She works hard in the challenges and then they always send her away for the rewards. I was sorry to see big Russel go for health reasons. I liked him altho he was stupid to pick pilows over a tarp. That was lame!!
e-lin 1 Report post Posted November 6, 2009 I am so glad Russel played his idol....now he can be voted off if the rest of them smarten up to what an ass he is
WiLdFiRe 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2009 Didn't the host announce to all of them at the end that the idol was going back into the game and being re-hidden somewhere on the island?
kappy22 1 Report post Posted November 15, 2009 Didn't the host announce to all of them at the end that the idol was going back into the game and being re-hidden somewhere on the island?I didn't see the show but that must be why the rest are trying to follow Russell every where next week in the previews. Heck, let Russell find it each week and then vote him into having to use it at each tribal meeting with the secondary person being planned ahead so they have some control. I swear it's like watching a bunch of ants this year . . . throw a rock in the middle and watch them scurry. No wonder Russell gets all the attention. I can't stand the guy but he's the only one playing with half a brain.
