On Monday, police were called to McCartney's London residence when Mills's security guard climbed over a wall to let her in. The locks on the gates had been changed. "One of the security people inside called the police," Mills's spokesman said. "They turned up and she went off for a drive around the block with the kid." Mills had arrived at the home with her two-year-old daughter Beatrice, the couple's only child. "She was laughing about it," the rep said when asked about newspaper reports that Mills was angry at being locked out. But he confirmed that McCartney had frozen their joint bank account and had sent a "legal letter" to his wife to complain after three bottles of cleaning fluid were taken from his Sussex home to clean Mills's nearby office. McCartney's spokesman was not immediately available for comment. Although the couple described their separation as amicable when it was announced in May, McCartney cited her "unreasonable behavior" in divorce papers and Mills responded by vowing to file counter-claims in Britain and the United States. Lawyers believe McCartney could lose up to one quarter of his wealth, estimated at 825 million pounds ($1.5 billion), as a result of a divorce. The couple married in 2002, having met in 1999 at a charity event a year after the death from breast cancer of McCartney's first wife Linda. Mills has been the target of lurid allegations in British tabloids since separating from McCartney, but he has strongly denied she married him for his money, saying in May there was "not an ounce of truth in this." And she claimed that before vegetarian Heather met Sir Paul McCartney she used to eat meat and wear fur. Dianna said: "She is like a chameleon. She draws in men making them believe she is their perfect dream woman. They she gets more demanding, bored and moves on. "She only became vegetarian after meeting Paul. She loved meat. He owned a company with an £18million turnover, drove a BMW 5-series and had plenty of money. "Alfie paid for her to have two nose jobs, to correct the boob job she had already had and then have another one so she could be a model. She also had liposuction. "She was a big size 14 and a size eight by the time they were married. Heather talks about being a £250,000 model but that's utter rubbish. She modelled a swimsuit in-house for a company. She said: "He said it was educational and believed Heather's lies." Alfie married Heather at All saints Catholic Church in Harrow on May 6, 1989. Yesterday Heather spent three hours at the London office of her lawyers Mishcon de Reya. She looked thin but very glamorous in a smart white suite with huge sunglasses. Heather posed for pictures with two young fans as she got off the train at Victoria. She emerged from the offices three hours later and was driven away. How all right, however, is a guess because his newest album, his fourth classical album, is titled "Behold My Heart." And it's in Latin. The man's got Mel Gibsonitis. As for the machinations: In Sussex, he bunks at their farm. Don't think two chicken coops. We are talking a 160-acre estate with main house and guest cottage a few hundred yards yonder. Her temporary Ladyship had removed to his seaside place but found it not to her freshly enlarged billionaire tastes. Not enough privacy. She wanted back onto the main property. Mills - going through a nasty split with Paul McCartney and whom many Britons blame for the divorce and recent "publicity shots" of her being locked out of his home - is catching up with friends and drumming up support for her charities.
