Tracey Edmonds Is Going To Regret This

Posted Image

Oh Tracey! Tracey Edmonds went and did it. She married Eddie Murphy yesterday in a private island off Bora Bora reports People Magazine . Eddie's rep confirms the two were married. The wedding was designed by that major gay, Colin Cowie. Have you seen Colin's show? He puts like peacock feathers on the dinner table. Extremely homosexual.

Eddie and Tracey became engaged last July.

I want to believe in love, but I give this couple one year TOPS! Tracey has made a mistake. I don't know why people feel the need to get hitched! Scary Spice should've shown up and performed "Who Do You Think You Are" to warn Tracey of Eddie's ways!

Eddie probably snuck out on his wedding night to try out the Polynesian trannies!

Eddie Murphy Marriage Invalid?

Posted Image

Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds were married in Bora Bora on New Year’s Day in front of 25 friends and family, but a lawyer is stating that the marriage is likely to be invalid.

The Sydney Daily Telegraph is reporting that Malgras Benoit, a general law specialist in French Polynesia, declared that the couple was ineligible to be married locally because they had not lived in the region for at least 30 days, which is a qualification that must be met under French law.

Benoit explained that the wedding, which took place on the beach with Tracey walking barefoot down the aisle to Gladys Knight’s “Makings of You,” does not constitute, “a real marriage, if it is on the beach with only a local priest. I think it was just an exotic, artistic ‘marriage.’”

Maybe the couple was simply too busy watching over their Brady Bunch-esque brood to have crossed all their T's and dotted all their I's? Eddie, 46, has five kids with former wife Nicole, who he divorced last year, as well as one with Spice Girl Melanie Brown. Tracey, 40, has two children with ex-husband Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds.

All they needed was Ann B. Davis as Alice!

Eddie & Tracey to Hold Legal Wedding Ceremony in U.S.

Tracey Edmonds and Eddie Murphy

Any legality questions surrounding the New Year's Day wedding of Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia are about to be properly addressed, their reps tell PEOPLE.

"As is typical when couples get married in foreign countries, a legal ceremony will take place when they return to the U.S.," says Edmonds's rep.

"The wedding that took place in Bora Bora was a ceremony to bind Eddie and Tracey spiritually in the presence of family and friends," according to the spokesperson. "The couple plan a legal ceremony as soon as they return to the States."

Has Eddie finally acknowledged paternity of Mel B's child and begun to pay child support? He is a cad.

AGREED!!!!!!!!!

He had some nerve to deny that poor child strongly when it is quite clear that there was a good possibility it was his- just a real dirtbag move buddy. <_< I always liked him until that baby spice fiasco. She seems like a nut as well, but no excuse for that shady behavior when a child is involved!

You Can Still Run For It!!!

Tracey Edmonds is still not legally married to Eddie Murphy. Bitch can still have her freedom. She won't though. She's stupid. Tracey and Eddie Murphy had a "spiritual ceremony" in an island off Bora Bora on New Year's Day. People has the first photo. Eddie has a look on his face like, "I fooled this bitch. I can have my cake and tranny too!"

Tracey's rep said the legal ceremony will take place in the U.S. "The wedding that took place in Bora Bora was a ceremony to bind Eddie and Tracey spiritually in the presence of family and friends. The couple plan a legal ceremony as soon as they return to the States."

I hope Scary Spice shows up to that legal ceremony and raises a ruckus. She the power of girl on her side now. Nothing can stop her.

Why would anyone be stupid enough to get married if it wasn't legal.

Saved Mick Jagger a fortune when he split with Jerry Hall.

So true. I guess four kids wasn't enough to earn a REAL wedding ring.

Just two weeks after their wedding, Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds have split, according to People.

The couple tied the knot on New Year’s Day on a private island near Bora Bora in French Polynesia.

They began dating fall 2006 and were engaged in July.

However, the wedding ceremony was a spiritual ceremony and the couple planned on having a legally binding ceremony upon returning to the U.S. However, since that ceremony never took place the couple was never official married to begin with.

Murphy, 46, has five children from his previous marriage to Nicole Mitchell Murphy, who filed for divorce in 2005. He also has a daughter with Spice Girl and “Dancing With the Stars” alum Mel B.

Edmonds, a 40-year-old movie producer, has two sons from her 12-year marriage to R&B singer Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds. As head of Edmonds Entertainment, she has produced the film and television series “Soul Food.”

Murphy’s film credits include “Dreamgirls,” “The Nutty Professor,” “Shrek” and “The Beverly Hills Cop” franchise

Well I figured that she wouldn't really marry Eddie because she is still making a bundle off of Babyface with alimony. She just wants the super-rich life and she needs a rich man to help with that.

Over Already!

Eddie Murphy and his new wife Tracey Edmonds have split up, People magazine reports on their new cover.

The pair got married just two weeks ago!!!!

We have a feeling this may something to do with money (or lack of it).

Murphy and Edmonds tied the knot on New Year’s Day on a private island near Bora Bora in French Polynesia. However, the marriage was not legally binding. Only residents can legally get married there.

The pair later said that they were planning on having a legally binding ceremony upon returning to the U.S.

That never happened!

Eddie probably didn't offer her enough money in the pre-nup.

And now…they're over!

Knowing Tracey, she will probably sell her story to OK! magazine. Bitch loves the spotlight and the money.

Eddie Murphy, Tracey Edmonds Suddenly Split

Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds have called it quits just two weeks after their intimate wedding, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further," Murphy and Edmonds tell PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. "While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends.”

The couple exchanged vows in a sunset ceremony on New Year's Day on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia. But, according to a source, the honeymoon got off to a rocky start.

"Eddie started yelling at Tracey in front of people," says one of Edmonds's wedding guests. "He did it on a few occasions and it was very embarrassing."

Since the couple's nuptials took place in a foreign country, the wedding was purely ceremonial – not legal. Murphy, 46, and Edmonds, 40, originally said they planned to have a legal ceremony in the United States, but that is now off.

Murphy and Edmonds started dating in the fall of 2006 and got engaged last July.

Eddie Murphy and new wife split after two weeks

Wed Jan 16, 2008 7:19pm EST

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Comic actor Eddie Murphy and his new wife Tracey Edmonds have split up just two weeks after their romantic wedding in French Polynesia, People magazine reported on Wednesday.

The star of "Shrek" and "Dreamgirls" and Edmonds, a film producer, exchanged their vows on a private island off Bora Bora on Jan. 1.

Under U.S. law, the couple needed a ceremony on U.S. soil to make the marriage legal.

But Murphy, 46, and Edmonds, 40, told People in a statement they would not do that and had decided to remain friends.

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further," the statement said.

"While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends," it added.

Murphy, 46, was divorced from his wife of 13 years, Nicole, in 2006. They had five children together. Last year, he fathered a daughter with Melanie Brown of the Spice Girls, but did not acknowledge paternity until four months after the baby was born.

Edmonds split last year with her husband, R&B singer/songwriter Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. They had two sons together.

Perez really annoyed me with this one- he doesn't realize that she could probably buy and sell Eddie Murphy a few times over?!?!?!? Come on dude- I am one of your few supporters here, do your gossip homework!!

Also, that wedding picture a few posts up? About as phony looking as can be. Maybe the whole BS wedding thing was just to take the heat off him for denying the Spice Baby???

Ohhhh...I don't know about that...Eddie Murphy definitely has more dough. He was one of the highest paid actors in hollywood in a career that spans 25+ years. Tracy kinda married and divorced into her dough.
