David Boreanaz Admits: I Cheated on My Wife

Bones star David Boreanaz is opening up about reports that he has been unfaithful to his wife of nearly nine years, Jaime Bergman.

 

"Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities," the actor admits to PEOPLE. "I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible."

 

The actor, 40, is coming forward, he says, because a former mistress, whom he declines to name, contacted an attorney and threatened to contact media outlets.

 

"I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with," he says. "She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion."

 

Now, with the news of his infidelities out in the open, Boreanaz is getting down to the difficult task of salvaging his relationship with his wife.

 

"We're working on our marriage," he says. "We're working on repairing what has been damaged so badly."

David Boreanaz Sued for Sexual Harassment

David Boreanaz has just been sued by an actress who claims he sexually harassed her during filming of his TV show, "Bones."

 

The suit, filed by Gloria Allred, claims the sexual harassment began during filming on August 21, 2009. According to the suit, David was sending "sexually inappropriate text messages" to Kristina Hagan, who was an extra on the show.

 

The suit also claims David was driving with Kristina in September, 2009 and told her he was "the boss" and that he could "make things happen for her."

 

The suit claims David then parked his car, and "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away." The suit then alleges Boreanaz "unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."

 

Another encounter allegedly occurred with Hagan in David's trailer on September 29, according to the docs. Once again Hagan claims Boreanaz grabbed, kissed, and fondled her -- and then "masturbated in front of her."

 

Then the suit claims that in October Boreanaz told Hagan "he and his wife had argued because there were reports of his infidelity" coming out -- and that he and Hagan would have to "cool it."

 

According to the suit, Boreanaz continually told Hagan he was trying to find an acting role for her, but never delivered.

 

In addition to Boreanaz, Hagan is suing Fox and the "Bones" production companies for failing to take corrective action against Boreanaz.

So he begins sexually harrassing her in August and yet she still gets into a car with him for a drive and then follows that up with going into his trailer after he's already masturbated in front of her at least once. Seriously?

 

Warning to dimwitted-no-brain-idiots-of-Hollywood. Skanks out for money are rapant these days. And before I get lectured on sexual harrassment ~ This woman had no problem with it when she thought she would get a role out of it. She's only crying foul because it didn't pan out. I have no sympathy for these women!

 

Now as for his wife ~ I think she should take him to the bank and leave him high and dry! What a sleazebag!

We already knew David Boreanaz is no angel, given his admitted history of hounddogging on his wife. But did he really want to share his anatomy with a Bones extra?

 

That's the word from celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, who filed a lawsuit today on behalf of an actress who claims she was sexually harassed by Boreanaz.

 

According to Kristina Hagan's complaint, the 41-year-old Boreanaz approached her after she completed shooting a bit part on his hit Fox drama to ask for her headshots. Then, per the suit, he sent numerous "sexually inappropriate text messages" to her, including a cell-phone pic of—TMI alert!—his penis.

There was no immediate comment from Boreanaz's publicist or his lawyer on the filing.

 

According to her lawsuit, on Sept. 9, 2009, Boreanaz offered to give her a ride. He told her he was trying to find the right role for her, and informed her he's "the boss" who "could make things happen for her," per court docs.

 

He allegedly drove Hagan to a park, where, according to the suit, he tried to force himself on her.

 

"[David] attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away," the lawsuit states. "[He then] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."

 

The complaint states that he subsequently "pushed himself on top of her, and when he tried to put his hand down her pants and touch her, she pushed him off of her."

 

Then, on Sept. 29, he allegedly tried to put the moves on her in his trailer.

 

After filing the lawsuit, Allred and Hagan briefly addressed reporters and showed a photo of the plaintiff posing with Boreanaz.

 

"She is an actress who is working toward her goals, but who like many other actresses has not yet been able to achieve them," said Allred. "For that reason, she is extremely vulnerable as many actresses are in Hollywood."

 

Added Hagan: "I have confidence in the justice system and that is why I have decided to file this case."

 

Hagan's IMDb page doesn't include any credits, but her bio says she attended Catholic school, is a married mother of two and her favorite mottos are "'good clean fun!" and "we're human and that's the beauty of it all!"

The harassment suit comes a little more than two months after Boreanaz admitted to People that he cheated on his wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman. Earlier, another woman linked to Boreanaz, recently admitted Celebrity Rehab participant and former Tiger Woods playing partner Rachel Uchitel, denied being the would-be extortionist.

 

Despite the affairs, Boreanaz and Bergman have vowed to work on their marriage and have no plans to divorce.

Wait, he didn't "put the moves on her" on Sept 9, when he drove her to the part and "tried to force himself on her"?

 

"Married, mother of two" and she put up with this shit to get a part? I'm assuming there are many in the business who would behave this way in promising a role and this has happened before to her - otherwise why else put herself in that position again? I wonder how many others she isn't suing.
