Cydonia--I'm pretty sure it's not their family that's prosecuting--those are separate issues.

1) Random Indian guy charging they did illegal things and

2) Nayar's family says they were treated like crap by new daughter-in-law

Ball and Chain for Liz Hurley and Hubby?

Tuesday April 10, 2007

An Indian court will consider whether the 41-year-old British model/actress and her husband Arun Nayar, 42, deliberately mocked Hindu religion with their “showcase” wedding – an offense punishable by jail time.

Last month, the couple held a lavish ceremony at a Rajasthan fort, where the pair drank alcohol, kissed near a sacred fire and sat on sofas instead of the floor. The bride also killed a sacred cow – literally – by wearing leather shoes near the fire.

Hurley’s new father-in-law apparently raised a fuss and was booted from the ceremony. Now he is considering helping prosecutors go after the pair.

That should make for some awkward family get-togethers.

Hurley and Nayar had already gotten married at an English castle prior to heading east and probably should have just stuck to one wedding. At the very least, someone should have alerted Hurley to the old Hindu marriage saying: Something old, something new, something borrowed, something shackled.

What an idiot. Obviously she isn't a Hindu, otherwise she would have known what was offensive and what was against Hindu custom. But no, she had to have her trendy "Bollywood" wedding and now she's being called out over it.

Elizabeth Hurley Celebrates With Chopard

Filed under: Elizabeth Hurley , Eva Herzigova , Red Carpet

Elizabeth Hurley looked stunning at the Chopard party at Cannes. The 41-year-old actress had been flown in to be the star of a party thrown by jewellers Chopard. And she certainly made the most of her appearance, basking in the spotlight while wearing an $18,000 Valentino gown, accessorised with $2 million worth of dazzling Chopard jewellery.

Minnie Driver attended the party as well, and put a brave face despite the rumors that boyfriend Criss Angel had hooked up with Cameron Diaz. A pregnant Eva Herzigova looked dazzling in pink, and Devon Aoki was a splendor in white.

Millionaire Hurley hasn't yet paid Vicar his 800 pounds fee for her wedding!

London, May 22 (ANI):

Brit beauty Elizabeth Hurley is literally rolling in millions, but she hasn't yet paid the vicar his 800 pounds fee for conducting her wedding to Arun Nayar.

Hurley wed her Indian born businessman beau at a lavish ceremony at Sudeley Castle in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire, in March.

And while Hurley spent a staggering 2 million pounds on her nuptials, Reverend John Partington, the vicar who conducted the ceremony, is still waiting for the actress to pay him his fee.

Morris Davies, a 69 year old retired postman, revealed to the Daily Mail that Hulrey's penny pinching ways had further infuriated the locals in Winchcombe.

The villagers were already seething at the way the star studded bash brought their hamlet to a standstill.

"She is a celebrity, I am sure that they think they don't have to fork out for anything. But a lot of the locals are not very happy about her not paying the most important person in the ceremony - the vicar," Mr Davies said.

"We were all flabbergasted when she used caterers from London rather than local produce and then tried to close the road in and out of the village.

"It does herself no favours shunning the locals John has kept very hush hush about it but the rest of the village have been chatting about the sheer cheek of it all," he added.

And while Rev Partington is maintaining a dignified silence, only saying that the arrangements were a 'private matter' and he was 'perfectly happy with the arrangements made', another local slammed the actress for not paying up, especially since Hello! magazine shelved out millions of pounds for exclusive coverage of Hurley's nuptials.

"Liz Hurley really should have paid for this by now. She made so much money from the wedding it is only fair that she pays it. As you can imagine, it is difficult for the vicar to bring up the fact that he hasn't been paid," the local insisted.

I Would've Worn That At His Age

Posted Image

Elizabeth Hurley dressed up her son Damian in a pink bikini and plastered on her website in an ad campaign for her children's swimwear line. Liz has been forced to remove the image after public outrage!

A source said, "Liz suggested Damian pose in the bikini. Other people were uncomfortable with it but she insisted."

Liz has refused to comment.

AHAHAHAH! What a bitch! It's hard enough being a kid. I hope none of the children at school get wind of this or else he's toast! That being said, I would've worked that outfit with heels and a wig. Actually, I probably did when I was his age! Poor Damian. He's going to grow up hating her ass for this!

Liz Hurley Turns Her Kid Out

Elizabeth Hurley trannied her kid out in ads for her clothing line by sticking the poor tyke in a pink bikini. He won't get his ass beat on the playground or anything later in life. It's tough enough out there for trans people, but jesus christ, let him blend in for a little while!

A bewildered little Damian --Liz's son with US millionaire Steve Bing--is seen sporting a vile neon pink swimming cossie in a campaign for Liz's swimwear range for kids.

Liz, 43, has been slammed for thoughtlessly humiliating the five-year-old in a "Milly Bikini" to help flog her £40-a-time outfits for girls.

Granted people need to lighten up. It's not like she had him out on the corner with makeup on or anything. And who didn't play dress-up as a young boy? *crickets* Shut up, I looked amazing in those hot pants!

Hugh Grant And Elizabeth Hurley On Vacation Together

Totally random! Hugh Grant joined Elizabeth Hurley and her husband in the Seychelle. It’s nice to see that they remained friends. But wow!

“Hugh was completely relaxed joining Elizabeth on her family holiday-and it was clear from the way they were interacting that they are still very close,” an onlooker said. “Liz was with Arun and Damian for most of the time, but at intervals she got up to go and check on Hugh.

“At one stage she seemed concerned he had got burnt and rubbed some of her high-protection sun cream into Hugh’s face for him. “It was a great set-up because Hugh was able to look after Damian when Elizabeth and Arun wanted to spend some time together. The resort was absolutely stunning and they were all having a great

Hugh & Liz: Together Again!

The Daily Mail has pictures of Hugh Grant on vacation with his ex-fiancee, Liz Hurley and her husband Arun Nayer in the Seychelles. Hugh cheats on Liz with a hooker and they remain friends. That's love!

I don't see the big deal. People get over shit and they move on. Liz's husband must be packing large, because he's pretty confident to let Hugh come along for the ride.

Liz, Hugh... and Arun too - how does Ms Hurley's husband cope with three people in his marriage?

By ALISON BOSHOFF -

Last updated at 23:33pm on 18th November 2007

There is something irresistible about the nostalgic pleasure of a reunion: look at the warm reception for Take That and the Spice Girls. So what, you might ask, about Liz Hurley and Hugh Grant?

After they flew into New York together last week, they booked into the same hotel on the glamorous Upper East Side.

They both attended the designer Valentino's private dinner on Sunday night and lunched together in Barney's department store.

The pair dislike the way people talk about them, which is why they have been trying to hide from the paparazzi.

They left the airport separately, and have been making sure they are not pictured together entering or leaving their hotel.

Newspapers which printed pictures of them on holiday recently in the Maldives - that time with Hurley's husband, Arun Nayar - were sent stern legal letters complaining of an "invasion of privacy".

Grant's prime motive for being in New York was to see his Andy Warhol portrait of Elizabeth Taylor sell at auction for £11.4 million - £9.4 million more than he paid for it in 2001.

And friends say Elizabeth's main reason for her visit was to attend the grand opening of the Chopard jewellery store on Monday night - Hugh did not go.

Being the oldest of friends, with a 12-year romance in their past and the shared connection that Hurley's son, Damian, is Grant's godson, it is not unnatural that they would spend a few days in each other's company while Arun is detained in Britain on business.

There are, however, flutterings of unease about this unusual set-up. Hurley's representatives were yesterday refusing to comment on the trip, as were Grant's.

So, what is going on? Why are they seeing so much of each other - and why would they rather keep it secret?

It is true that some people do manage to stay friends with former lovers, but to go on holiday as a threesome is surely unusual, as is spending a mini break in New York together.

Just how happy is Nayar to have his wife's handsome, successful, movie star ex parked so firmly on his turf?

Yet friends say the three are on incredibly cosy terms. As evidence, they have nicknames for each other.

Arun is called "Slick" - apparently, he has a ridiculously large collection of designer watches and cufflinks.

Elizabeth is known as "Minx" because she is regarded as an absolute sex bomb. And the third member of the triangle is, of course, "Darling Hugh".

Nayar is apparently happy that Grant will always be a part of his married life. Indeed, when Hugh comes round for dinner at Elizabeth's lovely country home in Ampney Knowle, Gloucestershire, Nayar serves the best vintage wines for his guest, even though he does not drink himself.

He is the picture of selflessness and good manners, and his wife loves him for it.

"Hugh gets on well with Arun and they all like hanging out together," says an old friend of Elizabeth's (speaking on condition of anonymity because La Hurley has a sparky temper).

"It might seem a bit weird, but there's nothing remotely untoward about the whole thing - honestly."

It is true that since Grant and Hurley split up in May 2000, their relationship has ebbed and flowed - especially when Grant struggled with his romance with Jemima Khan.

Perhaps Liz and Hugh managed to stay friends because their break-up petered out rather than being a sudden schism: Grant called it a "long, slow slide to oblivion".

Indeed, Elizabeth admitted that after their split, they struggled to avoid phoning each other every night to "check in", which had been their habit when they were an item. It seems they almost forgot they were no longer together.

And so they remained, though it is a dreadful old cliche, the best of friends.

Grant supported Elizabeth unstintingly when her life fell apart after she got pregnant and was promptly dumped by film producer Steve Bing.

Darling Hugh was there for the pre-natal scans, he was delighted to be invited to be the godfather and he counselled Liz through her unpleasant legal wrangles with Bing.

"Hugh has been absolutely the best," she gushed at the time.

And, despite protestations by Grant that he doesn't want a family and does not understand children, he has taken his duties as godfather seriously.

He is also a friendly uncle figure to Liz's nephew, taking him to watch cricket at Lord's last summer.

And now Damian goes to school in London, Grant is sure to see even more of him.

Even after Hurley met Nayar in 2002, she would still make time to attend high-profile social events with Grant.

This has continued, with lunches at Elton John's villa in Nice, a mini break in St Moritz with Damian and nanny in tow - not forgetting long dinners at the Ivy restaurant in London with old friends such as socialite Tim Jefferies, and nights out in Chelsea with social butterflies such as Trinny Woodall. All without Nayar.

Partly, this is because he has often been absent on family business in Mumbai, especially in the early years of his relationship with Liz, as he struggled to get his software business off the ground.

Grant was left to be Hurley's walker - and he slotted into her social circle with ease.

When Liz decided to move to the country four years ago, it was clear the distance would not deter Grant from visiting.

While the house was being renovated, all three - Grant, Hurley and Nayar - ended up staying in the local hotel, Barnsley House, for an extended time.

Hugh's country life has not ended there - he seems to enjoy Elizabeth's luxurious rural habits (there is a staff of five in her house) and has even managed to take an interest in her Herdwick sheep and Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs.

(Locally, there is some regret that Hurley has dropped out of the Gloucestershire Old Spot Pig Breeders' Club this year. "We would welcome her back," the secretary says optimistically.)

It was even whispered that it was Grant - not Nayar - who helped Hurley to pick out the colours for the master bedroom.

By all accounts, Grant is a wickedly diverting guest. He generally arrives in one of his "ridiculous" sports cars, full of daring gossip about the sex secrets of Hollywood big shots.

And when Hurley, now 42, pulls on her wellies and plays the ohsogrand country chatelaine, he is quite at ease.

In their early days in Los Angeles, Grant and Hurley used to style themselves after the novels of Evelyn Waugh as "the Viles".

Hurley, who is from a solidly middle-class background in Basingstoke, Hampshire, has taken on a Mitford girl poshness.

She calls her son "Master Damian" and describes Arun, as if she were the lead in a Twenties play, as "simply heaven".

She cooks nursery favourites such as cottage pie and beef stew, and calls her mother Angela for advice on making jam.

Some gossips say Nayar is "intimidated" by this upper-class atmosphere, and think he cannot compete with Grant and Hurley's social posturing.

Hurley fuelled this theory when she mused: "Arun thought I was joking when he first saw me slither into my wellies."

But speaking to those who know the couple, a different picture emerges. Arun (Hurley pronounces his name A-roooon) is an Oxford graduate like Grant and, in his own quiet way, every bit as self-assured as the actor.

"It is Arun who is from a grand, moneyed background," says a friend of the pair.

"Even though he's terribly gentle and quiet, he is sophisticated and self-assured," the friend adds. "I mean, he reads Christie's auction catalogues in bed. I don't think Hugh scares him at all."

It may be that Nayar rests so easy because he realises there is absolutely no possibility the Grant-Hurley romance will be rekindled.

"That ship has sailed," says one of Liz's friends.

Some in the Grant-Hurley camp even suggest their romance was not exclusive, even from the start. There were widespread rumours that neither tried too hard to resist onset temptations.

In one interview in the early Nineties, Grant seemed determined to shock. "Sometimes, when Liz and I check into hotels we pretend to be brother and sister and then we share the double bed. The whole idea of incest is quite appealing."

Hugh seemed to have a phobia of becoming "normal" - or, as Liz would put it, "civilian".

As Hugh grew older, though, and particularly when he lost his mother, Fynvola, to cancer in 2001, he began to appreciate the values he had been brought up with: kindness, a moral compass, intelligence and family life.

He saw his elder brother, Jamie, married and with children, and thought it appealing on some levels.

But in Elizabeth he had a partner who aspired to none of these things - he joked she had so little maternal feeling he wouldn't trust her with a pet rabbit.

And so when the physical side of the romance drifted away, neither of them bothered to put it right.

There was a feeling - on both sides - that they could easily have stayed together for another 40 years, but that perhaps they should try being free and starting over with new partners.

The only serious cloud over their friendship came when Grant finally found a long-term girlfriend, Jemima Khan.

Her relationship with Hurley quickly became fractious. She was furious when Liz casually said during a TV interview that Grant was not engaged, because she would know if he was.

She was even more annoyed by the phone relationship between the former lovers.

In turn, Hurley complained to friends that she thought Jemima followed Grant from room to room, standing next to him when he spoke on the phone.

It seems clear Jemima was unhappy over their continued flirtatious behaviour - the incident where Hurley playfully sucked Grant's finger at one of Elton John's parties almost finished off the relationship in 2005.

Things were so frosty that Grant turned down an invitation to Liz's gigantic, transcontinental Hello! sponsored wedding because he knew Jemima would find it uncomfortable to attend.

Ironically, he had split from Jemima by the time of the nuptials, but still didn't feel it would be good manners to parachute himself into the event. Each must regret that absence now, as the friendship once more takes centre stage in their lives.

So, it is not surprising that Liz and Hugh's relationship has gone from strength to strength since this spring, when Jemima was no longer in the picture.

Gossips suggest Hurley asked Grant to come on the most recent holiday as consolation after the embarrassment of his night out in St Andrews, when he was pictured kissing teenage students, looking the worse for wear.

"She wanted to cheer him up," says a friend.

There is also a suggestion that Liz is hoping to match-make Hugh with one of her friends - she is trying to find a woman who might be a good age for him (he is 47) and have the right pedigree.

Maybe she will be successful - though Grant complains it is impossible to meet the right woman and seems to have given up on having a happy ending of his own.

All that Hurley will say is that she loves Grant no matter what.

"I am sure we will adore each other until the day that one of us dies," she said in an interview just before her wedding to Arun. What greater devotion could you ask for than that?

PEANUT PAY FOR HURLEY MAID

February 21, 2008 -- ELIZABETH Hurley and her husband, Arun Nayar, are multimillionaires many times over, but they're also accused of being skinflints - paying their Indian maid just $200 a week for endless hours of cooking, cleaning and baby-sitting, according to published reports.

Violet D'Souza, 31, accused the "Austin Powers" star and her spouse of forking over as little as $2.33 an hour for as many as 70 hours of work a week in the couple's fashionable Chelsea (London) home, Britain's Mirror and Daily Mail both reported. Adding insult to injury, they allegedly paid her in the Indian currency of rupees.

D'Souza was set to take her case to an employment tribunal today - but the hearing was canceled at the 11th hour late yesterday after the distressed domestic was offered a five-figure settlement, according to the newspapers.

Hurley's lawyer, Jake Bloom, had no comment for Page Six, and her agent, Allison Band, did not return our call.

The London reports say d'Souza worked up to seven days a week, with her chores starting at 7:30 a.m. and sometimes lasting until 3 the next morning, with Hurley and Nayar rewarding her with a weekly 8,000 rupees. The equivalent hourly rate worked out to between $2.72 and $3.10, but was sometimes as low as $2.33 if she worked lengthy hours. In Britain, the legal minimum wage is $10.71.

Hurley, 42, is believed to be worth $25 million from acting and modeling, while Nayar, 43, is an heir to a fabulously rich Indian textiles family in Mumbai. D'Souza is believed to have worked for the family before Nayar brought her to London in 2003. She brought an action of breach of contract after being dismissed by the couple last August.

A spokesman for Kingsway Tribunal Center, where the case was to be heard, said yesterday, "We can confirm that the claim has been withdrawn and the pre-hearing review has been canceled but cannot discuss the reasons."

Hurley, who wed Nayar last March, has a 5-year-old son by billionaire businessman Steve Bing named Damian, whose godparents include Elton John, Hugh Grant, Denis Leary, Victoria and David Beckham and the late Heath Ledger.

Cheap Bastards!

Posted Image

Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayer are rich as fuck. They probably wipe their asses with hundred dollar bills. They are that rich. So why the hell are these two bitches paying their maid pennies? 31-year-old Violet D'Souza worked for the couple since 2003 after Arun brought her back from India to live with them in London. Ever since then they have worked her ass to the bone. Violet worked 7 days a week starting at 7:30am and usually going until 3 the next morning. The generous Elizabeth and Arun would usually pay her a whopping 8,000 rupees ($200) a week. That's between $2.72 and $3.10 an hour. They made her ass do everything from cooking and cleaning to taking care of their children.

Violet was fired by the couple last August and so she decided to take her case to employment tribunal today. At the last minute the hearing was cancelled. Page Six reports that Violet reached a five-figure settlement with the couple.

I don't get this nonsense. I don't get it when people pay their household help absolutely nothing or when they treat the people that are waiting on them like shit! These people are handling your food and all your shit! I would not fuck with them. That's why I don't even give waiters the side-eye, because I'm afraid they will go in the back and piss in my cauliflower soup. Elizabeth and Arun are idiots. They have probably been eating Violet's piss and spit for years! I hope it tastes good.

ITN

Actress and model Liz Hurley has admitted that she likes a "certain amount of retouching."

Hurley told the Sunday Times: "We all like to get rid of spots and shadows under our eyes. I've always been quite particular - I don't like my face being retouched."

Hurley has also revealed that her love of retouching has spread to her holiday photos.

She added: "I don't have professional Photoshop, just the one that comes with your camera. Every time I download my holiday snaps. I always go over them. Just the red eye and colour enhancement."

The Austin Powers actress is currently promoting her new bikini range for high street retailer Mango.

She is married to Arun Nayar and has a six-year old son Damian.

Liz Hurley's No Love Rule

Liz Hurley refuses to talk to ex-lover Hugh Grant about his love life.

The British actress-turned-fashion designer, who dated Hugh for 13 years, is still very close to the actor but draws the line at hearing about his sexual exploits.

Liz, who is now married to Indian businessman Arun Nayar, said: "We don't do love life really - we just stick to business. Hugh is someone I trust enormously. I still very much use him as my sounding board. I can work with him and not worry about sounding like a prat. We are very lucky to have that. I am also incredibly lucky that he gets on so well with my husband Arun."

The 42-year-old beauty also revealed she constantly pesters Hugh to take on more acting roles.

She added: "I am always trying to persuade Hugh to work, to do a movie. I just love people to be busy. I think everyone needs to be busy."

Elizabeth Hurley continues legacy of revealing dresses

Elizabeth Hurley has done it again: stunning crowds on the red carpet with a fabulous, skin-tight, revealing black gown.

The 42-year-old knockout proved at Sunday night's Duftstars fragrance awards in Berlin that she still has what it takes - namely a trim, yet voluptuous body - to squeeze into super sexy red carpet-wear.

Posing in a sparkly backless black gown with a deep plunging neck line, Hurley looked rather reminiscent of her jaw-dropping Versace gown in 1994 at the "Four Weddings and a Funeral" premiere. More than 14 years ago, her ensemble that night became so famous it is known as "that dress."

And the sultry actress is applying her knowledge of fashion to her line of swimwear for Mango, which is set to launch today.

Hurley does model her line and her body seems flawless. But as she has admitted, retouching photos is part of the job.

"I like a certain amount of retouching, like anybody," she said. "We all like to get rid of spots and shadows under our eyes."

But with no retouching on the red carpet, it's hard to imagine the retouching did much of anything.

They do that a lot, all go out together. I have no idea what sort of relationship it is--if it's platonic or what. I think Grant is her son's godfather, too, right? You know, they all seem happy with the relationship, so fine with me!

Elizabeth Hurley on Men, Myths, and Keeping Your Mojo

An in-depth interview with the model, actress, wife, mom, designer, and international jet-setter

Posted Image

Leave it to Elizabeth Hurley to have not one, not two, but three men at her beck and call. There’s her best friend and former boyfriend of 13 years, Hugh Grant, who lives nearby and regularly comes along on holidays. Then there’s her husband of 16 months, Indian millionaire Arun Nayar, not to mention her six-year-old son, Damian, who calls Grant “Uncle” and Nayar “Daddy.”

“If I’m alone with Hugh, Arun, and Damian, I can turn off my cell phone,” says Hurley over lunch at Le Cirque restaurant in Manhattan. Wearing a low-cut white chiffon Oscar de la Renta dress that showcases her ample cleavage, she adds, “No one else really matters.”

Recently, Hurley, 43, decided on a permanent move to escape the paparazzi who ambush her as she zooms Damian out of their West London home to nearby Wetherby Pre-Preparatory School, the posh boys’ institution that Prince William and Prince Harry, as well as Uncle Hugh, attended. “I take him to school every day, and at least two out of five days, there will be a man on his knees outside our house, trying to get a picture of Damian’s face as he gets in the car,” says Hurley with a flash of aggravation. “He can’t stand it. I can’t stand it.

“So we’re moving to the country and starting Damian in a beautiful, lovely school where 13-year-old girls play leapfrog instead of hanging out in a Starbucks,” she continues, unconsciously spinning her 15-carat Chopard engagement diamond around her finger. “I mean, I just somehow couldn’t face a really London upbringing for Damian.”

But her plan to flee the big city for her 400-acre organic farm in the Cotswolds, west of London, didn’t immediately go over well with Damian. “I promised him a pony,” Hurley says with a smile. As for Hurley, the country should suit her well: She’s added farmer to her varied résumé. (Hurley lamb and pork are already on the menu at the Barnsley House, a trendy Cotswold hotel.)

Damian’s biological father is, of course, Hollywood producer Steve Bing, who has no role in their lives and whose paternity was acknowledged in June 2002, after a bitter public battle. “Damian was nine months old when I met Arun,” says Hurley, skipping over the painful bits. “He has never known a day in his life without Arun.”

Nonetheless, the boy is aware that he didn’t come from Nayar’s “seed,” explains Hurley with a risqué grin. She breaks into giggles and recites typical Damian dialogue: “Mommy, I love that part [in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery] when Alotta Fagina meets Austin.” Despite Damian’s urging, Hurley hasn’t returned to acting, believing that the long months on set would render an “as-normal-as-possible upbringing” for her son “impossible.”

These days, Hurley, who is enjoying her 13th year as an Estée Lauder spokesmodel, lives in a very satisfied present. Her only regret is the fact that she didn’t start this phase of her life earlier. “Sometimes Hugh and I can get morbid and say we could have had five children by now, because we were together since I was 21,” she says. “But there was never a time when either of us wanted it. So you can’t really regret that.”

When I ask whom she’d choose for Grant to marry, she turns circumspect, admitting only that Sandra Bullock would’ve been a “great match for him” and that he needs to find the female equivalent of Nayar. “Women flock to Hugh. He’s like Austin Powers: Everyone worships him.”

Hurley, though, is more than content with her new husband. Monogamy, she continues, is a great concept, especially since “planning another wedding would be hideous.” The first stage of the elaborate bicontinental Hurley-Nayar festivities took place last March in England, with Elton John giving away the Versace-clad bride amid a wedding party of 16 children, including Damian. Then it was off to India for a five-day affair involving dancing “virgins,” a hot-pink Versace bridal sari, fire-eaters, camel rickshaw transport, and Nayar mounting a black stallion for his groom’s entrance.

“It was a big life change for both of us, because it was the first time he had dated anyone in the limelight,” recalls Hurley. “It was the first time I had dated someone not in the limelight — someone who led a very normal life.” “Normal” in Nayar’s Mumbai existence, nonetheless, involves countless servants and significant wealth, money generated from both his parents’ extensive textile activities and his own software business.

The couple won’t divulge the pet name Nayar and Hurley’s clan call her. Yet she does spill that her sister, Katie — upon petting her brother-in-law’s straight dark hair — dubbed Nayar “the Silk.”

Hurley says she’d love to have a child with Nayar (and that she’s “definitely not” yet pregnant), and when asked whether the security his wealth and family afford is part of his attraction, she states, quite believably, “I would have fallen in love with Arun even if I were 18, for sure.

“I’m very attracted to Indians,” she continues. “There’s a slight chaos there that strikes a vibe with me. I am a terrible mixture of being organized, controlling, but chaotic. My desk is monstrous. I live in this semichaotic state, and I think that’s why Arun is a good match for me. He has the Indian chaotic side and then his phenomenal German side. [His mother is German.] So he has this dichotomy, and so do I.”

Three years ago, while adjusting to single motherhood, the quite brilliant self-marketer launched Elizabeth Hurley Beach, a sexy swim and cover-up line. While it’s still a relatively small company, her wares are sold at stores like Scoop in New York City and Miami as well as online.

A strong incentive to maintain her lean body is the constant prospect of bikini photo sessions for her brand. An admitted “one stone” (14 pounds) heavier than she was before Damian, she says staying sample-size small has never been harder. “Up until a few years ago, if I wanted to lose five pounds or have a flatter stomach, it was just really cutting down for a week. That’s never going to happen now. Losing five pounds in a week is impossible. So now I just have to teach myself to be more disciplined on a day-to-day basis.” Her big taboo is wheat. “I’m trying not to eat toast for breakfast, a biscuit midmorning, pasta for lunch, a sandwich at teatime. It’s a challenge.” She’ll often opt for a small steak and a salad, “but we’re going to Capri, and I’m going to eat pasta every day,” she says gleefully.

Outside the restaurant, a black SUV sits waiting to whisk Hurley and Nayar to JFK for their flight back to London. As Nayar waits patiently for Hurley, she naughtily gestures to him with a curling of her tongue. He grins back, acknowledging that a man must feel “very confident” to be married to Elizabeth Hurley.
